This is a basic place, but everything is spotless clean and the staff are very efficient and nice. Rooms are basic but are perfect for what we wanted. Ideal location beside the Basilica and St Francis walk. Lovely place.

Really nice hotel. Everything there is pleasant. Stay is wonderful. The park just outside is really nice. With benches around can just sit and enjoy the nice weather.

Great value for money. The hotel is a 10-15 minute from the train station, next to Santa Maria degli Angeli cathedral and it is linked to Assisi by public buses (15' minutes trip). It has a wide park area all around for walking and there is a large super market nearby as well as small local shops. Rooms are comfortable with high ceiling and properly tempered. Great location right next to the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Angels. Beautiful grounds and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast, and a nice restaurant for other meals. There is a nice snack bar with expresso, sandwiches, and drinks. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Close to the city of Assisi.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my fiance. We had a great time throughout. Clean and tidy room, delicious breakfast and very convenient parking. The location allows you to walk around Assisi, I didn't have a chance to have lunch in the restaurant because it was already full! The only advice I can give is if you want a quiet room, ask for one that doesn't face the restaurant, otherwise...

Excellent hotel. Friendly service, beautiful views, gorgeous rooms. We are a family of 5 with small children and the hotel have us two connecting rooms with a jaw dropping terrace. Breakfast is worth the extra and so is the spa area. I highly recommend staying here!

Unfortunately we only stayed one night but when we go back to Assisi this will be the place we will stay. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the dining room they made us feel like we were the only guests that mattered. Typical Italian hotel room but the view was outstanding. I can't say enough about this place. They exemplify Italian friendliness.

Good location and parking (paid) just opposite the hotel. Clean rooms. Tiny shower but good water pressure. Good breakfast but the fresh orange juice and eggs are extra.

Huge clean room with a spectacular view of the valley for a great price. Hotel staff were informative and hospitable, they took care of our every need. When I go back to Assisi, I will definitely plan to stay here again.

It is characterized by the friendliness and friendliness of the staff, excellent cleanliness, elegant and quiet location. I rate this place in the context of a congress organised here. The place is really beautiful, staff very friendly. Very tasty meals, even offering vegetarian/vegan options . I have some concern more about the "environment care" of thr hotel. It is surprising to be offered coffee (during our coffee breaks) in a plastic cup from a capsule machine. Same for for fruit juices served in plastic glasses...

Totally loved the hotel. Large room for European standards. Well equipped. Good breakfast included. My only complaint was the hair dryer which overheated and stopped every three minutes. Had to cool before it would go for another three minutes. Great hotel if you have transportation as it is not close to the downtown of Assisi.

Beautiful hotel with clean design. Gives a peaceful feel. Hotel staff are excellent. The restaurant staff stayed late to accommodate our delayed tour group's arrival due to a massive traffic incident. Breakfast spread is awesome. Wished I had stayed more nights. Great lobby view as well.

We arrived at night, and in the room, only the entrance light switched on automatically. The floor and desk lamps were unplugged and had to be plugged in the dark before switching on. The floor lamp had no switch and wouldn’t turn on after getting plugged in. Bedside lamps had switches. Garbage can was under a head level shelf. A nice enough hotel that puts it's guest on the eastern extreme of the historic city, but still well within easy walking distance of all you'd want to see in this beautiful city.

A lovely hotel atop Assisi with grand views. Short on amenities. Restaurant not open for lunch and nothing in walking distance.

It has a very nice lobby. Good temperature everywhere, nice pool, kind staff. We were there for a big event with 550 people - the hall was downstairs and felt a little dark and tight at the back, front was ok. We had the whole hotel for ourselves which was nice

Expecially bad internet connection… and it is a congress center. Impossible to have remote access to meetings. The rest is ok.

Remote hotel in Assisi with nice rooms, beautiful entryway and bar area, pool, and on-site massage appointments. The rooms were pleasant and unassuming. The breakfast is okay but the served dinner for our tour group was not good. There were dead bugs in the hallway though and no lights were on at the rooftop terrace which seemed dangerous. It was a beautiful view though.

The room I had was lovely with two floors and a spiral staircase. The view from the windeow was amazing and the location is perfect.

Clean, quiet, and the owner is super kind. Wifi works well in my room. 1st floor is a gallery, and so many art works of his cousin are on the wall.

Fantastic location with easy access to Assisi, Deruta And neighboring towns. Rooms are typical Italian farmhouse style with modern conveniences. infinity pool can be challenging since there is only a small ladder to get in and it is 5 feet from end to end with no shallow end. This was a fantastic hotel!!! I have no words to describe the wonderful staff and establishment. We only stays one night and would definitely return we we get the chance! The view from our room was magnificent to say the least!!!

