The owner of the bar is very kind, the rooms are a little old but very clean, the towels are clean every day, breakfast with fresh croissants from the bakery

The hotel with attached bar is conveniently located in the center of Portoscuso. Parking is easily found near the property. The owner is a kind person, but the staff sometimes lacks courtesy and kindness in their responses. There is always room for improvement!

The staff were fantastic. The front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and bright. Breakfast was a classic Italian breakfast with a wide choice of pastries... the manager was friendly and very kind. Obviously we will definitely be back! Thanks so much for everything. Frau family

Yesterday after two years I ate here again, as always great food, very good Roman pinsa. I have a complaint about yesterday .. too much waiting to eat, expected the first after ordering 45 min, the second after another 30 minutes, in short, entrance at 21: 20 .. exit at 23:30. I understand that the place is always crowded .. but the wait is too long.

Small and a bit dated but very nice and clean hotel which is great value for money. Staff always ready to help, provide suggestions and assist with queries especially the owner, Dario, who is always ready to go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible. The building is on the seafront promenade, with free parking right in front and offering easy access to areas of interest, good restaurants...

Magnificent view on the port and the sea. The manager and service people are very kind and helpfull. Rooms are very clean. The hotel is situated in a quite and interesting village with an authentic feeling.

Very good reception and welcome. Very spacy room, clean and high degree of hygiene. Motorbike friendly, there is a huge garage where you i.e. can come with a group of bikers. Restaurant with quality food. Breakfast included formule was super, lot of variety and quantity, see pix. You have to wear swimming cap in swimming pool. I have travelled Europe and its usual only in spa. Who wants wear cap in 30°C? Breakfast is OK, good position to marina and many restaurants.

Great hotel for families. The hotel is relaxed and actually run by a family with wonderful kids. The pool is very nice and the breakfast and restaurant are great too. The best part of this hotel though is the friendly family that runs it (several generations).

Great place with the best service. We felt like we were the owner's old friends and he took care of us. We sat down to have breakfast, we were immediately asked whether we fancy a coffee or cappucino, we got fresh croissants and bread, still warm! The room was tidy and beds comfortable.

The location, the courtesy, the fact that it seems to be at home and last but not least, the excellent quality of the cuisine make the experience unique. Absolutely to try. People who have lived the experience since 1996 tell you this

The restaurant is from direct experience. It seems to be at home .... but of those houses where you eat well! The hotel is from indirect experience, but very close!

Probably the most beautiful hotel in the Saint Peter Island. A magnificent view, very calm, beautiful and cleaned rooms, the staff makes you feel like if you are at home. The food is excellent and there is a good wine selection. You will enjoy meeting and talking with the Vitiello family that runs the place. A must in Carloforte!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lu 'Hotel. The highlight has to be their spa experience. Very clean, well maintained and relaxing with different types of saunas and relaxation pool. You can also have a variety of treatments. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of amenities. The staff at reception are very welcoming and give you their time, although they do seem to be busy on occasion. The restaurant...

Booked a junior suite with the full on experience, including dinner, breakfast and spa. The spa was good; dinner was OK; breakfast lacked options. The welcome drink was poor - basically a glass of long life juice. The room was spacious and nice looking but the shower stall leaked and the shower head was broken. The aircon also took ages to cool down. Not really what I expected from the price we paid...

Great Hotel ! Easy to find with parking garage. Check In is easy and very friendly staff. Asked for help and directions and they fixed it right away. Great staff and the rooms are clean. Didn’t have time to visit piscina or bar. Breakfast is OK.

Clean Hotel, but the doors of the rooms allow all the noise from the hallway into the room. And they can't be closed quietly, so the doors are banging all the time. The breakfast is OK, the coffee out of the coffee machines is not good. Funny, but at the bar they serve good Italian coffee.

Great experience! The hotel is located in a great position, just in front of the port and we found a free parking spot 1 min walking from it. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, a comfy bed and the AC! Our room had a balcony facing the port with such a beautiful view!! Gorgeous building, nice and clean room with a beautiful view and air conditioner. It was nice to enjoy an high quality Italian breakfast in the garden. Also, Francesca and Antonio were very hospitable. Cannot be in a better location!

