Absolutely stunning location and hotel for a charming stay in Tuscany. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice/clean hotel and very good breakfast but the staff was not so attentive and nice as aspected. The rooms are very noisy especially with the birds outside. Don’t get me wrong - birds are super nice - but trust me, this is a way too much. You can’t sleep after sunrise ~6:15am

The place is generally really nice. But somehow we did not feel very comfortable: staff is a bit odd and rooms are quite small. Isolation of rooms are poor and loud noises from animals wake you up at 5AM. AC did not work properly. Given relatively high prices I would not recommend it.

We travelled Tuscany in July and this place is fantastic. The house and surroundings are very well kept and beautiful. The rooms are cosy and spacious. Staff is extraordinary friendly and relaxed. Activities include walks and bike tours (e-bikes available). Anytime again.

Beautiful comfortable relais in a picturesque location with a nice pool area. Located close to a park area with minimal traffic surrounded by fields, yet close to Bibbona and lovely Bolgheri area. Restaurant delivers a great breakfast, lunch and pool service. Dinners were rustic tuscan food very well executed. Peposo to die for… Wine list is short but sweet with reasonable prices which is greatly...

Spectacular hotel! The service is great, all the staff very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is very special, every day they have a house specialty. And the dinners are great, no need to go out to dinner. I recommend renting the electric bikes, the best way to get to know the vineyards in the area!

The place is very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately my stay was "ruined" by an air conditioner failure but luckily, the managers gave us two fans so as not to die from the heat. Very helpful and kind managers. A negative point, however, is the position which, without a car, makes getting around very difficult. I highly recommend it for young couples but also for families. I will definitely come back...

Without a doubt a 5 star experience. Nice and friendly staff. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Swimming in the pool and being able to look at the park that surrounds the estate is fabulous. Allowed access to dogs, wide running area and with a fence also suitable for large dogs. The whole park is clean and you can find numerous dispensers of bags and small baskets. Each house has a small recited garden...

I stayed for a week in the structure together with my dog, in a really nice accommodation, equipped with everything you need. The fenced garden is a pleasant safety for the dogs present, who still have ample space to walk. I appreciated the discretion of the owners and the tranquility of the place.

We had a lovely time at Casa Nel Borgo. Marco, the host, was very accommodating and gave us useful tips. The apartment is nice and has a lovely secluded terrace, ideal for evening dinners or aperitivo. If you like strolling around in an old beautiful Italian Borgo, this place is for you.

The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The small village of Bibbona is very pleasant and well served with places to spend the evening, convenient for reaching seaside or inland sites. The young owner is very nice.

I had a small, very cozy room and was completely satisfied. I couldn't arrive until around 11 p.m. and although this is not customary, the host made it possible for me and at that time still answered my questions. In the morning there was a lovely breakfast outside in the garden with a view of the city. I can really recommend this accommodation!

La Vallette is a lovely little agriturismo. Located in short distance to the top wineries and restaurants of Bolgheri!! It has a nice pool to cool off after a "hard" tasting. Wonderfully embedded in a beautiful park.

A beautiful, comfortable and relaxing place with most amenities. I was probably unlucky, but the welcoming was quite dry (had to wait about 15 minutes to be shown my room). Little details like one coffee pod/ person /day and lack of any contact with the owners made it feel like a hotel, not a farm stay.

A few km from the Bolgheri castle is this beautiful place to clean the top well-kept gardens where you can have lunch in the shade of the trees under a pretty gazebo each apartment has its own. Tactical position 5 minutes from Bolgheri, 5 from Bibbona and 5 from the sea. Marina is a very kind hostess, who made us find really good fruit and vegetables from their company in the fridge and many things to make breakfast! The apartment was clean, new and equipped with every comfort (security door, mosquito nets, linen), except for air conditioning. Great experience.

A wonderful experience, to be repeated absolutely. Immersed in nature and in the hills very close to Bolgheri, Marina and Giorgio (the owners) are two truly special people. Rich breakfast: biscuits, rusks, milk, soy drinks, fruit juices, coffee and especially freshly picked fruit ... And so on. Strategic area, near the sea and villages to visit.

We stayed 2 nights last weekend. Farmhouse surrounded by nature between sea and hills. Nice and comfortable first floor apartment, equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area is fantastic, well-kept garden overlooking the lavender fields and availability of games for children. Kind and caring welcome from the owners.

The apartment was spacious, clean and luminous. The owner was really nice and available. Nice garden with ping pong equipment and a volleyball net. Really close to the sea.

The staff were so accommodating to my dietary restrictions as well as professional and nice people. The facilities are well-constructed, well-maintained and convenient. The pool is gorgeous with a great view, ping pong and a nice structure for bathrooms.

The perfect place in the heart of Tuscany, the hosts were extremely hospitable and friendly. I highly recommend their tasting menu with local products and their wines - extremely tasty, plentiful and remarkable wines and olive oil of their own production.

Thanks to Poggio Picchio for this relaxing stay immersed in the Tuscan countryside. Super clean house on arrival, equipped with everything (barbecue, table tennis and swimming pool are also available, which I think is ideal for those who want to relax after a while at the beach ..) Beautiful property with exceptional owners. It feels like being with family. Located in a strategic point, with just a few minutes you can reach the sea and the local attractions. The apartments are comfortable and I have not found any problems. We had a very comfortable time here. The building is beautiful, well furnished with everything you need, very nice and big room. The breakfast included is very tasty and the ladies who manage the place are very very available and sweet. Beautiful villa completely renovated, rooms with an antique flavor but with all or comforts (wireless in the room, comfortable bathroom, canopy bed). Truly remarkable breakfast with fresh local products. Friendly and helpful staff.

A charming traditional Italian house, recently, sympathetically refurbished in a way that has kept its charm but included modern features such as the new bathrooms. Great location at the very top of a small hill top town, with a lovely terrace where you can relax and enjoy the views.Fabio and his family make this a very special place and very Italian! We spent two days pampered by the kindness of Fabio and Patrizia, the owners of this ancient inn, always with a smile on their faces despite some technical drawbacks. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the abundant breakfast with genuine local products. I also recommend the dinner on the terrace based on typical Tuscan products of high quality and excellent wine and extra virgin olive oil produced...

Nice staff and team. Clean and lovely rooms. But: No Pool. No Dinner during weekdays (!!). The hotel is far off in the outskirts, so extensive car driving + managing reservations is mandatory if you want to still get dinner during your stay outside of weekends. The latter may change based on occupancy rates, but it’s most definitely important to check before booking as this info is nowhere highlighted...

I would rate this place with 10 stars if I could! We loved everything about it. The rooms are great, comfy, clean. The staff is really nice and attentive. Do not miss having dinner in their restaurant! Everything is top notch! We will deifinitely come back!

Structure dated and not too clean, but I must say that the owners are very kind and helpful there is a decent swimming pool and a beautiful location in the middle of the green. The apartments are equipped with everything except for cleaning, sanitation and sheets unless you bring your own. We didn't try the local produce but the look was inviting I am sorry for the response of the owner that I invite...

We met Mr. De Fanti in the market of Marina di Bibbona a few years ago and we discovered his oil and his wines. I'm just saying that from that moment on we only consume the oil from the De Fanti estate. We have it delivered to your home every year. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, we were just passing through to buy the oil of their production (very good). The place is beautiful with a swimming pool and surrounded by nature. There are also 2 pitches with electricity for a possible stop with a camper. We will definitely be back maybe just to take advantage of the agricamping service.

Anna Maria and Filiberto are lovely people who care a lot about their guests. They also produce wine and olive oil. Try the Merlot (100% no barrique).
