We stayed at this hotel while on a Perillo tour. This was the 2nd hotel out of 3 on the tour. The hotel is large with a pool in the back and great views of Assisi up on the hill. It is not close to anything within walking distance, so you will need a car if you are not with a group. It has a restaurant on site with a breakfast buffet each morning and a spa. I did not visit the spa, so can't comment...

Beautiful facility, fantastic grounds and landscape. Great pool. Bike rentals and maps around the area available. Beautiful golf course, although we didn’t play. Dinner restaurant was fantastic in food and views. Also have a very nice breakfast buffet.

The hotel sells 4 stars and does not deliver worse than 2. Bad service at dinner, with few staff. Reasonable breakfast given the difficulty of the team. Rooms are good in terms of space and cleanliness, as are the bathrooms, but the common area is quite deficient. Very poor external and internal maintenance

As soon as we arrived there was an error on the reservation instead of two adults and a child they only saw two adults. Such an amazing experience - the room, the spa, the hotel staff, the restaurants and food … and the views of Assisi!! There is a great outdoor patio and quiet park area as well as a beautiful little bar. It’s up on a hill in a quiet section of Assisi and just a short walk to the main square. Can’t say enough about the spectacular hotel!

I would definitely recommend staying at Nun. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff were wonderful. If you can book dinner at the restaurant, it was also very good.

The Nun Assisi is fantastic. The service is amazing. The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We hosted our first night of pre wedding celebrations here, having booked the bar room and the entire outdoor balcony overlooking the valley. We had an open bar with drink tickets and a beautiful spread of finger food that was absolutely delicious. Very attentive and lovely staff and the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous.

Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were always extremely helpful and courteous. The view of the valley was amazing and the location was central to churches and close to the town square. The buffet breakfast had a good selection.

Spent one night here with my husband, the room is okay, the heating and bedding are fine, the lighting in the bathroom quite dim but it’s still fine with us, what exceptional is the lady on the front desk, she was very helpful and very nice with us while we were confuse about the location of the hotel and during our stay, cheers to the restaurant staffs during our breakfast too! I stayed for two nights, and it was a wonderful stay. The hotel is situated in the heart of Assisi. All the main attractions are in walking distance. I reserved via booking.com and I had the option of making my payment at the property. The room was clean and comfortable, with a picturesque view from the window. A lovely little hotel. Rooms were modern, big and comfortable. Good location and easy walking distance to most places. Breakfast was terrible, but having a drink out in the garden was lovely.

Stayed overnight on May 29, 2024. The hotel room had a great view and the room condition was good. It's clean and the amenities are great. In particular, the breakfast was really hearty and delicious. Assisi is truly a very pure and honest city. I Will come again.

Well situated hotel. Such a pitty it could offer more. Thumbs up for kind and willing staff. In my opinion there was always cold in rooms maybe the managment of the hotel expected warm April. Meals were finely prepared but the breakfast was really poor and this was quite disappointing.

Also its location makes it ideal for a stay in ASSISI: a bar open until late in the night close to the hotel, many restaurants around, a gasoline station just in front of the hotel, in 10 minutes time time you reach Assisi by car. The hotel is just across the Santa Chiara church. St. Francis church is by walking distance. The hotel is accesible to elderly. No need to take stairs to get to the lift.

The room was nice and sophisticated with a white, blue and purple theme. The location was great, between the bus stop and St. Francis Basilica! It was a shame that they couldn't store my luggage after I checked out. I had to leave Assisi soon.

Location is excellent, parking is free, and price is very reasonable. At the same time, the room is bare minimum with an unpleasant smell, and dinner is the worst I have yet to experience in my 80-days trip in Italy. Rotten lettuce and rotten fruit in dinner, unacceptable. See my attached photo for evidence.

Excellent place, great location with peaceful energy. Workers were very friendly. The view from our balcony was spectacular as well as the singing of birds. We only had breakfast and it was very good. There is an art gallery in the place, a library and a chapel for those like me who meditate. Hotel Belvedere was a wonderful experience. Beautiful. Authentic. The wireless works well. The beautiful marble - stone walls and the best part. The Host - Enrico - and his family are so terrific. Wonderful host and the staff made us feel so incredibly welcome. And since I don’t speak Italian....this local Google guide was SO HAPPY that the English here was spoken so perfectly.

Fantastic view and location Fantastic settings with great swimming pool and a stunning view. The room needed a bit of a refurbishment. Rooms could benefit from extra pillows, the bathroom was not in great conditions but the location was perfect, 15 walk to Assisi (a bit up hill) and the staff very friendly.

Good place to stay I've stayed here quite a few times, so that speaks for itself. The pool is the big asset plus the views across the valley. It's a bit of a trek up to Assisi itself - about 15 minutes up hill on a road with traffic. If you don't have a car, you need to plan carefully. You can get drinks and basic lunch at the house. It is rustic and that will either frustrate you slightly or charm...

I like the pool. But the chairs and the lounge were very dirty. The view is amazing. The breakfast is ok. Unfortunately no refrigerator.

It was a good hotel. Food was ok. Breakfast Buffett was good. Beds were springy could of been a little softer. Hard to control the air temp in the room. The water pressure was good but ran out of hot water. I think it was cause everyone in the hotel was showering at the same time

Nice little hotel with large rooms. Had a small bar area with a limited selection. Didn’t get to explore the area since ii stayed on a Sunday . Assisi was really close and easily accessed.

The place is situayed in a very quiet area and surrounded by nature. Inside it is very basic but very clean. The room was clean, spacious, but basic. Bathroom has everythjng and spotless clean. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and knows how to give a very good service with a smile. I think overall it is an excellent place.

The property was clean and modern. The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff attentive and professional. The only issue was the bedroom walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the room next door
