I just spent like a week at the Social Hub in Bologna and for sure can recommend it. For me, preferably walking the cities I visit, the Social Hub is situated at a perfect location

The location was perfect, super close to the train station, and I felt safe walking back at night. Only tiny bit of feedback? I really wanted to swim, and I wish I’d been told in advance that the pool wasn’t open

I also loved all the thoughtful details, like the water tracker in the shower, the sustainable toilet paper, and even the condoms in the room (nice touch!)

But what truly sets The Social Hub apart is the community focus. As a solo traveler, I really appreciate places where you can meet people outside of the usual drinking culture

Location is great - 5 minutes from the Marconi Airport Express Station and 7-8 minutes from the city centre. The staff was perfect, smiling and polite! Definitely I will stay again!

Worked well in my case, ask for the address of that Parkin advance as you can't park at the hotel.   The bed is comfortable, roof is comfortable but VERY small.   It's a 10 min walk to the happening in the center

Great location near the train station. We used as a base to travel to florence and San Marino so perfect location. 15 minute walk into centre if bologna and 10 to main restaurants

Only downside is that it was a 15-20 mins walk from the city center but we enjoyed the walk from the hotel to there. Overall a very nice stay and place in Bologna!

Towards our room in the end there’s a small flight of stairs (3-4 steps), it will be inconvenient if there’s mobility issue or if your luggage is too heavy. Do let them know in case they didn’t see your situation

Location of the hotel was the highlight, it was literally opposite the train station. There were shops and supermart nearby the hotel as well so it was convinient

The hotel is in front of the train station, nearly practical, for those travelling by train.   They also partner with a parking nearby, for 20 euro + per night

Very satisfied, very satisfied, the bathroom is very good, the bed is small but very comfortable, the service is really good, the decoration is a bit old, but the materials used are very good. Recommended to stay.

The facade of the hotel building is not beautiful (in my opinion) but inside is a good hotel. We would definitely stay there again. It's convenient to the train station and to the city centre

Good hotel, convenient location just outside ZTL and 15 minutes walking to city center. Breakfast is quite basic.

The rooms are spacious, but also of varying degrees of weariness. This time the door of our bathroom was strangely dirty. If it does not wash off, then the door needs to be replaced

I have been to Bologna more than a dozen times, and this is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in so far! First of all, the location is excellent, just opposite the central train station, the room is large and comfortable, the soundproofing is also very good, the breakfast is very rich, very satisfied 👍

Right next to Bologna Central Station, just cross the road😊 The room is clean and hygienic, the windows are double-glazed, and the soundproofing is very good👍The breakfast is also good, and the coffee☕️ can be put in the paper cup provided by the hotel and covered with a lid to take away~💖Five-star praise🌟

The hotel is located just across the street from the central station, so this is my third time here, and I am getting more and more disappointed

The staff were very kind and helpful. Even though we arrived late at night and the lobby was full of people, getting our room was quick and easy. The room smelled great, was very clean, and everything was just right

The hotel is in a very good location, close to many famous attractions in Bologna. The service staff are very kind and the rooms are clean and beautiful. It is a good choice for accommodation in Bologna.

Can't complain about the free upgrade to the Presidential suite (from our Junior suite) 😜. Hopefully the photos do it some justice. Splendid suite containing two rooms. Convenient for a family of four

The hotel is perfectly located - within a couple of minutes of the railway station and no more than ten from the centre of Bologna. The reception staff were really helpful and the room spacious, spotless and very quiet

We were on a short break from the UK and wanted a hotel within walking distance of the centre, this hotel was ideal

Stayed in a family, interconnecting room. The only negative is that the door between rooms are very narrow. Breakfast was tasty, with hot and cold options. I really liked the healthy corner. Staff very polite and helpful

Great location if you are doing day trips out of Bologna as it’s extremely close to the train station. It would be nice if the hotel had an area to refill water bottles. We asked the bar staff who were happy to do so

Also because it was so close to the main railway station it was very easy to get to and from the airport. We just caught the Marconi Express direct to the station and walked about 200 metres to the hotel

Only issue is that the hotel is very close to city center so that it creates a bit noise during the night. Just book it you will not regret. Room is comfortable and breakfast is definetly 1st class

Loved this place. Gorgeous rooftop deck area where you can get drinks and hangout. The breakfast was great....way more options than expected. Room was very clean. We would definitely recommend!

