Hotel degli Terra Elimi is a gorgeous small family hotel where everyone gets a big welcome. It is off the beaten track in a small village and a car is definitely needed. Just returned from this wonderful villa in the Sicilian country side. It’s beautifully presented, full of charm as well as some modern touches. The kids loved the pool especially and the adults particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Owners are local and very helpful but not intrusive. We will return.

Beautiful place run by a very nice and friendly family. The room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast had little bit of everything. I loved it. The B&B Is surrounded by a beatiful garden with palm trees. The swimming pool is very clean, I enjoyed every moment of it. Its very near to places like Erice and the tempel of Segesta, Trapani and about 1 hour driving from Palermo. Thank you for everything!

This was a great experience. We enjoyed the beautiful B&B and the hospitality of Guiseppe and Tatiana. The room and the property is very clean and well maintained. Great B&B in a perfect location, between San Vito lo Capo and Trapani. In a very short time you can reach many beaches and points of interest. Clean and tidy bathrooms and rooms. I stayed there for a weekend and I must say that I had a great time, among other things a stone's throw from very touristy cities such as San Vito or Erice. Breakfast was excellent; both salty and sweet food. Room was quiet and clean. Ms Caterina and all her family were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their garden and amache. There are not attractions or restaurants in Purgatorio, but that keep the place quiet; in 10 minutes you can reach San Vito, Baia Cornino, Tonnara Bonigia and Mount Cofano; and in half an hour you are in Trapani.

I just stayed in this hotel for a week on a trip. Very clean hotel and delicious food. The owner Salvatore made himself available for anything I wanted to eat and the cook, his wife, cooks really well. I gave the rooms 4 stars only because my room was a bit small (I didn't see the other rooms). I would also return with my family without having any doubts. The price of half board is really good.

We loved our stay at the History Hotel. Salvatore and his lovely wife Anna made us feel so at home. Anna is a wiz in the kitchen her homemade bread, marmalade and orange juice was the best I’ve ever had. We will be back.
