Glamping stay, beautiful three-bed tent, equipped veranda and possibility to cook, extraordinary view, spotless swimming pool. Great lack of in-room amenities, in a 4 night stay no change of linen and no replenishment of toilet paper. At our specific request we were told that we had to provide. Beautiful property with a swimming pool, tennis court, playground. Very nice location, remote, 3 km from the village but everything is nearby, big supermarket, beach, cafes. Rooms are very clean. Although at the end we were surprised that we had to pay for air conditioning in the rooms.

Recommended for spending holidays with your family or as a couple, well-kept structure and friendly and helpful owners. Pets allowed, clean apartment and the farm is located in a very quiet area. We stayed in 3 apartments on the first floor in the last week of July. The structure is well maintained and clean, the rooms are large even if some apartments have a bathroom without a window. A single fan per apartment may not be enough if it is very hot as it happened to us. The pool is 140cm deep everywhere, hot in the afternoon, it should be cleaned more. We were just looking for a hotel close to the Elba ferry. Huge pool that was very warm. Seems to be part of a pool club as well. Hotel guests had a separate chair section. Overall it was fine, safe and clean. We also found a great restaurant really close by, Elena pizzeria.

Excellent value for money! All very basic, and recently renovated. It is not a hotel or a hotel of course. We used it as a support for one night and nothing was missing. The mattress and the exterior of the residence buildings can be improved.

So, the main room was clean I have no reservations about it, but the bathroom was dirty, there were hairs and as the cherry on top we had a rat or a mouse in that bathroom. It would have been nice if they had at least changed our room or given us some kind of compensation, but none of that happened even when we confronted them with this information

The building needs updating but the ensuite rooms are good and well equipped, often with a small balcony, in a very quiet residential area. Bar and oven within walking distance for breakfasts. Available a kettle with some chamomile tea, tea, coffee. The Calidarium thermal baths about 3 km. Center just over 1. Private parking. Polite and precise reception. Roberta is the most kind woman. We had a four person appartment. Check-In was uncomplicated even though we were a bit late. The rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped and we had shelteres parking lot. The beach was 5 minutes. We'll come here again :)

We spent our vacation during the off-season in the first two October weeks. I can highly recommend this apartment hotel to families and couples. It is very well located, the beach is very close and clean, the apartments are well equipped, the staff is super friendly and flexible. You even have access to the spa of the hotel next door at discounted price.

This place is for families who love beach holidays. Went Sep and out of season. Nearest town is a mile and a half away from the complex.Bus services stop running at 6pm after that is taxis. But San Vincenza has some lovely bars and restaurants

Location is beautiful, and the staff on the resort are very hard working. Animators are great and friendly. The location and atmosphere were great! First of all, it is a very reliable place and there is almost everything in the facility, the sports were a bit expensive and the breakfast was not very good but overall it is above average.

Very beautifull and clean park. Kind and professional staff. Villa was very good, clean and with airco, which was much needed due to the hot weather. The beach is clean and you have your own umbrella and chairs. Sea is nice to swim in. Staff helps you very good when having questions. Park has enough to do, but also the area around the park is beautifull. Our kids loved it and so did we!

I came to this resort as a child , 35 years ago. The location is amazing with the bungalows located inside the pineta and really close to the beach. Recommended!

Nice and quiet, great for families, away from the crowds, very easy access to the private beach and friendly staff. Villas are a bit old (didn’t really matter to us, since we would only stay at the villa during sleeping time).

We stayed a week, it is a residence not a hotel, so those expecting linen change every day must book elsewhere. The staff are really friendly and kind. The only problem, for light sleepers like me, trains pass 50 meters from the building, night and day, impossible to sleep or rest even with the windows closed. They accept animals, without any restrictions !! Residence is very close to free beaches...

2022 We were there again. Operator quite petty, buy garbage bags and toilet paper yourself, exchange towels after a week, or pay an extra 5 € and wash yourself. Dogs in the neighborhood bark at 7 a.m. Otherwise OK! 2019Owner ordered handyman (noisemaker) when house was full. That was more disturbing than the train traffic behind the house. Otherwise OK, gladly again.

We spent the holidays in July as a family. The beautiful swan apartment with large terrace. Excellent position to reach the main places. Free and equipped beach really a stone's throw away ... for the center of San Vincenzo, very nice, a walk of half an hour on foot. Also recommended because with the windows closed it does not even disturb the passing train ...

Very welcoming and very nice for a 3 star. The owners are the most polite and kind I have ever seen. The pool, breakfast and furnishings are really wow !! By my choice I will be there every summer because I have never found myself so well and at home! I highly recommend everyone.

A very pleasant stay in a chill zone of the town. Personnel is very kind and professional. If the beach is too chaotic you can relax at the garden pool! I will surely stay there at the next occasion.

Great stay, nothing to say. The reception is only open in the morning but there are references from the owners for everything. Even our dog had a great time, nice and quite quiet apartment. There was only a small glitch with the bathroom drain which was promptly fixed by the owners. Possibility to leave your luggage at the reception once you have left the accommodation, quite close to the town center...

I rented an apartment for just one night. the staff are very kind and extremely helpful. the apartment was very large and very clean. the only discordant note were the mattresses and the bed bases, they were in such pitiful condition that they made it uncomfortable to rest. however the availability of the owners is worth considering the structure for holidays

Seafront hotel, 2-300 meters from the town center. Dead-end road, so no traffic! We asked for a sea-view room and were satisfied! The service at the hotel Il Delfino was excellent, despite being definitely out of season and...the only guests. Exceptional breakfast, particularly varied, from sweet to savory, yogurt, cereals, fruit, juices, homemade cakes. Extremely clean and quiet environment. Very courteous staff. Cozy apartments and helpful staff. The distance to the beach is about 20 minutes but, with the car in July we had no parking problems, Saturdays and Sundays it is necessary to arrive before 10 to avoid having to turn to research, cmq the car can be left in front the hotel Santa Caterina and in 5 minutes on foot you reach the beach

The place is awesome, the food was amazing so three stars there... had to remove two stars as we had some issues with some of the staff. My kids won a big bear at the arcade located inside the resort and they guy working wanted it back because he made a mistake, so he offered my daughters 10 euros in exchange of the bear to place back into the machine. We're staying at the hotel part. Asked for electric kettle to make warm milk for my son, after waiting the whole day still nothing after they promised that it'll be sent to our room. The pool area is great for especially younger children. We are never worried and they have a lot of fun. The camping place as everything you need and is too too full. The restaurants are not worth the money but the pizza take away for lunch is ok. Most of the people working here are very nice.

It is a fantastic destination for family holidays with it's 6 swimming pools, adventure park, playground, and all other amenities plus animations, evening live music and what not.
