Lovely and comfortable hotel not too far from eateries in the city.

Beautiful, immaculately clean and quiet hotel.

It was a good hotel. Food was ok. Breakfast Buffett was good. Beds were springy could of been a little softer. Hard to control the air temp in the room. The water pressure was good but ran out of hot water. I think it was cause everyone in the hotel was showering at the same time

Nice little hotel with large rooms. Had a small bar area with a limited selection. Didn’t get to explore the area since ii stayed on a Sunday . Assisi was really close and easily accessed.

The place is situayed in a very quiet area and surrounded by nature. Inside it is very basic but very clean. The room was clean, spacious, but basic. Bathroom has everythjng and spotless clean. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and knows how to give a very good service with a smile. I think overall it is an excellent place.

The property was clean and modern. The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff attentive and professional. The only issue was the bedroom walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the room next door

Comfortable hotel, beautiful outdoor dining surrounded by the hilly landscape of the place. Same goes for the breakfast made between the lights and the smells and songs of nature. The dishes prepared with skillful skill by the chef are good, even the homemade desserts are exquisite. Welcoming and professional staff. Well done and thank you! 👍

Mainly family run hotel, located in a quiet place. Clean room, with air conditioning, luckily because the night was really hot. The pool corner is not that big, in fact the deckchairs are quite close to each other. Also equipped with Jacuzzi. For the catering sector, abundant dishes do not always live up to my expectations, especially in desserts. In my opinion a little expensive.

Perfect location, perfect wine, perfect food, perfect host. The owner Elio is everything Umbria stands for. His passion for Umbrian food and wine will convince everyone who comes here. A hotel with the heart and soul of the real Umbria.

A very cosy and nice place at the tip of the beautiful city Assissi. Very good and friendly service with a smile. The rooms are a little bit out of fashion and have seen better times, very small, but ideal to start your day. The breakfast is very easy and not much,basically a lot of sweets, but at least, very delicious.

If you are ever in Rome. I highly recommend taking the train ride up to Assisi. The trip is worth it, and this SPA/Museum, really does stand out among outer spas I’ve been to. Even with all the attractions that Rome has to offer, surprisingly my stay here was the most memorable and best part of the trip.

Magical experience begining with room 10 and the 15th century fresco in our stunning, well appointed room. The 1st CE Roman baths, aka Spa Museum, is available all day to guests. It is very special and extremely relaxing. We enjoyed the couple's massage in a Roman cave. Do not miss the adjacent hotel restaurant for an exquisite dinner with the best views in Assisi. The location, design, rooms and spa are beautiful. However, the bar and breakfast service was poor. The personnel is very nice but the experience seems to be missing among the waiters who also act as barman. There were a couple of important details that unfortunately were missing but expected from a five stars hotel.

Fabulous location, unique experience, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind staff. The spa is a real treat. As for the room, I can only say "perfect", attention to detail, cleanliness, everything is truly spotless. The gem is a hairdryer that is never found in other structures of the same level. What about we will definitely be back, I definitely recommend.

A beautiful building a few steps from the center of Assisi. Very kind and friendly staff. SPA TOP. Dinner at Restaurant Benedikto was very good with the view from the terrace nothing short of spectacular! It's a shame it was only one night, but I plan to return, maybe with my kids.

The hotel, located in a medieval monastery, is truly charming and special. The spa is beautiful and unforgettable.

Great location next to the train station. Price is great and you get a nice room! Nearby the hotel there are busses going to Assisi city center. Do note that the reception closes at 15.00

Location is perfect to visit Assisi and all nearby towns as railway station is just opposite the road of hotel. Lady at the reception very helful and has been a pleasure to meet.

A korean couple spent a night at this hotel. When we visited this hotel, there was a young man at the reception unlike others' review but he is kind and friendly enough. The room was cozy and warm enough(it was almost end of November) We were so happy with this hotel and we'd stay here again if we revisit Assisi.

I loved that it was across from the train station and the bus stop to Assissi anda block from McDonald's and s couple from a great pizzeria.

