Good location, free parking is available near hotel. The room was clear and had everything you need (including toothbrush and shower cap 😁). you're allowed to visit hotel with your pet without additional payment. Also here's tasty breakfast, including fruits. Thanks to a very polite guy at the reception). Highly reccomend this hotel to visit
Perfect location nearby motorway. Rooms are very clean and nice furnished. Breakfast buffet is superlative. Staff very helpful and kind.
Room is better than I expected with very comfy bed and kettle for coffee. The breakfast is one of the best I have tried in recent multiple trips in Italy. Above all staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Location is not the best as there are no shops around but is within a short driving distance but the Centre.
Very good hotel. Good breakfast and service. Bit away from bologna center, although there is a bus right outside the hotel. 30 mins reach bologna center with 10-15 walk.
The restaurant is good taste, you.gotta try

I just spent like a week at the Social Hub in Bologna and for sure can recommend it.
For me, preferably walking the cities I visit, the Social Hub is situated at a perfect location. Just behind the train station, and really a stone throw away from the old town. I would vary my walks to the center, like first going to the University of Bologna, etc. From the Social Hub you can really reach anything...
Can I Just Move In Already? The Social Hub is a Dream!
Oh. My. God. I flipping love this place. I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect when I booked, but now I genuinely wish I could move in. The Social Hub is everything I never knew I needed in a stay—sustainability, community, and comfort, all in one incredibly well-thought-out space.
Let’s start with the bed—oh my days, the most comfortable thing...
Simple but nice place to stay. Beds are comfortable and rooms have what you need. Design is very clean and simple.
Service from the staff is great and they are very welcoming.
The place have some co-working area which looked nice. Almost wanted to work from here…
Also have a free gym.
Overall pleasant stay, good rooms and excellent amenities with a lively mix of students, workers and travellers that gave it a proper community hub feel. Right next to the station which is both a plus and a minus, the area has an unflattering reputation and although I never felt unsafe during the day I did take advice not to explore after dark as a solo female traveller.
There were some odd quirks...
The room was new, confortable and clean.
The breakfast was good and complete.
The atmosphere is a bit too young, more suitable for students than professionals.
Good location, clean lobby and friendly staff. Self check in is easy and cool.

This is not my first time in this hotel and I love it dearly. The location is great, the service is friendly, the breakfast is varied, some weariness of the former luxury - I like everything. The rooms are spacious, but also of varying degrees of weariness.
This time the door of our bathroom was strangely dirty. If it does not wash off, then the door needs to be replaced. And the mixer tap also needs...
Large hotel with all necessary infrastructure. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Perfectly clean rooms and bathroom with toilet. Near the station and the city center. Rating 10 out of 10
The decoration style is retro and the facilities are relatively old. The shower head support in our room was even broken and could only be placed facing the wall.
Good hotel, convenient location just outside ZTL and 15 minutes walking to city center. Breakfast is quite basic.
This hotel is a traditional style hotel. We liked it a lot, it was very comfortable. We had the best nights sleep there. And isn't sleeping the most important thing in a hotel? We liked the traditional room, it was cozy, with a balcony too, The service was helpful. The facade of the hotel building is not beautiful (in my opinion) but inside is a good hotel. We would definitely stay there again. It...
Very satisfied, very satisfied, the bathroom is very good, the bed is small but very comfortable, the service is really good, the decoration is a bit old, but the materials used are very good. Recommended to stay.

What a pleasant stay.
We got all the perks a loyal member of ALL could get and even more. Pasquale was so welcoming and did everything he could to make our stay the best possible.
Wish I had stayed more than one night.
Room was spacious and quiet. A view of the internal garden was amazing.
The only thing that could go better is parking. It's handled through a third party and even though it's on...
The hotel is located across from the central station so it is handy for those who need to get the train in or have arrived from the airport. If you need to get to the centre, it’s about 20mins walk away. As it’s next to the train station it’s quite shady with drunks and gypsies loitering outside the front.
They’ve recently renovated the foyer and the hallways, but the bedrooms are still stuck with...
Rooms: Modern, yet cozy. Clean. The shower stall is tiny, not it’s not a dealbreaker. Robes and slippers are provided. Towels are enormous. Nice garden/courtyard with ample seating. The mini bar is stocked with Acqua Panna, Coke, Juice, Lemon drink (complementary).
Service: Staff is attentive and willing to help. Our check-in was amazingly fast. The bar is always staffed and in addition to drinks...
Great hotel if you want to stay around the train station, a little walk down to the Old Town, but it's quite straightforward to get to.
We had a newly renovated room with a balcony to the yard. It might be noisy if having a room out towards the road as it's a very busy road, and people like to use their horns.
It was a big bathroom, big bed, big TV and a big room overall that we appreciated after...
The real highlight is its fantastic location, being extremely close to the train station - it's super convenient for travelers. The hotel delivers exactly what it promises, with clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay near the train station. Can't complain about the value for money either!

Kettle in room and functional lifts are important
Convenient hotel close to the airport. The airport transfer is very convenient and helpful as it is every 30mins so you may planned your trip accordingly and get in time to the airport.
Very close to the airport and free shuttle bus service is available.
5 mins from Bologna airport. Free shuttle bus to airport. Was warmly greeted at reception by Alice. Impeccable English, she checked us in chatted about our journey up to Bologna. She explained where everything was, restaurant etc. Beautiful rooms. Large & impeccably clean. Cases were taken to our room by a nice man who was chatty and asked about our holiday.