Nice rooms, beautiful garden with lots of plants, but above all the best service I've ever had. The staff was very kind, my girlfriend was sick and they helped us in every way. They are also nice and know the island well, knowing how to give directions to tourist places or beaches. If I ever go back to Carloforte I would know where to go to sleep.

Very good stay: I had the room located next to the inner courtyard and it was really a rather relaxing location. Tidy, clean, spacious rooms equipped with all comforts. Staff attentive to every need, friendly and helpful. Wide choice in breakfasts: from sweet to savory. Sadly I leave the structure with a good memory. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel in central position next to the port and the town center with free parking. Wonderful breakfast in a wondeful roof top terrasse. I was there three nights with my husband for a short trip and we were both very happy. Lovely staff at the reception, housekeeping and bar/restaurant. Hope to be able to come again to Carloforte and book again in your hotel.

THE place to stay in Carloforte. Modern, comfortable beds. Best of all the roof terrace for breakfast and aperitivo has great views.. lovely. Convenient parking right outside hotel or opposite. We had a wonderful night at the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the ferry port and our room had a great view of the ocean. All staff members were extra helpful, friendly and ready to respond to any request. The room was super clean and stylishly decorated. An evening drink at the 5th floor bar is a must. I would highly recommend Lu Hotel Riviera in Carloforte. Perfect stay.

The hotel is very beautiful and charming. Breakfast is good, with an incredible view of the water, and the food overall is delicious. The service is excellent, always very attentive. One afternoon we had an aperitivo while watching the sunset: top! The only areas for improvement would be the bathrooms, as the showers look a bit outdated, and the air conditioning, which never seemed to cool the room...

Nice clean hotel in great location. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a highlight. Customer service was average and a bit noisy from the doors to the stairwell slamming constantly throughout the morning.

Nice rooms, quiet and clean, and 10 minutes walk from the city center is good. Nobody there at arrival, and nobody when leaving, and a mostly plasticwrap breakfast was not good.

We have just returned, the hotel has a breathtaking view, and the sunset and a wonderful cs. The catering is excellent and the staff is very kind and attentive to the customer. Nice apartment in Torre dei Corsari, clean and simple but a wonderful view on the beach of Torre dei Corsari. From the apartment you can go down directly to the beach with some steps. At night you only hear the sound of the waves. Very nice village with shops.

Albergo situato in posizione centrale e a pochi passi dall'imbarco per Carloforte. Perfetto per chi non ha molte pretese, poiché la struttura nonostante sia pulitissima e accogliente è un po' datata. Proprietari gentilissimi. TV e pompa di calore presente in camera. Parcheggio pubblico disponibile.

Structure dated, but welcoming and above all very clean. Great location. On one side, 50 meters away, is the tourist port with various waterfront venues and many car parks, always at the same distance, but on the other side, you arrive at the town hall square where it is a pleasure to stroll and be able to take advantage of the various bars. Obviously it is not the most modern hotel in the world but this is merely reduced to an aesthetic expression, because they offer all what you need. I prefer these clean rooms with air conditioning, tv and private bathroom and sufficient breakfast they offer (coffees, croissants, juices, cereals and yogurts) than paying 20 euros more per night for having a modern decor and furniture and four more truffles...

Amazing place with amazing staff! The cottage is literally on the beach, one of the most amazing beaches.. with hardly any people!!

The hotel is clean and well located close to several wonderful beaches. Easy parking and quiet at night to allow for a relax stay. The staff was extremely helpful and kind to my husband and I, and helped us organize local excursions and treks. We recommend this hotel.

Extremely friendly family running the hotel. Help with anything and truly care for their guests. We were travelling with a one year old toddler, the chef prepared a special meal everyday before the restaurant even opened. Food was very good, wine was excellent. Nice swimming pool, rooms basic and clean. Surrounding very beautiful, nice beaches and tropical vibe.

Very friendly Stuff, the Restaurant is very nice and the portions are perfect to eat 3-4 courses 👍 they offer a lot of local specialities and the menu changes daily. The location is very nice!
