Room is better than I expected with very comfy bed and kettle for coffee. The breakfast is one of the best I have tried in recent multiple trips in Italy. Above all staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Location is not the best as there are no shops around but is within a short driving distance but the Centre.
Very good hotel. Good breakfast and service. Bit away from bologna center, although there is a bus right outside the hotel. 30 mins reach bologna center with 10-15 walk.
The restaurant is good taste, you.gotta try
Perfect Well maintained structure, qualified and polite staff Good location
The hotel is located in a somewhat desolate area, and there is a construction site next to it. The transportation is convenient. Bus No. 25, which goes directly to the Central Railway Station, is right in front of the hotel. I was surprised to see the hotel when I got off the bus. The receptionist was expressionless, and the facilities in the room were old, but they were equipped with a small refrigerator...
The room we booked was 40 square meters, but we were given 18 square meters. After we complained, they immediately changed the room rate and raised it on purpose, which seemed a bit fraudulent. With the help of the after-sales service staff of the Ctrip platform, we were compensated. Thank you Ctrip!

Bologna, Via Aristotile Fioravanti 27 🧭 Map
I just spent like a week at the Social Hub in Bologna and for sure can recommend it. For me, preferably walking the cities I visit, the Social Hub is situated at a perfect location. Just behind the train station, and really a stone throw away from the old town. I would vary my walks to the center, like first going to the University of Bologna, etc. From the Social Hub you can really reach anything...
Can I Just Move In Already? The Social Hub is a Dream! Oh. My. God. I flipping love this place. I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect when I booked, but now I genuinely wish I could move in. The Social Hub is everything I never knew I needed in a stay—sustainability, community, and comfort, all in one incredibly well-thought-out space. Let’s start with the bed—oh my days, the most comfortable thing...
Simple but nice place to stay. Beds are comfortable and rooms have what you need. Design is very clean and simple. Service from the staff is great and they are very welcoming. The place have some co-working area which looked nice. Almost wanted to work from here… Also have a free gym.
Overall pleasant stay, good rooms and excellent amenities with a lively mix of students, workers and travellers that gave it a proper community hub feel. Right next to the station which is both a plus and a minus, the area has an unflattering reputation and although I never felt unsafe during the day I did take advice not to explore after dark as a solo female traveller. There were some odd quirks...
The room was new, confortable and clean. The breakfast was good and complete. The atmosphere is a bit too young, more suitable for students than professionals.
Good location, clean lobby and friendly staff. Self check in is easy and cool.

This is not my first time in this hotel and I love it dearly. The location is great, the service is friendly, the breakfast is varied, some weariness of the former luxury - I like everything. The rooms are spacious, but also of varying degrees of weariness. This time the door of our bathroom was strangely dirty. If it does not wash off, then the door needs to be replaced. And the mixer tap also needs...
Large hotel with all necessary infrastructure. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Perfectly clean rooms and bathroom with toilet. Near the station and the city center. Rating 10 out of 10
The decoration style is retro and the facilities are relatively old. The shower head support in our room was even broken and could only be placed facing the wall.
Good hotel, convenient location just outside ZTL and 15 minutes walking to city center. Breakfast is quite basic.
This hotel is a traditional style hotel. We liked it a lot, it was very comfortable. We had the best nights sleep there. And isn't sleeping the most important thing in a hotel? We liked the traditional room, it was cozy, with a balcony too, The service was helpful. The facade of the hotel building is not beautiful (in my opinion) but inside is a good hotel. We would definitely stay there again. It...
Very satisfied, very satisfied, the bathroom is very good, the bed is small but very comfortable, the service is really good, the decoration is a bit old, but the materials used are very good. Recommended to stay.

The hardware and software are very good, the room is very comfortable and I slept well. The hotel is also very conveniently located, within walking distance of the station and all attractions. Even though it is on the main street, it is not noisy.
This time i book this for the F1 race in Imola, it just next to Bologna train station, very good optikn
The room is clean, spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located. It is opposite the train station. It is a very good hotel. I am very satisfied with it. I recommend it!
Right next to Bologna Central Station, just cross the road😊 The room is clean and hygienic, the windows are double-glazed, and the soundproofing is very good👍The breakfast is also good, and the coffee☕️ can be put in the paper cup provided by the hotel and covered with a lid to take away~💖Five-star praise🌟
I have been to Bologna more than a dozen times, and this is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in so far! First of all, the location is excellent, just opposite the central train station, the room is large and comfortable, the soundproofing is also very good, the breakfast is very rich, very satisfied 👍
The hotel is located just across the street from the central station, so this is my third time here, and I am getting more and more disappointed. In particular, the room I stayed in this time was so small that I wondered if it was the room I had booked. I asked for a room near the elevator, but it was the last room. I was so disappointed that I will go to a different hotel next time. The food is also...

