As a platinum member and born in Brescia I usually travels once a year back home, I find this hotel clean, modern and good service. The restaurant is superlative, the area instead not so great. Even the parking lot has problem of breaking into cars at night. I suggest you pay 12$ a night for the covered parking

The location is good the hotel is good but it need an update. No AC, as most hotels in Europe...which is crazy considering the wave of heat. The service is outstanding and remarkable. Everyone is extremely professional , respectful, and kind. Parking can be free if you park next to the hotel. Breakfast is good, but could be better.

Standard AC Marriot. Breakfast is not included for Marriott status. No lounge. If you need a overnight this is a great location but not a long term lodging Marriott location. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable and clean.

We booked our room by chance on our way to Lake Como. This is a very nice clean hotel with kind staff. It was very easy communicating with staff and the room is the closest to American since we arrived to Italy. Plenty of places to see and eat in the area. Don’t be dissuaded by all of the modern art (graffiti) it’s a growth phase all of Italy is experiencing. The people in the neighborhood are nice

Lovely hotel in the perfect location to walk to everything in the old town center. My room had an incredible view of the church dome and the old roofs a few blocks away. Comfortable, spacious, and very nice staff. The rooftop area was closed for the winter, but I'm sure it is lovely in the warmer months. You should definitely stay here!

On the way back to Milan by car, I heard that Brescia is a good city, so I booked this hotel. It was probably a 4-star hotel. Although it was a bit old, the room was large and clean, and the breakfast was good. It's close to the attractions, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the new church, square, and temple ruins.

The hotel is ok, lobby and common areas are very elengant while our room was dated, not very appealing at all. Nevertheless the room was big and clean and we had a very good sleep (very quiet). We loved the breakfast buffet and courtesy of the staff. Free parking.

Just outside the city, convenient as a hotel for two nights. Family run, hearty breakfast, clean. It has only one negative, for non-smokers, the sheets and pillowcases had a strong smell of cigarettes which almost prevented me from sleeping.

We only stayed for one night but had a perfect stay. Valerio, the host, is very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful as was our room. We actually had a much bigger room than expected with a small livingroom including a kitchen. It was very calm since the hotel is situated in a smaller street. A very mice hotel, quite close to the city centre. I loved the staff - they were very helpful, open. When we needed something, even at 12am, they gave it to us. They also made an amazing breakfast for us. Really tasty.The rooms were very big, they had al the necessities. We had an amazing view fro the terrace and a very beautiful corridor with old frescos. The restaurant administrator chased the child away from the TV when he was watching football. Some kind of wrong attitude towards children. This was a very nice stay. The service was great at the reception and restaurant. The really inconvenient was a lack of sockets in the room. There was the only locket which was far from a bed. Design was too old fashioned. But the staff made my stay good.

Room is very clean, newly designed, shower has great water pressure and storage in the bathroom. Shower is a little tight for bigger and taller people. Bed was comfortable with good weight bedding, and staff was super nice. I would not recommend the breakfast as we were very underwhelmed compared to many other hotels we have stayed at in Italy. We stayed here because the other place we were at was completely unacceptable. When I called to check on a room, "Enzo" took great care of us. He put us in a king suite. It was clean and every necessity was there. We were there in winter, so we didn't use either of the pools, but we did get a good meal at the attacked Indian restaurant. Thank you Enzo.

The location of the hotel is good, less than 5 min on foot from the train station and the metro. The receptionist was very kind and speak very good English. However, the room I was in was not very good : there were a lot of dust and the sink had a leak. The breakfast was good.
