I chose this hotel because it is next to the exhibition center. However, I was not able to check in at the check-in time and had to wait for a long time. I had to contact Ctrip, and their customer service effectively solved my problem. I have to give a thumbs up to Ctrip. The room is very small, not worth the price. But it is close to the exhibition venue and the shuttle bus is free. Look at the damn price. I was unable to arrive and check in on the first night due to flight reasons, but the hotel refused to refund me. Fortunately, Ctrip refunded me several hundred yuan, and I felt better.

We have been to the hotel twice this year, in March and now in June. In both cases the experience was positive and pleasant. The staff is friendly and approachable, the rooms are neat and clean, and the food is good. We have dined in the restaurant several times and every dish we have chosen has been delicious. I was really pleasantly surprised with this hotel. As soon as you check in, the staff are very friendly and they give you a free drink coupon for the bar. A great location with 5 minutes from the train station one way and 5 minutes to the city centre the other. The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The room we were assigned was #229 and the loft bed may be an issue for some, but it gave the room a quirkiness you don’t expect from a hotel.