And for breakfast buffet, i always love it since they got a lot of delicious bread...
I really enjoyed and loved this hotel, the reception staff were very cooperative especially Mr. Rami, the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was awesome, I wish I will visit again
Last week, we stayed at this hotel for two nights and were very satisfied with the service. It's a modern, new hotel with big, clean rooms. The positive points that we enjoyed the most were the easy check-in, friendly staff, rooms, parking (outside and indoor), good breakfast, and the amazing location, which helps tourists easily reach the city center, old town, and restaurants for dinner.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and, while the overall stay was pleasant, the experience at the reception was extremely disappointing.
**Positives:**

Good hotel for one or more nights stay in Bologna. Indoor parking too.
Three night stay and would happily return. The rooms are spacious, clean, have a pleasant design. The beds are 180cm wide, sheets are great. Cleaning is of high standard.
However, bear in mind that this hotel seems to cater mostly for nearby conference centers, so it’s not very leisurely. Though it seems that no hotels in Bologna have a pool anyway. The garden area is nice though and the bar serves...

This time i book this for the F1 race in Imola, it just next to Bologna train station, very good optikn
The room is clean, spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located. It is opposite the train station. It is a very good hotel. I am very satisfied with it. I recommend it!
Right next to Bologna Central Station, just cross the road😊
The room is clean and hygienic, the windows are double-glazed, and the soundproofing is very good👍The breakfast is also good, and the coffee☕️ can be put in the paper cup provided by the hotel and covered with a lid to take away~💖Five-star praise🌟
I have been to Bologna more than a dozen times, and this is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in so far! First of all, the location is excellent, just opposite the central train station, the room is large and comfortable, the soundproofing is also very good, the breakfast is very rich, very satisfied 👍
The hotel is located just across the street from the central station, so this is my third time here, and I am getting more and more disappointed. Very nice rooms, spacious, modern and clean.
Great business hotel
The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with modern rooms that offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the shower was very convenient – everything worked perfectly.
Overall, the hotel offers a nice balance of comfort and practicality, making it a solid choice for anyone visiting Bologna.
We loved our stay here, the rooms are comfy, quiet and clean.
Big plus is a very very good breakfast and a free parking around the hotel. In front of the hotel is a bus stop (line 14) that will take you to the center of Bologna in 20 minutes. We will be back for sure.

Great spot next to the train station. There’s actually not too much around the hotel itself but for convenience it makes sense. The room itself seemed modern and had all of the necessary plugs. Nice hotel and i really liked the bed as it was comfortable. Near to the train station and also walkable to attractions.
Excellent location a short walk from the train station. Friendly reception staff. Good room, except no iron in the room and the bathroom tub had mould in several corners that could be an easy fix. Otherwise was very happy with the room and especially the location. I would definitely recommend.
Location is excellent. Next to the train and bus station. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.
The room has its own dressing room I liked that so much. The hotel is in front of the train station but you need to mall 10-15 mins to go to the city centre. The only think I didn't like is personnel was not very friendly.

Love this place! Nice standard, kind staff, comfortable beds 🛏️ clean rooms, stylish spaces, convenient location. All what we need. That's why we are coming here whenever we need, and we know we will find good, reliable standard and service. Highly recommend 😃👌
I chose this hotel because it is next to the exhibition center. However, I was not able to check in at the check-in time and had to wait for a long time. I had to contact Ctrip, and their customer service effectively solved my problem. I have to give a thumbs up to Ctrip. In addition to its excellent geographical location, everything else about the hotel is acceptable.
The hotel is a bit dated but clean and well-maintained, with very helpful and friendly staff. Its location just couple of minutes from the fair (by car) saved me some valuable time. Food is good. They gym is super tiny...I slept really well and got all I needed.
Me and my husband loved staying here the room was spotless and very comfortable. All of the staff was very kind and always very helpful especially Max! Just 20 minutes from the square. If you are staying in Bologna I would definitely recommend this place they even packed us to go breakfast for our early check out time! :)
The room is very small, not worth the price. But it is close to the exhibition venue and the shuttle bus is free. Look at the damn price. I was unable to arrive and check in on the first night due to flight reasons, but the hotel refused to refund me. Fortunately, Ctrip refunded me several hundred yuan, and I felt better.

Stayed here as we had an early departure flight the next morning. Courtesy shuttle bus to the Airport was provided. Rooms, Staff and restaurant were excellent and surpassed our expectations. Easily recommend to all travellers.

Overall good experience and recomendable for guests arriving by car but even those arriving by train will find good bus connections every few minutes plus a 7 min walk from either bus stop. For such a price it’s great. 130€ for the room with two separate beds in italy it’s a gem. Obviously it has its downside, like there were a small spider web in the room, the walls are scratched, everything seems to be a little “used”. A great location with 5 minutes from the train station one way and 5 minutes to the city centre the other. The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The room we were assigned was #229 and the loft bed may be an issue for some, but it gave the room a quirkiness you don’t expect from a hotel. This was a fantastic option for a place to stay in Bologna.
This is my fourth time of staying here which is reasonable price and near the center and walkable to restaurant. I will be back again soon.
Out of control heating. Room was 29.7 degrees celsius. Had to open window and endless noise came in. New staff completely out of training.
