WORST HOTEL EVER
We booked 4 nights and left the 1st day. The owner was super unfriendly. Cannot agree more with other reviews where they mentioned he just invite you to leave when you complain.
In our case, we complain because the room was not the one we booked plus the internet was not working (after complaining we saw the owner took out the free wifi service from the description of the hotel and even shouted to me)
We come to Bibione every year and I have traveled around the world and have never had such a bad service.
Never book this place

The service here is disgusting, they are rude, rude and call you names, they ruined your entire vacation with their arrogant behavior, I don’t recommend it to anyone

(I thank the owner who confirms my negative opinion, with his indifference.) Disappointing for the bad reception, cold, hostile and incredibly rigid under the mask aspect ... Maybe they were disappointed that I had made the reservation through the internet and not calling them, but I never felt welcomed. Certainly I will never again see the memory I have of lack of professionalism and lack of enthusiasm for the work of those who were welcoming customers.
I hardly ever do negative reviews, but a few weeks ago in Lignano we were welcomed in a much, much better way, big disappointment this time. Too bad ... But who are so many hotels and I will make a reason, however never again there.

This hotel is just outrageous and a bottomless cheek.

We took the liberty of asking if we had already got the right room and then the key was literally torn out of our hands, the passports were thrown on the table and we were thrown out with an unfriendly "goodbye".

In addition, the room did not match the pictures (small, smelly, uncomfortable). Now we are happy because we got a room in the beautiful Hotel Mira Mare.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again - zero stars are not even enough!
