We stayed here for 4 nights from April 12th and are so glad we chose this hotel. Every part of this hotel looks as good as it does online/Instagram if not better!!! The staff are fantastic and are always happy to help, from the reception team, spa staff and waiters, all lovely helpful people. Absolutely stunning view of the lake from the balcony of our room. My partner treated me to a massage in the spa which was the best I have ever had and I’ve had many of them in England! The food every morning/evening was 10/10. Absolutely lovely guy who played the Piano of the Saturday evening and even played one of my favourite songs, he was fantastic! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay around lake Garda, absolutely perfect place. I felt so chilled and relaxed every single day here and wish I’d of stayed longer. Can’t wait to come back 😀

I stayed for a few days and the hotel was amazing, the service was fantastic. After leaving the hotel my car broke down so I had to return and ask to stay for a few extra days. They went out of their way to help me, they were sympathetic to my situation and helped me extend my stay and give me a late checkout whilst my car was being fixed. The reception team were perfect and all the staff are great. I highly recommend this hotel and will return!

The whole experience was fabulous. Beautiful lake views from rooms. Welcoming friendly staff. Spotlessly clean rooms every day and huge range of meal combinations on half board. Located 4 minutes flat walk from Portese ferry. The location is very quiet which is what we wanted away from town and nightlife noise. Relaxed and peaceful.

Location, garden, pool, hotel itself - very nice!

BUT: the service is really that bad!!! We had been lied by the receptionists (we found out later on, and I personally hate lies).
We asked for softer bed, because we both hat back pain every night. The noise by the cleaning people had been that annoying (due to thin walls), that we could not enjoy the sleep in the morning - sleep quality was in sum not very good!
Also we had been interrupted by people bringing towels, we never ordered. And one day the room was not cleaned up (another example of unorganized service).
The bill was wrong, stuff was charged we never ordered - so better check yourself.

To sum it up, we had been quite disappointed. Even with cheaper hotels I didn't have this troubles.
What you expect from a vacation at a hotel like this - to relax, enjoy, having a peaceful day, sleep well, having good food - this "experience" is crashed by the hotel service. Therefore we will not come here again and we will not recommend (until the management does its job). That's why only "two star rating". The biggest star goes to the people who do the gardening and pool service.

We stayed here for a week with the family. 2 adults 2 kids. The room had a good size and was clean. Service during the hole day was good. Breakfast and dinner were every day of a good quality and more than enough. The location of the hotel is in a not to busy area.

Love this hotel. Beautiful bedroom with patio facing out to lake and lovely garden outside patio can walk down to swimming pool. Love the food . Great selection of different things and free beer and lovely red and white wine with dinner.

We only arrived this afternoon and the hotel is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful .There are three swimming pools a wellbeing room two bars and lovely dining as well as lounge areas inside and out ,I would highly recommend

Modern, well air conditioned rooms. Great location close to the lake and also has 3 pools. Buffet lunch dinner and breakfast were all ranging from okay to pretty good

This hotel does not deserve some of the negative reviews we read prior to our stay. The staff were very helpful, our room was perfect, the hotel was clean and above all the food was fantastic. I enjoyed use of the gym and pools, and the options for boat trips on the lake were plentiful. Some really good places to eat nearby as we were half board and there was really nothing bad to say about the hotel or location. Would 100% recommend