Good location opposite Bologna train station Nice breakfast.
Very convenient location, room is a bit old but in general quite ok.
the location is super good, just the opposite of the train station. The breakfast has a range of variety but I suggest to cover the ham in between as I saw some inserts around.
The hotel is in front of the train station, nearly practical, for those travelling by train.  They also partner with a parking nearby, for 20 euro + per night. Worked well in my case, ask for the address of that Parkin advance as you can't park at the hotel.  The bed is comfortable, roof is comfortable but VERY small.  It's a 10 min walk to the happening in the center. Nothing is really nice around...
Mercure brand is well known and the hotel looks well maintained. Was just a traffic light away from the train station. Makes travelling easy. Towards our room in the end there’s a small flight of stairs (3-4 steps), it will be inconvenient if there’s mobility issue or if your luggage is too heavy. Do let them know in case they didn’t see your situation.
Location of the hotel was the highlight, it was literally opposite the train station. There were shops and supermart nearby the hotel as well so it was convinient. The room was good and clean, with the view facing the courtyard. Breakfast was good too with a nice selection of food and drinks. Only downside is that it was a 15-20 mins walk from the city center but we enjoyed the walk from the hotel...

I really enjoyed and loved this hotel, the reception staff were very cooperative especially Mr. Rami, the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was awesome, I wish I will visit again
Last week, we stayed at this hotel for two nights and were very satisfied with the service. It's a modern, new hotel with big, clean rooms. The positive points that we enjoyed the most were the easy check-in, friendly staff, rooms, parking (outside and indoor), good breakfast, and the amazing location, which helps tourists easily reach the city center, old town, and restaurants for dinner.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and, while the overall stay was pleasant, the experience at the reception was extremely disappointing. **Positives:** The hotel itself is nice, with modern amenities and clean rooms. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast—it was varied, fresh, and well-prepared, a great start to the day. The location is also ideal for business travelers, especially...
Good hotel for one or more nights stay in Bologna. Indoor parking too.
Three night stay and would happily return. The rooms are spacious, clean, have a pleasant design. The beds are 180cm wide, sheets are great. Cleaning is of high standard. However, bear in mind that this hotel seems to cater mostly for nearby conference centers, so it’s not very leisurely. Though it seems that no hotels in Bologna have a pool anyway. The garden area is nice though and the bar serves...
The staff and rooms were great. The majority of the staff were very personable and approachable even for foreign travellers. The breakfast provided was one of the nicest hotel buffet breakfasts I've had in a while, offering everything from bacon and eggs, to cold cuts and breakfast pastries. It's a little far out from Old Town for tourist trips but perfect for the Bologna Fiere

I have to say I had a great time staying there, with very helpful staff like Doina, Sara. Place is reachable by public transportation with very good supermarkets Esselunga, Lidl around. And there is plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast is with many choices and staff are friendly. I had an event on Sunday there, all staff were so helpful.

Love this place! Nice standard, kind staff, comfortable beds 🛏️ clean rooms, stylish spaces, convenient location. All what we need. That's why we are coming here whenever we need, and we know we will find good, reliable standard and service. Highly recommend 😃👌
I chose this hotel because it is next to the exhibition center. However, I was not able to check in at the check-in time and had to wait for a long time. I had to contact Ctrip, and their customer service effectively solved my problem. I have to give a thumbs up to Ctrip. In addition to its excellent geographical location, everything else about the hotel is acceptable.
The hotel is a bit dated but clean and well-maintained, with very helpful and friendly staff. Its location just couple of minutes from the fair (by car) saved me some valuable time. Food is good. They gym is super tiny...I slept really well and got all I needed.
Me and my husband loved staying here the room was spotless and very comfortable. All of the staff was very kind and always very helpful especially Max! Just 20 minutes from the square. If you are staying in Bologna I would definitely recommend this place they even packed us to go breakfast for our early check out time! :)
The room is very small, not worth the price. But it is close to the exhibition venue and the shuttle bus is free. Look at the damn price. I was unable to arrive and check in on the first night due to flight reasons, but the hotel refused to refund me. Fortunately, Ctrip refunded me several hundred yuan, and I felt better.

