Truly wonderful week at Derby ! The nicest most attentive staff cared for our group through day from the moment we woke until we slept. What a charming and wonderful family. The food was sumptuous - breakfast copious the evening meals ginormous ! The staff so impeccable dressed and always there. My bedroom was spacious with fantastic shower. Everything was cleaned daily too. Thank you so much for making all the French team from transplant games feel so special . You were wonderful. This could so easily be 4 star. Location is fantastic too. I hope to come back in my own at some point and won’t hesitate to say with you

The worst service. I brought a school ski trip here and the staff were appalling. So rude and unhelpful. They refused to support us when we had issues in some rooms and refused to change the beds from doubles to singles, forcing our teenage boys to share a double bed. Staff were awful

Very friendly staff and super helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms with views. Highly recommended to anyone cycling / visiting the stelvio or skiing in the area.

A warm hotel with clean rooms, good food, and great views, but the highlight was the very friendly welcome from the staff and management.

Reasonable hotel. Be careful not to be charged extra for the pool and steam room/ sauna. Food is ok.
