I really enjoyed this old city hotel with its original fittings, woodwork, carpets and mirrors. The rooftop bar is pleasant and the food is good. The staff are particularly friendly and nothing seems to be too much effort.

The best Hotel I have been in Brescia!!! I will come again for sure next time while staying in the city!

My husband and I are picky (from Mexico and the US) and we like to have a shower and restroom in our hotel room. We decided to stay here because the suite was 130 Euros a night and we were only staying one night. It was worth the small splurge compared to prices of hotels in the US. The hotel is dated, but has plenty of character and perfectly located in the middle of Brescia. Excellent value and great staff. Perfect for a long weekend. We enjoyed our stay. Check the local traffic rules as some roads are off limits in the middle of Brescia at certain times of the day.

Very nice room and bath, quiet, convenient card-less entry, but no dresser and no luggage stand made storing clothes a problem, and request for gluten-free dairy-free breakfast was not followed.

Lovely hotel which is very new and wonderful service with English speaking staff. Convenient location just south of the city centre. You can choose between savoury and sweet breakfasts, and there is also a food selection of individually packaged fruits, yogurt, and breads.

Hotel is really good, it's location is not far from city center with all basic facilities. They provide extra towels and bed sheets were really cleaned and nice.

New Hotel, high standard, good price It’s a new hotel and offers everything you would expect from a modern hotel. Nice rooms - high standard, nice bathroom tiling, comfy bed, fast WIFI and smart TV. Also friendly staff and good breakfast with very good coffee and croissant. Definitely recommended for a stay. Brescia is a beautiful city with historic buildings and interesting nightlife.

It was a cheap stay, so my expectations were low. The room however was quite big and clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, only real negative would be the breakfast. Everything is extremely sweet, so you can't really eat a lot and you're already sick of it! Anyway; I would stay here again for just 1 night while traveling. Cheap and easy access from the highway

Unfortunately to lower the rating and the decidedly poor breakfast, all packaged products and the excuse was the covid. Family-run hotel with very large rooms and classic furnishings. Very welcoming staff that helps with luggage and other problems should they show up. The hotel has two rooms that look like a living room.

Cheap price, clean room with comfortable, big beds and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was friendly and approachable.

The location is good the hotel is good but it need an update. No AC, as most hotels in Europe...which is crazy considering the wave of heat. The service is outstanding and remarkable. Everyone is extremely professional , respectful, and kind. Parking can be free if you park next to the hotel. Breakfast is good, but could be better.

Standard AC Marriot. Breakfast is not included for Marriott status. No lounge. If you need a overnight this is a great location but not a long term lodging Marriott location. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable and clean.

We booked our room by chance on our way to Lake Como. This is a very nice clean hotel with kind staff. It was very easy communicating with staff and the room is the closest to American since we arrived to Italy. Plenty of places to see and eat in the area. Don’t be dissuaded by all of the modern art (graffiti) it’s a growth phase all of Italy is experiencing. The people in the neighborhood are nice

Room was decent, working aircondition which was nice, and a small fridge. Free private parking is also good. However, I'm not sure if it was an unique issue to our room, but the shower had no water pressure at all, and the temperature went randomly between freezing and boiling and nothing really happened when adjusting the temperature. Very fair, as almost all Novotels are. Good parking options, very easy to reach from the highway, a Conad supermarket is right across the street. If you want, the city center (Piazza della Loggia) is 20 minutes away by foot or 2 metro stations.

The hotel is ok, lobby and common areas are very elengant while our room was dated, not very appealing at all. Nevertheless the room was big and clean and we had a very good sleep (very quiet). We loved the breakfast buffet and courtesy of the staff. Free parking.

This was a very nice stay. The service was great at the reception and restaurant. The really inconvenient was a lack of sockets in the room. There was the only locket which was far from a bed. Design was too old fashioned. But the staff made my stay good.

The location of the hotel is good, less than 5 min on foot from the train station and the metro. The receptionist was very kind and speak very good English. However, the room I was in was not very good : there were a lot of dust and the sink had a leak. The breakfast was good.

Great location for Fiera de Brescia and in my case, the start of the Mille Miglia car race. Rooms are basic and not great, with a weird bath located behind the headboard of the bed???!?, but the location and helpful staff make up for it somewhat.

I stepped by this Hotel for an overnight stay during a business trip: not 100m as advertised, but it's very near to the A4 Highway, good position as a break for a long trip. The superior room is very large, practically an apartment, with two-people Jacuzzi and a wide sofa at the entrance. Anyway, the place is advertised as an Hotel, but part of it is actually a Motel, which could be more clearly...

Just outside the city, convenient as a hotel for two nights. Family run, hearty breakfast, clean. It has only one negative, for non-smokers, the sheets and pillowcases had a strong smell of cigarettes which almost prevented me from sleeping.

A simple Hotel for travelers ... Only for this I do not give 5 stars. Sin: if you have problems climbing stairs, get put on a low floor (there is no elevator).

We slept here after a concert at the Colony (by reservation). The hotel is very close to the club (scarcely 5 minutes by car) and opposite an excellent pizzeria. There is parking. The only flaw, the bedroom and bathroom furnishings are decidedly dated, even if in good condition, and the bed creaked...

The room we booked turned out to be without air conditioning - absolutely impossible on a hot summer's day, a cauldron. We would have been unable to sleep, and as I had an exam the following day this would have been disastrous. Luckily there were rooms with air conditioning for a (modest) additional fee. These were pleasant, though you needed to have the air conditioning on also to muffle the sounds...

This is a good hotel in a great location, about 20 minutes walk from the central train station. There are loads of bars and restaurants nearby but the hotel itself doesn't have a bar which is a miss. Breakfast is ok but predictable. Our room could easily have been improved by the addition of an armchair and some furniture on our balcony. A balcony without table and chairs isn't much use!

Certainly a very pretty building with a cool garden. The hotel experience was a bit lacking though: the rooms are in an adjacent (less appealing) building, we found silver fish on the floor of our room during the night, and there was a general hastiness amongst the staff. Granted, it was one of the busiest weekends in Brescia.

Such a lovely place. They have friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are beautiful and medium sized. They have a lovely garden court where you can sit and relax in a quiet and tranquil environment. I loved how they kept the old historical feel and look to the place. We had a perfect stay at Locanda! The hotel has a perfect central location in Brescia, very close to the main attractions and to a lot of restaurants. The room was spacious, with a nice modern design. The breakfast was great, with a lot of options. Lidia was a great host and was supper nice and attentive. The only negative was that we stayed only for one night, we’ll come back for sure!

Locanda is beautiful, quiet, and very well-placed to explore Brescia. The included breakfast and the hotel restaurant purchasable lunches are delicious, which is a lot to say for a hotel; I found myself eat there every morning, and several afternoons because the food is very good.
