Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were always extremely helpful and courteous. The view of the valley was amazing and the location was central to churches and close to the town square. The buffet breakfast had a good selection.

Spent one night here with my husband, the room is okay, the heating and bedding are fine, the lighting in the bathroom quite dim but it’s still fine with us, what exceptional is the lady on the front desk, she was very helpful and very nice with us while we were confuse about the location of the hotel and during our stay, cheers to the restaurant staffs during our breakfast too! Thank you so much

I stayed for two nights, and it was a wonderful stay. The hotel is situated in the heart of Assisi. All the main attractions are in walking distance. I reserved via booking.com and I had the option of making my payment at the property. The room was clean and comfortable, with a picturesque view from the window. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the check-in and also at the checkout time....

A lovely little hotel. Rooms were modern, big and comfortable. Good location and easy walking distance to most places. Breakfast was terrible, but having a drink out in the garden was lovely.

Stayed overnight on May 29, 2024. The hotel room had a great view and the room condition was good. It's clean and the amenities are great. In particular, the breakfast was really hearty and delicious. Assisi is truly a very pure and honest city. I Will come again.

It is characterized by the friendliness and friendliness of the staff, excellent cleanliness, elegant and quiet location. For a restaurant, the lion's share is the presentation of the dishes, excellent papa al pomodoro and cod... Children are welcome and the chef fulfills all their wishes, even if they are not on the menu. Hotel Cenacolo...see you soon!

Good hotel with a convenient location in a small town

Hotel Giotto Assisi is absolutely the best hotel in Assisi! We traveled from the U.S. to stay in Assisi. The most beautiful hotel in Assisi! The view was genuinely breathtaking and the location of the hotel is really central, a few steps from the San Francesco monastery. Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We hosted our first night of pre wedding celebrations here, having booked the bar room and the entire outdoor balcony overlooking the valley. We had an open bar with drink tickets and a beautiful spread of finger food that was absolutely delicious. Very attentive and lovely staff and the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous.

Staff, fantastic. Have to say this is our 2nd visit, and we love it. However the hotel when I first visited was fantastic, we stayed in the apartments, just a 5min drive from hotel. I found the apartment, clean, quiet, they had their own pool for the apartments, which was fantastic as the hotel pool was so busy. Love the hotel, staff amazing. Restaurant was fantastic, but was let down but the clientele...

We stayed at this hotel while on a Perillo tour. This was the 2nd hotel out of 3 on the tour. The hotel is large with a pool in the back and great views of Assisi up on the hill. It is not close to anything within walking distance, so you will need a car if you are not with a group. It has a restaurant on site with a breakfast buffet each morning and a spa. I did not visit the spa, so can't comment...

Beautiful facility, fantastic grounds and landscape. Great pool. Bike rentals and maps around the area available. Beautiful golf course, although we didn’t play. Dinner restaurant was fantastic in food and views. Also have a very nice breakfast buffet.

The hotel sells 4 stars and does not deliver worse than 2. Bad service at dinner, with few staff. Reasonable breakfast given the difficulty of the team. Rooms are good in terms of space and cleanliness, as are the bathrooms, but the common area is quite deficient. Very poor external and internal maintenance

After several years of staying in this property, I was unfortunately disappointed for various reasons: 1. As soon as we arrived there was an error on the reservation instead of two adults and a child they only saw two adults. If you are ever in Rome. I highly recommend taking the train ride up to Assisi. The trip is worth it, and this SPA/Museum, really does stand out among outer spas I’ve been to. Even with all the attractions that Rome has to offer, surprisingly my stay here was the most memorable and best part of the trip.

Magical experience begining with room 10 and the 15th century fresco in our stunning, well appointed room. The 1st CE Roman baths, aka Spa Museum, is available all day to guests. It is very special and extremely relaxing. We enjoyed the couple's massage in a Roman cave. Do not miss the adjacent hotel restaurant for an exquisite dinner with the best views in Assisi. The location, design, rooms and spa are beautiful. However, the bar and breakfast service was poor. The personnel is very nice but the experience seems to be missing among the waiters who also act as barman. There were a couple of important details that unfortunately were missing but expected from a five stars hotel.

Fabulous location, unique experience, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind staff. The spa is a real treat. As for the room, I can only say "perfect", attention to detail, cleanliness, everything is truly spotless. The gem is a hairdryer that is never found in other structures of the same level. What about we will definitely be back, I definitely recommend.