Fantastic location with easy access to Assisi, Deruta And neighboring towns. Rooms are typical Italian farmhouse style with modern conveniences. infinity pool can be challenging since there is only a small ladder to get in and it is 5 feet from end to end with no shallow end. This was a fantastic hotel!!! I have no words to describe the wonderful staff and establishment. We only stays one night and would definitely return we we get the chance! The view from our room was magnificent to say the least!!!

Good location and parking (paid) just opposite the hotel. Clean rooms. Tiny shower but good water pressure. Good breakfast but the fresh orange juice and eggs are extra.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my fiance. We had a great time throughout. Clean and tidy room, delicious breakfast and very convenient parking. The location allows you to walk around Assisi, I didn't have a chance to have lunch in the restaurant because it was already full! The only advice I can give is if you want a quiet room, ask for one that doesn't face the restaurant, otherwise...

Excellent hotel. Friendly service, beautiful views, gorgeous rooms. We are a family of 5 with small children and the hotel have us two connecting rooms with a jaw dropping terrace. Breakfast is worth the extra and so is the spa area. I highly recommend staying here!

It is characterized by the friendliness and friendliness of the staff, excellent cleanliness, elegant and quiet location. I had the Strangozzi with sausage and truffle. A wonderful local 'cucina tipica' dish made with local handmade spaghetti like pasta. The service by Giorgio is very kind. Thank you for a wonderful meal. This place is always frequented by the local Italians, so it's gotta be good 😉

Location, easy to get on the bus, just outside the door. Friendly owners and staff. Very good breakfast and superior supper in their large restuarant. These people will go out of their way. Bellavista as the name implies has a marvelous view of the upper Assisi Center. Very close to the bus and train station. Very clean, comfortable bed. It is a good hotel! but needs attention in attendance, I arrived at the hotel and there was no receptionist, was tired, needed sleep! From a long trip! It took a while for you to arrive (the receptionist)! ... the elevator carpet is old and dusty! The wall of the room I stayed in needs fresh paint! A lovely hotel atop Assisi with grand views. Short on amenities. Restaurant not open for lunch and nothing in walking distance.

It has a very nice lobby. Good temperature everywhere, nice pool, kind staff. We were there for a big event with 550 people - the hall was downstairs and felt a little dark and tight at the back, front was ok. We had the whole hotel for ourselves which was nice

Expecially bad internet connection… and it is a congress center. Impossible to have remote access to meetings. The rest is ok.

Remote hotel in Assisi with nice rooms, beautiful entryway and bar area, pool, and on-site massage appointments. The rooms were pleasant and unassuming. The breakfast is okay but the served dinner for our tour group was not good. There were dead bugs in the hallway though and no lights were on at the rooftop terrace which seemed dangerous. It was a beautiful view though.

It's quite a way outside Assisi so plan a 15 minute walk each way, the road from Assisi to the hotel involves some very steep areas if on foot. Definitely a walk for the able bodied. Fantastic rooftop garden, open late, and great food for a great price. Listen to their recommendations, they know what they're talking about. We especially loved the local pasta with the subtle truffle.

The best lamb I ever had.

A tiny nice hotel very close to the San Francisco Basilica. Tidy clean and recently renovated. Good breakfast and service. Room just with the space for a couple of nights. Suggested if you want stay close to the center and forget the car. Parking is not included and you need to park in public parking with a discounted rate. Breakfast is not included.

Pretty good place to stay as it is very near the basilica. Very warm indoors and a pretty good breakfast offering. But unfortunately the only heater in our room was in the toilet

It was a 400 year old building renovated and had awesome amenities. The hot breakfast was great, the internet was decent, and the entire hotel was decorated with contemporary art making it a great modern art gallery. It was also only a few minute walk to the Basilica of St. Francis.

Friendly staff, clean, updated rooms. Right in central part of Assisi. Could park near overnight and a portion of the morning but non citizens need to park outside Assisi after 10:30 am.

Well situated hotel. Such a pitty it could offer more. Thumbs up for kind and willing staff. In my opinion there was always cold in rooms maybe the managment of the hotel expected warm April. Meals were finely prepared but the breakfast was really poor and this was quite disappointing.
