Do you want a place to sleep peacefully, park without worries, and be at the center of the world of Salento? 40 km from Porto Cesareo, Castro, Punta Prosciutto!!! The wonderful Mesagne, Lecce and Brindisi are a 15-minute drive from the property. It's true, at first glance you may not like the area, but once you close the gate behind you, you will be pampered by the impeccable and kind service of the owners! If you are looking for luxury, well....let other properties fleece you. We had a great time, also because, in my opinion, in Salento you only sleep a few hours. And if you are looking for a comfortable bed, a welcoming place, this is for you. With what I saved thanks to the very honest prices, I had a great experience. I will return.

Avoid! Located in an industrial area lost on the outskirts of Brindisi, the hotel offers nothing other than wifi and free parking. The room is okay but nothing more. The breakfast (if you can call it that) is mediocre.

This is a perfect stopover for ferry travel. Rooms are dated but extremely clean, and comfortable. We arrived after a day of driving through Italy and were welcomed. I think the lady's name was Maura (apologies if not) who went over and above on service. She booked us into a very local pharmacy for covid testing, gave us the details of local restaurants. We ended up having pizza delivered, which she ordered and checked We had water before she left for the day. There is the issue of noise from the port and airport but this is negated by the less than 10 minute drive to the ferry port. I would not hesitate to use again on another trip.

It is difficult to rate this facility because it has areas of excellence and others that are deficient. Positive aspects: kindness and helpfulness of the staff, internal parking, excellent room cleaning service, recent renovation. Negative aspects: breakfast (little choice and low quality burnt-smelling coffee), location (industrial area, at night returning by car was also quite disturbing), thin walls (unfortunately noisy neighbors), smell of mold in the room. I spent a night with friends in this hotel and we enjoyed it!
One of the strong points of the hotel is certainly the availability, patience and kindness of the staff who welcomed us with a smile when we arrived.
We stayed in the hotel apartment which featured two rooms with two bathrooms, which we found very comfortable! Both bathrooms had packaged soaps and shampoos.
Returning to the apartment, as soon as you enter, there is a room with a large TV, a sofa, a table and the kitchen (if you want to save money, do the shopping and cook there!).
Very satisfactory cleaning!
Breakfast was included, very good and plentiful, I recommend the croissants which were great!
(Another very positive note is the parking inside, having hired the car we felt calmer!)

Small apartment whit small kitchen whitout any dishes or pens. Cheep but far from city center cca. 55 eur per night. Has a private parking in closed area whit cameras.

The hotel is located in the industrial park, it was creepy at night, no lights. The room was big enough but there were vaccum holes in the ceiling and the pipes were all rusty. Opened the dish cabinet and there were rust everywhere, it was not clean at all.