A beautiful building a few steps from the center of Assisi. Very kind and friendly staff. SPA TOP. Dinner at Restaurant Benedikto was very good with the view from the terrace nothing short of spectacular! It's a shame it was only one night, but I plan to return, maybe with my kids.

The hotel, located in a medieval monastery, is truly charming and special. The spa is beautiful and unforgettable.

Well situated hotel. Such a pitty it could offer more. Thumbs up for kind and willing staff. In my opinion there was always cold in rooms maybe the managment of the hotel expected warm April. Meals were finely prepared but the breakfast was really poor and this was quite disappointing.

Spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast, restaurant and very nice staff. Also its location makes it ideal for a stay in ASSISI: a bar open until late in the night close to the hotel, many restaurants around, a gasoline station just in front of the hotel, in 10 minutes time time you reach Assisi by car. It is a good hotel! but needs attention in attendance, I arrived at the hotel and there was no receptionist, was tired, needed sleep! From a long trip! It took a while for you to arrive (the receptionist)! ... the elevator carpet is old and dusty! The wall of the room I stayed in needs fresh paint! The hotel is just across the Santa Chiara church. St. Francis church is by walking distance. The hotel is accesible to elderly. No need to take stairs to get to the lift.

Friendly staff, clean, updated rooms. Right in central part of Assisi. Could park near overnight and a portion of the morning but non citizens need to park outside Assisi after 10:30 am.

A tiny nice hotel very close to the San Francisco Basilica. Tidy clean and recently renovated. Good breakfast and service. Room just with the space for a couple of nights. Suggested if you want stay close to the center and forget the car. Parking is not included and you need to park in public parking with a discounted rate. Breakfast is not included.

Pretty good place to stay as it is very near the basilica. Very warm indoors and a pretty good breakfast offering. But unfortunately the only heater in our room was in the toilet

It was a 400 year old building renovated and had awesome amenities. The hot breakfast was great, the internet was decent, and the entire hotel was decorated with contemporary art making it a great modern art gallery. It was also only a few minute walk to the Basilica of St. Francis.

The hotel has a great location, it was very convenient if you wanted to access the whole town. Antonio and his family were very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good and friendly service. For sure we will be coming back here again.

Amazing customer service very friendly everything's walking distance

Unique experience! They were closed for a private dinner party, daughter and I stopped for a glass of wine, door was open, not reading Italian walked in. The owner explained the problem invited us to sit in a quiet corner for the wine while we watched the festivities. He joined us and we chatted for a while, a lovely local encounter. Rooms appeared to be very nice too.

It's good. Owners are so helping. Breakfast, pretty good. Rooms alright. Wifi good. Centrally located.

Location is excellent, parking is free, and price is very reasonable. At the same time, the room is bare minimum with an unpleasant smell, and dinner is the worst I have yet to experience in my 80-days trip in Italy. Rotten lettuce and rotten fruit in dinner, unacceptable. See my attached photo for evidence.

Excellent place, great location with peaceful energy. Workers were very friendly. The view from our balcony was spectacular as well as the singing of birds. We only had breakfast and it was very good. There is an art gallery in the place, a library and a chapel for those like me who meditate. The rooms were adequate and very clean, including the bathroom. A general sense of spirituality and tranquility...

Hotel Belvedere was a wonderful experience. Beautiful. Authentic. The wireless works well. The beautiful marble - stone walls and the best part. The Host - Enrico - and his family are so terrific. Wonderful host and the staff made us feel so incredibly welcome. And since I don’t speak Italian....this local Google guide was SO HAPPY that the English here was spoken so perfectly.

Perfect place as an introduction to Italy. Relax by the pool, investigate Assisi Basilica, (short walk) a romantic glass of wine while watching the sun go down over Tuscany, amazing views of the countryside. Hosts were friendly efficient and helpful. This place really stood out for us in our trip, hope you enjoy as much as we did.

Beautiful, immaculately clean and quiet hotel.

It was a good hotel. Food was ok. Breakfast Buffett was good. Beds were springy could of been a little softer. Hard to control the air temp in the room. The water pressure was good but ran out of hot water. I think it was cause everyone in the hotel was showering at the same time

Nice little hotel with large rooms. Had a small bar area with a limited selection. Didn’t get to explore the area since ii stayed on a Sunday . Assisi was really close and easily accessed.

The place is situayed in a very quiet area and surrounded by nature. Inside it is very basic but very clean. The room was clean, spacious, but basic. Bathroom has everythjng and spotless clean. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and knows how to give a very good service with a smile. I think overall it is an excellent place.

The property was clean and modern. The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff attentive and professional. The only issue was the bedroom walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the room next door
