Outdoor Parking on site next to the hotel. There was one free spot, just in case at the reception, take the car keys, if necessary, to rearrange. On the main street to the center 5 minutes

Good place to have a good quality affordable and fast pasta, I mean it’s fast food but still a very good option if you are heading to the train station and want to grab something decent to eat without paying a full fare restaurant

Great hotel! We choose this hotel because it has chargers for electric cars (Tesla) and stayed there for one night on our way from Rome to the Netherlands. What a pleasant surprise! Lovely hotel with very nice staff

The Imperial room on the 5th floor is fantastic. Huge, with a staircase leading to the roof, with views across Bologna. There's also a rooftop mini gym and sauna (private), dining table and chairs, deckchair

The waiters were all excellent from start to Finnish it was up there with the best service I’ve ever received. If your in Bologna and you like fine dining this is not one to miss

At first glance, the lobby is quite nice and the staff was friendly. They said hello as soon as we walked in. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had many options and was tasty

Great hotel 6-7 minutes away from Bologna Centrale but far away from restaurants. One of the guys in the reception was not customer oriented at all

This hotel was a short walk from the train station, so it was a perfect option for my early morning train

Bring your travel iron, there is not iron in the room and they don't provide it. I had to iron my clothes in the laundry room in the basement

If you want to stay by the train station, this hotel is in the ideal location. Breakfast is good and a fairly reasonable price. However, walls must be made of paper, and you can hear everything in the room next door

When this issue was reported to reception, they could only apologies that this was the problem with the hotel! So don't expect to get much sleep if you have noisy neighbours

Room clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Very handy location for city centre. (5 minutes) Quite and peaceful

So feeling the dirty blanket over your nose is not a comfortable feeling at all. Why not a proper bed sheet etc? The location is good, close to the centre of attraction

The staff at check in and check out were great however we had an issue with staff member about wifi who was extremely rude. If you are after low cost accommodation in a central location then this motel is a good choice

The property is in a great location, just far enough away from the train station to avoid noise and congestion but close enough to easily catch trains. Easily walkable to historical centre and heaps of cafes

Breakfast is not rich and can be updated with varieties. Taxi cost from the hotel to airport is about 15 - 25 € depending on the traffic, day/night service(15-20 min). For short stay the hotel is a very good choice

Staff is great , helpful and pleasant🙏👌❤️❤️❤️TV was small like a computer size monitor. Small fridge with 2 bottles of water like mini bar available(need to pay for them of course😉)

Bathroom very narrow so for big guys will be difficult to take shower! Collapsing bidet is a great attraction and is very difficult to use anyway! No balcony in most of the rooms

The rooms are good, not mind-blowing but a great bathroom (if you ignore that the bathroom door doesnt have a lock which we found strange) and functional "main room" great aircon which felt perfect after a long day in a warm country

We had a wonderful 9-day stay here. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooftop lounge was lovely -- a quiet respite during the day, coming alive evenings

One evening when I was trying to work in the library/living room area, the music was playing loudly, another guest was having their dinner, and shockingly, hotel staff set up an ironing board so another guest could use it to iron her clothes

With all of that said, location was fantastic, it was very clean, the staff was super kind and friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great

Not at all a conducive work space and I found it strange that this hotel has not been able to figure out how to get working WiFi to all of the rooms

5 star location, literally 3 minutes walk from Bologna Central Station and easy to walk into town centre. The room is set up for a short stay and spotlessly cleaned every day

The shower is amazing! A complimentary bottle of water is refilled daily and a small carton of fruit juice per guest is also provided

Great place to stay in Bologna. Close to everything in the historical center of town and just a couple of blocks from the train station. The basic room was spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable bed and pillows

Beautifully designed hotel in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station. Despite its proximity to the main railway station, the hotel is in a quiet location

With its design, the hotel primarily appeals to young people and people who are young at heart. The staff are very, very friendly and very, very nice

The only criticism: The hotel room is/was very cold/cool designed (Like a youth hostel). But that's also a matter of taste. I would book the hotel again and can recommend it without reservation

Good TV, AC, bath with walk in shower. There is also a great breakfast, nice swimming pool and small but good fitness center

The food and snacks in the hotel's own restaurant are very tasty and you don't have to leave the hotel for a delicious, freshly prepared coffee

Good location, a brisk stroll to the main part of the old town, ideal if traveling by train (opposite the central station) but parking was easy too (there is an underground parking which is expensive, but we found ample parking on the street within 100-200m from the hotel

Nice public areas, renovated rooms are ok too. For an Italian city centre hotel it is not bad

My experience at the mercure was excellent. The staff were friendly & helpful & remembered me each day as I came through the lobby. My room was updated and lovely

It’s about a 20min walk into “old town” which is okay during the day but at night after dinner and drinks feels longer and quite dark

