Some nice rooms other rooms, some air conditioners to 16 degrees others that send hot air, little care in general, the only positive thing the clean sheets and good cotton .... Another negative thing, hard to find, on Google Maps have entered the wrong position , and on the sign the inscription to the Company is practically invisible

The structure is excellent, clean, basic rooms but which reveal elegance. Located in the central area. The staff is discreet, the hostess attentive and helpful. We recommend this property to others. We also tasted the dishes of their restaurant "Lia si si?" tasty and seasoned with Sicilian flavors.

I spent three nights here for a contest and couldn't have picked better! Bright, large, clean room, with all the comforts to spend several hours studying and working on the PC. Air conditioning, comfortable desk, wi-fi working perfectly, multiple socket. Breakfast in the room (including espresso coffee machine with capsules) and in addition the possibility of going to a partner bar at about 800 meters...

If you are staying in Barcellona, this is the place to book. Big room and tastefully decorated. Lots of great details, like the fresh chocolate left on night stand. Very quiet and safe building. A bit confusing to find (look for car dealership on street floor, go through that door to first floor) Super comfortable bed, great shower pressure, fridge in the room, quiet room for a great night sleep. Wonderful place for a wedding

A very nice place with an outstanding host! Francesco is a very nice man! He does everything to make his guests happy. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the terasse is great! On clear days one can even see volcanic eruptions from stromboli

The property is located a stone's throw from the sea (mainly free beaches). It is beautifully managed by Francesca who personally takes care of everything, she is always present and always ready to give advice for places and restaurants in the area.The rooms are very cute and extremely clean.The breakfasts are exceptional consisting of cakes, biscuits and homemade jams . It is a very clean, welcoming and spacious B & b with various areas of common use (living room, veranda, outdoor courtyard). Fully functional air conditioners and wi-fi connection. The owners have always been very kind, helpful and very friendly. I stayed there 3 days for work and I had a great time. Recommended!

Comfortable and welcoming. Functional at the right point. In addition to the bedroom with en-suite bathroom, there is a living room with TV and sofa where you can watch TV in perfect relaxation. we really enjoyed our stay. highlights were the jacuzzi in the room and the breakfast cornettos! the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Despite the kindness of the staff, I found the room not in perfect condition. Lack of light bulbs, lack of shower mat, electrical system with potential short circuit, and closet with dust in the shelves. A little more attention would be enough for a better structure that enjoys an excellent location and excellent breakfast. I'm sorry for the staff, but I'm used to writing reality and I'll be back to...

Relaxing place, surrounded by greenery, with free parking, with clean and air-conditioned rooms. It is ideal for families and is within walking distance of shops, supermarkets and clubs. There is also a beautiful swimming pool and the staff are welcoming. Highly recommended!

Calm. Nice location not far from Milazzo with a great garden & a great pool. It's worth to stay if you wish to explore the Tyrrhenian cost or the Aeonian islands. Or if you travel with kids

An amazing Italian villa with beautiful gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our breakfast under the lemon and pomegranate trees!

Spacious room, as well as the bathroom, new structure, a bit far from the center

Quiet place there is only a small modification to do, add the towel holder to the bathroom sink then everything is perfect.

The room is very clean, as are the bed linen and towels and the common areas. The owner is friendly and helpful, very kind. The bathroom is large and has a window. The air conditioning works very well. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The location of the structure is in a quiet and peaceful place and this favors the fact that you sleep well. Parking is present. Well done!

My daughter and I were guests for a long weekend in late August. I have to confirm everything good that those who preceded me have written. From the booking 15 days before our arrival to the final greetings everything went as I hoped. Hospitality, availability, location of the structure, cleanliness of the rooms, sanitation, breakfast ... In short, we lacked nothing. In the morning, the alarm clock...

The room on the first floor and bystander to the reception is a little sacrificed in access to the beds, overall a clean room with a large bathroom and no bidet as it is for usable

I recommend it for the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. The only sour note, is that in my room there was no the bidet.

I had the pleasure of staying at the casale dei conti, a fairytale structure, beautiful, bright and welcoming. The room is equipped with everything including an extension cable for the PC, efficient wifi, a bright bathroom with everything you need from towels to personal hygiene products (shampoo, hand cleanser, amuchina)., Hairdryer. My room overlooked the beautiful courtyard where there are tables...