It was a good hotel. Food was ok. Breakfast Buffett was good. Beds were springy could of been a little softer. Hard to control the air temp in the room. The water pressure was good but ran out of hot water. I think it was cause everyone in the hotel was showering at the same time

Nice little hotel with large rooms. Had a small bar area with a limited selection. Didn’t get to explore the area since ii stayed on a Sunday . Assisi was really close and easily accessed.

The place is situayed in a very quiet area and surrounded by nature. Inside it is very basic but very clean. The room was clean, spacious, but basic. Bathroom has everythjng and spotless clean. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and knows how to give a very good service with a smile. I think overall it is an excellent place.

The property was clean and modern. The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff attentive and professional. The only issue was the bedroom walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the room next door

Casa Leonori is a much newer, more modern hotels that is just outside of Assisi. A short 5 minute, 15 euro taxi ride and voila you are at the Piazza Comune. The room I stayed in was rather large, with a common for Italy, 2-bed to become a queen size bed set up, a standard toilet/bidet/shower bathroom, working A/C, television (~32" screen which is newer and larger than most hotels in Italy), and a fridge...

Location is perfect, also near to the basilica. Everything is within walking distance. Really nice staff, room is comfortable.

Room was very nice. Large balcony. Bathroom bigger than average, water gets hot quickly. Awesome shower head. The breakfast and dinner is excellent for a group booking. Much better than any hotel I've been in Italy. They also do a great job catering for vegan and vegetarian customers, something other hotels don't do well. Thanks Dal Moro!

If you are ever in Rome. I highly recommend taking the train ride up to Assisi. The trip is worth it, and this SPA/Museum, really does stand out among outer spas I’ve been to. Even with all the attractions that Rome has to offer, surprisingly my stay here was the most memorable and best part of the trip.

Magical experience begining with room 10 and the 15th century fresco in our stunning, well appointed room. The 1st CE Roman baths, aka Spa Museum, is available all day to guests. It is very special and extremely relaxing. We enjoyed the couple's massage in a Roman cave. Do not miss the adjacent hotel restaurant for an exquisite dinner with the best views in Assisi. The location, design, rooms and spa are beautiful. However, the bar and breakfast service was poor. The personnel is very nice but the experience seems to be missing among the waiters who also act as barman. There were a couple of important details that unfortunately were missing but expected from a five stars hotel.

Fabulous location, unique experience, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind staff. The spa is a real treat. As for the room, I can only say "perfect", attention to detail, cleanliness, everything is truly spotless. The gem is a hairdryer that is never found in other structures of the same level. What about we will definitely be back, I definitely recommend.

A beautiful building a few steps from the center of Assisi. Very kind and friendly staff. SPA TOP. Dinner at Restaurant Benedikto was very good with the view from the terrace nothing short of spectacular! It's a shame it was only one night, but I plan to return, maybe with my kids.

Also its location makes it ideal for a stay in ASSISI: a bar open until late in the night close to the hotel, many restaurants around, a gasoline station just in front of the hotel, in 10 minutes time time you reach Assisi by car. It is a good hotel! but needs attention in attendance, I arrived at the hotel and there was no receptionist, was tired, needed sleep! From a long trip! It took a while for you to arrive (the receptionist)! ... the elevator carpet is old and dusty! The wall of the room I stayed in needs fresh paint! This is the closest possible accommodation to "Santa Maria degli Angeli" Basilica (and the "inside" Porziuncola): in the morning you can wake up and walk to the Basilica in less than one minute. Anyway, in case you choose a room with a view on the Basilica, the rooms can be a little bit "noisy" because of the road, especially on Saturday night when there is a lot of people down in the square. I was here in 2012, with a large group of school. And although we were a noisy, big group, the staff was really friendly, the restaurant was great, the best food I had in the 10 days I was in Italy. The Hotel is nice and clean, right next to one of the most beautiful churches I've ever seen, and near Assisi. All and all, my stay here was amazing

We stayed here for three nights and everything was more than satisfying. The premises of the hotel are beautiful with a stunning view, perfect for sunset. I also really enjoyed the spa services they offer - they have a truly luxurious spa that you can enjoy privately with a reasonable price. Restaurant has a great menu of local dishes. Rooms are spacious and provide everything you need.

Wonderful place to stay. We have stayed here 6 times and the hotel and its staff never disappoints. We like that is just outside the wall to Assisi old town and totally walkable. Food at the hotel is very good and the presence of a pool is an added amenity. Totally recommend.

We had a quiet, well-furnished room, with a balcony and a lovely view of the countryside below. Our room was upgraded for us at no charge upon our arrival. All staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great for seeing the sights.