Location is great. Noise level is a bit loud. Coming at change of seasons - with global warming - October 27th-31st - it's hot and humid with no air conditioner in rooms because they switched to heat only. Thank goodness they gave us a fan. Otherwise, we'd sweat the entire time. The hotel is nice enough, but that's our biggest complaint.
We were on a short break from the UK and wanted a hotel within walking distance of the centre, this hotel was ideal. Also because it was so close to the main railway station it was very easy to get to and from the airport. We just caught the Marconi Express direct to the station and walked about 200 metres to the hotel. Cost of ticket is between 10 to 12€.
Excellent stay in Bologna. Perfect hotel location. Only a few steps from city center and the central railway station. Comfortable family room and satisfactory hotel facilities. Excellent cleanliness and hotel staff. Has nothing to envy from nh collection series. We will come back...!
Great location if you are doing day trips out of Bologna as it’s extremely close to the train station. It would be nice if the hotel had an area to refill water bottles. We asked the bar staff who were happy to do so. Room is spacious and clean with air conditioning which you can control.
Stayed in a family, interconnecting room. It was comfy and very clean. The only negative is that the door between rooms are very narrow. Breakfast was tasty, with hot and cold options. I really liked the healthy corner. Staff very polite and helpful. Good location, great for exploring Bologna on foot. Would stay again for sure.
We spent 3 nights at this NH in mid July (12-15th) and we had one big issue: AC didn't really work. It was hard to sleep with the room likely being around 30C. The room was clean but visibly worn down. Some cracking in the walls and discoloration but nothing to worry about. The check in process was easy and we were able to get the airport shuttle easily in the morning
We had to stay in this hotel because our flight got cancelled. The hotel is located a short drive from the airport and thus very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very modern and seemed upscale. However, our air conditioning unit did not work so it was quite uncomfortable. I stayed here one night. It is considered an airport hotel but you must take a taxi or shuttle from the airport which cost $13-$40 euro depending on the number of people. Beautifully designed room; clean and spacious; great location if you travel by train, as it is very close to the station.
Very average 4 star hotel. Room is quite small and water is paid 2 euros for every bottle. Although it is clean and staff is welcome and friendly.

Very nice hotel and service. The pool is superb. We travelled with kids and they enjoyed as well. Breakfast is nice and dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good, had dinner there twice. Had a rental car but also took the close-by bus number 20 to downtown Bologna, which was handy. The rooms are good though not newly minted. Airport is close-ish.
Unforgettable stay in this wonderful property. Got a free. upgrade to an unbelievable "Gold Suite"! Just Perfect. Will be back. Highly recommended.
The hotel looks beautiful on the outside, the restaurant is great. The location is nice 15 mins from the airport and close to the center of bologna (you need a car to get into the center quickly). Probably a 10 minute drive. The rooms are classic, bit old styled. The main downside are the beds. Beds are very hard. The mattrass lies on a sold wood plank. Right next to the train station, so thats great, about 20 mins walk into town. This hotel was just a one night stay as part of a longer holiday for us, and this was by far the worst service for us, and not a great hotel. Fine for the night, but all needs redecorating (not bright orange and bright blue)!. And the staff never seemed very happy or smiley. Would be great to have a kettle in the room!

The hotel is a very good choice for your money. It has good amenities for the price. The rooms are clean and the breakfast below average. The only downsize is that is located at the city edge, but is a safe and quiet zone. Also, the station for the 25 bus line is located just in front the hotel, that will take you to Bologna Stazione Centrale train station, about 20 minutes of travel.

We’re mainly really excited about the staff (super helpful, friendly, open and kind) and about the breakfast (many options and fresh every day). Exceptionally helpful and friendly service. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was very nice and clear. We recommend breakfast. Meats, cheeses and fruits of the highest quality. Of the several hotels we visited during our stay in Italy, we rate this one as the best! There is no problem with getting to the center. Buses run all the time.
Hotel Imperial in Bologna is located around 10 minutes by car to the airport. There is a bus stop nearby that can take visitors to the city center. The room is clean and convenient enough.
