The resort is big and we have spent 2 nights. The accommodation was as described and expected. The extra costs for bed lines and tovwels was 8EUR/person. To be honest I did not know it till the lady at reception told me. :)

Lovely place! Staff super friendly and helpful at reception, rooms lovely and clean, kitchen with basics provided, access to clean, public swimming pool, free parking. Large comfy beds. Would definitely recommend!!

Camping is located in a very beautiful place. Unfortunately the camping is packed with Dutch people so it felt like I was at home. If you want to come here for your rest it's not a good idea. We had a nice holiday. Friendly staff, beautiful pools and a very good restaurant. We had the studio, which is small, so I recommend a 2 room appartment. The beaches south of San Vincenzo are very nice. Many beautiful villages in the area. The standard Tuscan attractions, like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra, require more time to drive to. Superb, clean resort, fab swimming pools, lovely setting in the woods, really helpful staff, great entertainment team...I could go on. Was able to travel from Pisa by train to nearby town (but note taxis were expensive). Should have hired a car. Pistachio ice cream was delicious.

I loved how the place was organized, each spot had its own parking place, every house or tent was equipped with all the essentials. The house we lived in had AC, looked like brand new. Indoors cafeteria, restaurant and shop make your live even more comfortable. Perfect place for chillout. We were amazed how much we liked it. Prize is also a big plus, very affordable stay.

Glamping tents were excellent, virtually brand new, plenty of hot water and even air conditioning! Park is lovely, pools great and entertainment staff do a brilliant job.

Decent campsite. Lots of shady trees and space between accommodation. Pools are ok but can get crowded. They could do with more sun loungers though. Take away area closes earlier than expected

Bungalow of our choice was pretty modern, well equipped with a nice, shaded patio. The overall quality of sanitary service did show their age. Pools we're excellent suited to babies.

Beautiful place with a lot of space for animals.

The place is very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately my stay was "ruined" by an air conditioner failure but luckily, the managers gave us two fans so as not to die from the heat. Very helpful and kind managers. A negative point, however, is the position which, without a car, makes getting around very difficult. I highly recommend it for young couples but also for families. I stayed for a week in the structure together with my dog, in a really nice accommodation, equipped with everything you need. The fenced garden is a pleasant safety for the dogs present, who still have ample space to walk. I appreciated the discretion of the owners and the tranquility of the place.

I spent only one night in a very nice apartment, apparently recently renovated and certainly very comfortable. The owner was warm and friendly, the pool is beautiful! I advise!

2 years in a row and better and better. The bungalow was great: spacious and complete. The bathrooms are very well kept. The managers always kind and helpful. The swimming pool is well maintained. Under a beautiful pine forest, the cool has helped in this very hot summer.

Very nice campsite, the equipped pitch is very large and complete and the price is good for 1 week, the only thing is the bathroom which is a bit uncomfortable and the gates of the campsite which close at 11 and you can no longer return by car!

Excellent dog friendly campsite. Owners and other holidaymakers very warm and friendly, felt like a small village where everyone is friends. Large and well-shaded pitch for an advantageous price! The only flaw perhaps the bathrooms that would need to be modernized, overall a place that I would say highly recommended!

I spent a very pleasant and relaxing holiday in the Residence Casa di Caccia with my partner and 2 dogs. Gert the owner welcomed us warmly and allocated us a studio apartment with a balcony and equipped with all the essentials for cooking. Clean. The residence is really a few meters from the sea and a few steps away there is a small supermarket + pizzeria bar of the campsite which can be accessed....

Lovely refurbished rooms but the best part was the breakfast, local cheeses and honey with some of the best charcuterie I’ve had at a hotel all lovingly served by helpful and happy staff. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 2 days and added another day last minute because of train strikes. Lavena was so helpful and even called my other hotel to let them know I wouldn’t be there because of the strikes. Lovely surprise , booked at the last minute on the way back from Bolgheri . Was a weekend and there were quite few clients . The hotel is brand new refurbished with pretty nice taste.
