As a platinum member and born in Brescia I usually travels once a year back home, I find this hotel clean, modern and good service. The restaurant is superlative, the area instead not so great. Even the parking lot has problem of breaking into cars at night. I suggest you pay 12$ a night for the covered parking

The location is good the hotel is good but it need an update. No AC, as most hotels in Europe...which is crazy considering the wave of heat. The service is outstanding and remarkable. Everyone is extremely professional , respectful, and kind. Parking can be free if you park next to the hotel. Breakfast is good, but could be better.

Standard AC Marriot. Breakfast is not included for Marriott status. No lounge. If you need a overnight this is a great location but not a long term lodging Marriott location. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable and clean.

We booked our room by chance on our way to Lake Como. This is a very nice clean hotel with kind staff. It was very easy communicating with staff and the room is the closest to American since we arrived to Italy. Plenty of places to see and eat in the area. Don’t be dissuaded by all of the modern art (graffiti) it’s a growth phase all of Italy is experiencing. The people in the neighborhood are nice

Stayed here on a recent business trip, staff on reception were very friendly. Hotel is a walkable from town centre. Restaurant menu didn't really appeal but otherwise a good hotel

This is a proper 4* star hotel all the way through. However, I'm rating it with only 3* because the breakfast served for the 2 weeks I stayed there was very poor and lame. I'm aware of the Covid situation, but I think a hotel of these characteristics can definitely do better and add options. Dry breakfast with no waiter around whatsoever every day: biscuits, dry toast, sample marmalades, nutella.....

Very fair, as almost all Novotels are. Good parking options, very easy to reach from the highway, a Conad supermarket is right across the street. If you want, the city center (Piazza della Loggia) is 20 minutes away by foot or 2 metro stations.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location to walk to everything in the old town center. My room had an incredible view of the church dome and the old roofs a few blocks away. Comfortable, spacious, and very nice staff. The rooftop area was closed for the winter, but I'm sure it is lovely in the warmer months. You should definitely stay here!

Location and outside ambiente shows some charme from old times. Rooms are…. outdated (friendly said) Old metal bed in a non inviting „cold“ appearing high room. It was dirty, cabinets are from 70‘s and partially broken. In the bathroom it smeels wet/like mold and the air cycling fan has not seen a cleaning for decates. The service depends of whom you talk to. The breakfast area guys are fabolous!!...

Overall best place with location in Brescia. It isn’t 5 stars, which already know by price being in Italy. However, historic, location set some. For Europe, breakfast is below average is only thing. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed this old city hotel with its original fittings, woodwork, carpets and mirrors. The rooftop bar is pleasant and the food is good. The staff are particularly friendly and nothing seems to be too much effort.

Room was decent, working aircondition which was nice, and a small fridge. Free private parking is also good. However, I'm not sure if it was an unique issue to our room, but the shower had no water pressure at all, and the temperature went randomly between freezing and boiling and nothing really happened when adjusting the temperature. I spent 30 unpleasant minutes trying to take a shower. Overall...

All well and good, but no pool, small rooms. Right under the castle, there is a possibility to hang out on the roof.

The hotel is ok, lobby and common areas are very elengant while our room was dated, not very appealing at all. Nevertheless the room was big and clean and we had a very good sleep (very quiet). We loved the breakfast buffet and courtesy of the staff. Free parking.

Next to "fiera di Brescia" and commercial area, good hotel with small and clean rooms. TV (a very small one) and conditioning system in every room. You can also accommodate in the Motel. The only downside is the restaurant....cold meal and loooong waiting time! I hope I just was bad lucky...

The hotel is great, except for the glass wall between the toilet bath and room. Somehow not comfortable to sit on the toilet and look at you out of the room.

This was a very nice stay. The service was great at the reception and restaurant. The really inconvenient was a lack of sockets in the room. There was the only locket which was far from a bed. Design was too old fashioned. But the staff made my stay good.

The location of the hotel is good, less than 5 min on foot from the train station and the metro. The receptionist was very kind and speak very good English. However, the room I was in was not very good : there were a lot of dust and the sink had a leak. The breakfast was good.

Just outside the city, convenient as a hotel for two nights. Family run, hearty breakfast, clean. It has only one negative, for non-smokers, the sheets and pillowcases had a strong smell of cigarettes which almost prevented me from sleeping.

Very nice room and bath, quiet, convenient card-less entry, but no dresser and no luggage stand made storing clothes a problem, and request for gluten-free dairy-free breakfast was not followed.

Lovely hotel which is very new and wonderful service with English speaking staff. Convenient location just south of the city centre. You can choose between savoury and sweet breakfasts, and there is also a food selection of individually packaged fruits, yogurt, and breads.

Hotel is really good, it's location is not far from city center with all basic facilities. They provide extra towels and bed sheets were really cleaned and nice.
