This hotel is lovely. Rooms were very comfortable, food was great, a nice selection at breakfast, lots of fresh fruit, including apples on our room every day. The staff were wonderful and especially helpful for one of our group who required gluten free Food. The pool and saunas were welcome after a day of skiing. The afternoon snacks were also a nice touch. We were a group of 19 and everyone had only positive comments about this hotel.

A few days ago we asked for a quote for a family vacation (a couple of parents + 4 children), from the moment we received the offer we tried to contact the hotel and confirm the reservation, but the hotel could not be obtained by phone or email. The phone had an auto-reply saying the hotel was on vacation (??) and the email had no reference.
This morning we were finally able to chat with the hotel and were very surprised to find that there is no room available for us at the hotel.
Any attempt to find a solution or assistance was answered with inattention, indifference, opacity.
Needless to say, this is a big disappointment, especially for the children.
To sum up, this is a conduct of lack of professionalism and lack of service and lack of courtesy.

Very cozy wellness hotel near the gondola "Piz La Ila" with nice large rooms, very helpful staff, appealing wellness area (indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath etc.) and quite excellent breakfast / restaurant for awesome dinners with mountain view. Parking is available in the hotel garage. Practical small fitness area. Highly recommended.

Family run hotel. Extraordinary cousine. Excellent staff. Spacious and warm rooms. SPA with sauna and relax area. Swimming pool is warmed up. Play room for children with books and plenty of toys. There is also a bigger room with ping pong and a biliardino. Skis room where to leave your equipment. 1 minute walking from ski slopes: you can basically just never take off your skis! Breakfast served from 7am to 10:30am. During winter a light lunch is offered from 3:30pm (usually even earlier) till 5:30pm. There is always a soup, speck, fruit, bread and cakes. Dinner is served from 7pm.
