An excellent apartment in a central location. Very modern, well equipped facilities, even a smart TV with Netflix, and a/c which was a godsend in the heatwave! Although it was a little tricky to find initially, the instructions sent were clear enough - you just have to keep your eyes pealed! What a perfect location, heart of the city with the two towers right outside our window. That said, it was a quiet, clean, and a very comfortable space. Just perfect after easy forays out to explore the city; you are within walking distance of so many things. Very responsive staff, and a special thank you for "rescuing us" when we locked ourselves out of the safe! Would highly recommend.

The apartment is elegant and well served, both in terms of services and furnishings. The area is very convenient, also for traveling as it has the station nearby to reach the central station or the airport in a very short time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When I pass through Bologna again I will stop in their facilities again.

Very nice apartment, all new and clean

We have stayed in the structures of the Aparthotel on other occasions of stay in Bologna. Everything is always perfect: organization of check-in and check-out, communications, availability for special needs. The apartment is cozy, clean and equipped with the main comforts. The internal parking is much appreciated.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Bologna. Basic but functional and quiet furnishings despite being adjacent to the subway station. At the next need for an overnight stay in Bologna I will definitely take this into account.

Just beside a train station but still very silent. Recent refurbished apartments so is everything very new and the one I stayed was very big.

Fantastic Accommodation in convenient location Excellent choice of accommodation with self catering kitchenette, and laundry services which is very convenient in the heat of the Bologna summer! A nice alternative to a traditional hotel. Hotel very close to some very cool bars and restaurants, you do not have to go far to find a very vibrant nightlife. Can be a little noisy at night especially at weekend...

Really easy check in process. Lovely spacious flat and just a very easy and pleasant experience overall.

A beautiful old building thoughtfully adapted. The only minor negative was the inclusion of certain items of cheap metal furniture (from IKEA?!) amidst the otherwise very stylish fittings. An odd aesthetic decision.

The rooms were spacious and modern. We could have stayed there several weeks and been comfortable with the space and amenities. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful with information.

It was clean, lots of space an elevator and great air conditioning. Perfect stay.

We had a great two weeks at the Almarossa property! The service is great, the room was very clean and having a grocery next door makes it very handy. Close walk to the train station and not far from all the great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

I lived here for work first of all the room is comfortable with Wifi and the service is kind and helpful but also welcoming especially those at the reception and the location is also convenient because it is close to the Central Station of Bologna but also close to the Bologna airport

I am living here, with my partner, in one of the studios of this residence and I am very happy. The room is nicely furnished and equipped with all comforts, with a kitchenette and a very modern bathroom. Room cleaning is done, with bed linen and towels changed every week. A free laundry room is also available to the residence customers. The girls from the secretariat, who take care of the management...

Stay September 2020. Excellent stay: nice studio apartment, efficiency and great availability of the reception for info / booking; self check in / out. Perfect organization!

I stayed with my family and I felt good! Located in a strategic position, in the historic center of Bologna. An apartment equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning and independent access via personal code. Internal parking. Until next time !!
