Superb, clean resort, fab swimming pools, lovely setting in the woods, really helpful staff, great entertainment team...I could go on. Was able to travel from Pisa by train to nearby town (but note taxis were expensive). Should have hired a car. Pistachio ice cream was delicious.

I loved how the place was organized, each spot had its own parking place, every house or tent was equipped with all the essentials. The house we lived in had AC, looked like brand new. Indoors cafeteria, restaurant and shop make your live even more comfortable. Perfect place for chillout. We were amazed how much we liked it. Prize is also a big plus, very affordable stay.

We stayed in late May 2022 and the overall experience at Hu Village Montescudaio was excellent. We stayed in camp with Eurocamp and the chalet was clean and well equipped. Glamping tents were excellent, virtually brand new, plenty of hot water and even air conditioning! Park is lovely, pools great and entertainment staff do a brilliant job.

Decent campsite. Lots of shady trees and space between accommodation. Pools are ok but can get crowded. They could do with more sun loungers though. Take away area closes earlier than expected

Bungalow of our choice was pretty modern, well equipped with a nice, shaded patio. The overall quality of sanitary service did show their age. Pools we're excellent suited to babies.

It is located in a beautiful location, on top of a hill with a sea view. Great for those who love tranquility

I stayed on New Year's Eve in this structure with my boyfriend. Very nice environment, surrounded by greenery and really quiet. Very nice staff and the room was spotless, warm and very pretty! Very abundant and delicious breakfast !. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay there again, I recommend it!

This is really awesome. The place is totally isolated, between Volterra and Livorno. When accessing by car, you can park inside and then directly enjoy the swimming pool. It is very well maintained and the housekeeper is awesome. She was really kind, proposed an awesome breakfast. This is really appreciated. Thank you Lucia and Lavinia!

I've been two nights in this b & b located in the Tuscan hills. Room was clean, nicely furnished. Lovely view. OK breakfast, with bar food and adequate price. I will be back.

We were only there for one night, but very happy with the accommodation. The location (view) is great. The restaurant can also be recommended.

A pleasant discovery. I met this place by chance and now I talk to everyone about it. Delicious pizza, spacious, clean and personal atmosphere Pluto polite. Very good prices. For families and couples. We also participated in the festivities with a concert (garibaldi bros) with the sagra style and remained pleasantly satisfied that evening too. We have been in the tavern pizzeria attached to the recently opened agriturismo. It was a pleasant surprise, platter of cured meats and Tuscan cheeses plentifully accompanied by homemade bread and focaccia, good pizzas. It is possible to taste excellent wine from local viticotori. Friendliness and courtesy are at home.

We had a great time here ! Nice, cozy and clean Appartement between Olive Trees. We recommend it and would definitive come again. Also a really great host.

Beautiful location, very nice landlord. Fantastic area and very nice holiday apartments. The only point of criticism was the uncomfortable mattress in our apartment, but it was renewed after our evaluation. Thumbs up!

We spent our spring vacation at this outstanding venue and we loved it. The country side is marvellous and you can watch the sunset on the Thyrren Sea from the patio of your apartment. Beautiful and friendly family hosts. Great location. Close enough to the coast to enjoy the sea, but up in the beautiful hills for great walks and the serene, quiet Italian night sky and cool winds! A real authentic experience for my wife and I and our 2 boys. Ask Stefano about the history of his olive trees! He may even offer a taste of the oil! We will ritorno!

Alberto is a very friendly host. Accommodation is clean and nothing was missing. view is beautiful. Every day we enjoyed the evenings with lots of wine and beer with the panorama. If the weather was ideal, then even with a sea view. Alberto keep it up.

An ideal place for those who love Tuscany: its mountains, sea, ancient cities and towns. Directly from your apartment you have a view of the hills covered with olive groves and forest, and the sea. The town of Montescudaio is located on the top of a hill, and it always has clean and cool air, and the silence is broken only by the singing of birds. Not to mention local products - wine, sausages, cheeses...

Great location as you can see all tuscany cities and villages of interest in maximum an hour and a half. Alberto the hostest is a very kind man who helped us with everything we needed. The appartement was super clean and had absolutely everything we could ask for...last but not least next to the appartement there was an italian restaurant with great food which was a great deal the days that we returned...

