I’m not quite sure why this hotel is rated at only 3 Star - IMO is should be 4. A beautiful looking building facing the stunning scenery of the Dolomites. Room was very spacious and comfortable with a very nice and spotlessly clean bathroom. We booked half board and it was a really good choice. The food was excellent. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. All in all, a great hotel.

We had a great few days at Hotel Serena. service was excellent as was the food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and overall would recomend. Only downside was the hotel seemed a little old and tired but this added a bit to the charm.

Super friendly staff. Really great team. Clean and well appointed hotel. Our bathroom was spotless. Fantastic shower. Great beds / bedding. Good food! We had some lovely local wines too. Breakfast was varied and delightful. A very good hotel!

Very cosy and friendly hotel. Excellent breakfast and dinner and little teatime everyday. Close to the skilift - Santa Groce - transer via Skibus from hotel.

Good location although service was lacking. Most of the staff seem to be overwhelmed whether at meal time or at reception perhaps due to labor shortage, or end of season fatigue. Room itself was small but comfortable with good housekeeping. The bookkeeping and check out process at the front desk was very cumbersome. Dining servers were trying their best, but lack of communication and coordination amongst them resulted in fairly poor service.

Best of the best. If you’re skiing in the Dolomites, specifically Alta Badia, you want to stay at the Hotel Serena. Family runs. Hosts are Amazing. Food is amazing. Full spa that is beautiful. Free parking. Ski shuttle. On-site cafe/bar. What more can you ask for ?

wery comfortable hotel located a few hundred meters from the slopes of Santa Croce and conection to Alta Badia of the Dolomiti Superki. Warm and comfortable rooms. The wellness center with sauna, turkish bath, whirlpool is very nice. Food amazing. Fantastic dinner! Breakfast buffet rich and sufficient. Staff helpfull and polite