Excellent location opposite the main railway station. About 10 minutes wall to the main square. Room had a garden view with nespresso machine and complimentary water. Could have done with a fresh lick of paint

On my birthday they surprised me with a delicious chocolate cake for breakfast! Location is just perfect for both business and holiday travelers alike. You really cannot fault it in anything

The Grand Hotel Majestic gia Baglioni is a fantastic hotel to stay at in Bologna, particularly for first time visitors. The location is close to virtually all major sights in Bologna

The courtyard where you can eat transports you back to a prior time. The location is central to everything. The train station is a 15 walk. We will return for our next stay in Bologna

While everyone from the housekeeping staff to the breakfast staff were the most professional people we have ever experienced in any hotel, we wanted to say that Julia, Rafaella, and Miriam at the front desk were exceptional

The Gia is the perfect hotel for your stay in Bologna. First, the staff from the time you arrive at the front entrance to the time you depart are spectacular. They door staff greets you each time to arrive and depart

The hotel itself is very modern, and very clean with a nice feel to it. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was ready early and they came up to get us from the lounge

I stayed in this hotel for one whole week to attend a summer school at the University of Bologna. The room is spacious, clean, and bright (big windows). The shower and toilet are also very spacious

They have a rooftop ideal for viewing the sunset. There are many options for breakfast. I enjoyed having basmati rice, scrambled eggs, smoked ham, and bacon with their multivitamin juice

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel or it's staff, and the best compliment I can give it is that if we come back to Bologna I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

1- location: The location is good and served with a few shops but unfortunately it 20-25 minutes away from the center and historical sites and that's the only reason for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2- Atmosphere: Although the hotel looks small with few rooms from the outside, still it's big and huge from the inside

We stayed here as "day" guests as we arrived in Bologna at 8. 45am and our onward flight wasn't until 9. Booking was smooth and easy and cost €80 for the room from 10am until 6pm

We chose to stay at Hotel NH Bologna De La Gare because it is a 5 minute walk from the station, and we arrived in Bologna by train and had a large suitcase with us, so its close proximity to the station suited our needs perfectly

Stayed in a family, interconnecting room. The only negative is that the door between rooms are very narrow. Breakfast was tasty, with hot and cold options. I really liked the healthy corner. Staff very polite and helpful

This is not the fault of the hotel of course but as we expected the area around the station felt quite seedy after dark

The hotel is perfectly located - within a couple of minutes of the railway station and no more than ten from the centre of Bologna. The reception staff were really helpful and the room spacious, spotless and very quiet

While the hotel was outside Central Bologna, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! First, the owner stayed up late (1 AM) to check me in because my plane was delayed many hours

Luxurious hotel close to the center of Bologna! It is really gorgeous, with amazing decoration and super detailed. It has Gym and anything you need for a good stay... I really loved the gym.

The acoustic was very good and everything was very comfortable! I went there on a very snowy day, yet there were no inconveniences related to the poor weather conditions! Very close to the train station, this hotel is especially comfortable for people moving around by train

House was very comfortable and felt very safe. The location was very central and close to restaurants and a grocery store.

Then you will be routed to the hotel directly and will not drive through the streets with limited access. Don’t use your gps in your car. The same is true for the way back to the highway

Good central location in the city within 8min of the train station via line A or C bus routes. Rooms are on the smaller side however well equipped. Rooftop bar has a good view but prices are high.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Hotel Metropolitan as our base for touring the Ferrari museums and Lamborghini. It is a ~15 minute walk from the main train station and steps away from shopping and restaurants

There is a lift although each floor has single or multiple stairs between different room areas. Know that the bigger bed is a fold out so it wasn’t as comfortable as the single beds, due to the thinner mattress

Hotel is located in the middle of everything. Customer service is excellent and room is very clean. We checked out and left few pieces of clothing behind and the manager contacted us right away

Piazza del Nettuno is a ~10 minute walk. Our family room was spacious, with a desk/work area, two single beds and a small separate room with a fold-out double bed, separated by a rolling door

I loved the rooftop bar where their is a breath taking view. Our server and bartender became friends quickly. I highly recommend this hotel as I will always stay here when in Bologna

Great location near the train station very quiet and ok clean. Breakfast is nice too they have some local stuff for breakfast. Loved the selection of cheese coffee crossoint bread which is your baguette

It's a decent business hotel located very close to the station and also close city centre which made it easy for us to commute easily. checkin was smooth staff was supportive however room service could have been better

Great hotel centrally located- across from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the centre. The rooms are spacious and breakfast, which is provided by Eataly, had good selection

Great stay and less than a minute away stepping out of the central station. Great gentleman staff very welcoming upon late arrival. Next day when asking for late check out, the lady staff offered till 1pm

One of the best breakfast bar I’ve had in a while - you can find freshly baked goods, hot food like eggs, sausage, bacon, beans, there’s also a fruit bar, juice station, and cereal