We did a wine tasting at Fontemorsi. A wonderful experience. The hostess talks passionately about her vines and the different wines she makes. A short rustic walk through the idyllic Tuscan farm followed by a tasting in small company. Generously filled glasses accompanied by a variety of nibbles. All this splendor for a very reasonable price. Recommended!

Very pleasant organic wines. Perfect tasting: also tastings of cold cuts, cheeses and croutons during the presentation of the company and the explanation of pruning with vine specimens for the days when you cannot go to the vineyard, really very useful !! Thanks for the hospitality!!

I spent last week in Fontemorsi and I had a great time. the apartment is spacious, bright, very clean and very well furnished. a beautifully colored autumn outside. I will definitely be back!

Nice apartment with two BR & two baths, spectacular view from the pool. Lovely breeze at night. Cleaning of pool and apartment could be better. WiFi is really bad. A nightmare if you need to get work done. Road to the house is dramatic with lowered suspension. Wines are mediocre.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast selection particularly the daily selection of home made cakes, meats, cheese and coffees all served with a smile. All the linen was fresh and rooms kept very clean.

Wonderful Podere! Very familiar and super quiet relaxed location. There are only 5 rooms and the family plus dog lives in the house. The rooms are big enough and have been furnished with great attention to detail. The hostess is a very, very nice woman - it was really very nice!

STAY IN FULL RELAXATION !!! i stayed with my girlfriend the first days of july. They were 4 days of pure relaxation as the farm is literally immersed in the hills ... to reach them you have to travel about 1 km of dirt road. Clean, tidy and basic room. Italian or European buffet breakfast ... the cakes are prepared by the owner and are delicious !. Swimming pool with garden and equipped ... we used...

Enchanting .... after a few minutes of dirt (soft) you reach the pomegranates farm! Maximum relaxation, the pool for hot days is truly a panacea ... spectacular breakfasts .... recommended for all those people who need true relaxation

The resort is big and we have spent 2 nights. The accommodation was as described and expected. The extra costs for bed lines and tovwels was 8EUR/person. To be honest I did not know it till the lady at reception told me. :)

Camping is located in a very beautiful place. Unfortunately the camping is packed with Dutch people so it felt like I was at home. If you want to come here for your rest it's not a good idea. Children keep screaming and you can hear it on the whole camping. On the whole camping there is no service and the only place with service is at the reception. The WiFi is not very good. We had a nice holiday. Friendly staff, beautiful pools and a very good restaurant. We had the studio, which is small, so I recommend a 2 room appartment. The beaches south of San Vincenzo are very nice. Many beautiful villages in the area. The standard Tuscan attractions, like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra, require more time to drive to. A nice surprise was the geothermal park in Monterotondo...

It's a lovely place where you can live surrounded by nature. The sea is 5 km distant and you have all the services in the near city.

Please know, that there is a 5 km long road leads to the hotel, that is little bit sticky and difficult, but it worths to drive trough, because finally you will feel yourself in the Paradise...

The hotel is nicely located and has a beautiful view. The rooms and the hotel are also very pretty. A downside of at least our room was that it was located close to the hotel's rather loud water pump. Therefore, we woke up as soon as guests started showering. The breakfast could be better for the price of the rooms. It was very basic and mostly finished 20 minutes before the official end of breakfast...

The location is fantastic the food is great (though the service for guests is restricted to choices of the day and not a real, full-fledged a La carte menu) and the room furnishing and accessories (super hard mattress and pillows, by the way) are definitely not worth of a 4 star rating. Don't get me wrong, everything is impeccably clean and tidy, but it's just not 4 star material. Great place to stay...

Rooms average, little bit dark and wet, nice sitting infront. Breakfast very average no scrambled eggs. very nice pool with crystal clear water. Good coffee by the pool.

The view and the pool is beautiful, staff was really nice, gave us many info about the apartment and the Borgo area and it was easy to communicate with her.

From the end of July to the beginning of August we stayed in this complex with 4 adults and 2 children. It was clear to us that NO luxury would welcome us here (you can't expect that with this price/performance ratio either), but everything was very functional and tidy and, above all, the right thing for the children, who felt very comfortable.
