The hotel is in an excellent location behind the Brescia Castle. You can reach the castle through a 400-meter tunnel. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich. It is antique and very Italian in style. It is worth staying. It is convenient to drive. There is free parking.

The hotel is in an excellent position just a few hundred meters from the historic center of Brescia, nearby there are various bars where you can have breakfast and some places to have lunch and dinner. The rooms are good and fairly clean. For a couple the standard room is perfect, we had an inconvenience, we booked the 16m2 standard room with Trip.com and they gave us the smaller French room, but the real inconvenience was that from the suction nozzle of the The bathroom air smelled like smoke. Therefore, after having pointed this out, unfortunately after the second night, they changed our room giving us the standard one and basically without the smell of smoke. In the end, if there hadn't been this inconvenience, the stay would have been perfect, a shame. If they know about this problem they shouldn't give these problem rooms to anyone. At first, as soon as we arrived, it seemed that someone had recently smoked in the room and the receptionist even ventilated the room and sprayed a product that absorbs fumes. If they had told us that the problem was the room we would have changed rooms immediately. Unfortunately I think they know very well the problem with some rooms and continue to assign them. However, I give a slightly positive overall rating.

An excellent hotel with excellent transport accessibility, but at the same time within walking distance to the historical center. Comfortable room, good textiles. Convenient parking. I liked the dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the breakfast was also good.

On the way back to Milan by car, I heard that Brescia is a good city, so I booked this hotel. It was probably a 4-star hotel. Although it was a bit old, the room was large and clean, and the breakfast was good. It's close to the attractions, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the new church, square, and temple ruins.

The price of the room is excellent for a ⭐⭐⭐⭐, but its low price justifies the minimal size of the room, but the service is excellent anyway.

Nice and welcoming reception, the room was good overall but the beds and pillows were not perfectly clean. The location is quite central and the parking is free and convenient. The Spa was a little too expensive in my opinion, we didn't try it

Room was decent, working aircondition which was nice, and a small fridge. Free private parking is also good. However, I'm not sure if it was an unique issue to our room, but the shower had no water pressure at all, and the temperature went randomly between freezing and boiling and nothing really happened when adjusting the temperature. I spent 30 unpleasant minutes trying to take a shower.

We asked for a room with a double bed when we booked but got two simple bed that we had to put together.
Also we booked for breakfast but we had to ask to be registered because the registration didn't work.
The room was okay and the AC was working.