Is is located 24 min walk from the city centre but this wasn’t really a problem since bologna is a beautiful city with many cute shops and neighborhoods so we enjoyed strolling around! The staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was lovely, and the breakfast was great! Also, an amazing Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant is next door, Trattoria di Via Serra. Central Bologna is accessible through public transportation (bus) or walking

The room was very clean, there was airconditioning, the breakfast was good, the location was perfect (but for some people maybe a little bit too far from the route?!), and we were warmly welcomed and assisted by the staff

While the hotel was outside Central Bologna, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! First, the owner stayed up late (1 AM) to check me in because my plane was delayed many hours

A very nice boutique hotel 20 min walk to the center and right next to the station. Nice and quiet neighborhood too. The staff was really friendly

We absolutely loved our stay in this boutique hotel. Short walk from the train station and twenty minute walk from the plaza. Room was clean and tidy,cosy sufficient for our two night stay on our little trip of Italy

My only one small if I had to pick was they was no shelf in the actual shower for our products , but not a deal breaker. If you want an authentic stay in an Italian boutique hotel, please give this place a go

Located in the city center, it’s one of the most modern hotels you can find for good price. Breakfast could be better, but overall it’s a nice place with kind staff.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Hotel Metropolitan as our base for touring the Ferrari museums and Lamborghini. It is a ~15 minute walk from the main train station and steps away from shopping and restaurants

Piazza del Nettuno is a ~10 minute walk. Our family room was spacious, with a desk/work area, two single beds and a small separate room with a fold-out double bed, separated by a rolling door

There were three air conditioning units that kept the room very cool (although there is not a vent or unit in the bathroom, so it gets warm when the door is closed)

Great hotel 6-7 minutes away from Bologna Centrale but far away from restaurants. One of the guys in the reception was not customer oriented at all

The rooms are good, not mind-blowing but a great bathroom (if you ignore that the bathroom door doesnt have a lock which we found strange) and functional "main room" great aircon which felt perfect after a long day in a warm country

We had a wonderful 9-day stay here. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooftop lounge was lovely -- a quiet respite during the day, coming alive evenings

One evening when I was trying to work in the library/living room area, the music was playing loudly, another guest was having their dinner, and shockingly, hotel staff set up an ironing board so another guest could use it to iron her clothes

With all of that said, location was fantastic, it was very clean, the staff was super kind and friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great

Not at all a conducive work space and I found it strange that this hotel has not been able to figure out how to get working WiFi to all of the rooms

The overall impression is okay and far from 4*. Of the minuses: The room with the smell of antiquity and cigarette smoke. The soundproofing is terrible - talk from adjacent rooms like near the ears

For the station, location is perfect but for center of city, around 20 min walk.

The location is great if you plan to visit nearby cities from Bologna. The service is a bit lacking and not very helpful, but it’s okay. The breakfast is good—nothing exceptional, but still good.

Great location near the train station very quiet and ok clean. Breakfast is nice too they have some local stuff for breakfast. Loved the selection of cheese coffee crossoint bread which is your baguette

Amazing hotel. Full of historic artifacts from it was built. Breakfast buffet is beyond amazing. Cappucinos were smooth and nice decorated. Room was clean and bed very Supportive. Will def come again!

The room was clean and the man in the reception helped us as much as possible when we found out that our belongings from the car were stolen during the night

House was very comfortable and felt very safe. The location was very central and close to restaurants and a grocery store.

We had a family room which everyone liked - good sized double and two single beds. We took a taxi to the hotel as it was about the same price as the Aerobus (which would be a 15 min walk)

Then you will be routed to the hotel directly and will not drive through the streets with limited access. Don’t use your gps in your car. The same is true for the way back to the highway

Fairly standard three star hotel. Centre of Bologna can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes by foot. Tucked out of the way in a mostly quiet, residential district. Nice pizza restaurant a few minutes walk away
