Lovely spa - massages and face masks were great. Staff very professional and helpful. We got the full spa package with entry to the Thermarium, massage, mask and lunch. Restaurant was really good. Swimming in warm waters in this time of the year was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money! All very basic, and recently renovated. It is not a hotel or a hotel of course. We used it as a support for one night and nothing was missing. The mattress and the exterior of the residence buildings can be improved.

So, the main room was clean I have no reservations about it, but the bathroom was dirty, there were hairs and as the cherry on top we had a rat or a mouse in that bathroom. It would have been nice if they had at least changed our room or given us some kind of compensation, but none of that happened even when we confronted them with this information

Very nice restaurant, clean and very nice staff. We ate really well from first course to dessert in the relaxing outdoor garden. My first was garnished with a very delicate Chianina sauce, the second, the peposo with a beef that melted in the mouth and finally a delicious sorbet with peaches from their trees. Recommended!

This is a cute small agriturism farm in the heart of old Etruscan lands, near the seaside of Tuscany. I have visited Aria Toscana already 4 times in a decade, since the beginning. It has become a wonderful place. Children can go around safe and free in the fields. The farm is ideal also for dogs. The owners are very friendly and speak good English. We stayed in 3 apartments on the first floor in the last week of July. The structure is well maintained and clean, the rooms are large even if some apartments have a bathroom without a window. A single fan per apartment may not be enough if it is very hot as it happened to us. The pool is 140cm deep everywhere, hot in the afternoon, it should be cleaned more. The location of the structure is perfect...

The pool was fantastic for youngest to biggest kids. There were plenty of sun beds. The supermarket onsite was great. The location - walk to the beach and town was good. Also the complex was huge! Liked the parking available in front of the accommodation. The night markets were great. A few more stalls would have been nice too. The jungle climb was really fun for the kids! The place is awesome, the food was amazing so three stars there... had to remove two stars as we had some issues with some of the staff. My kids won a big bear at the arcade located inside the resort and they guy working wanted it back because he made a mistake, so he offered my daughters 10 euros in exchange of the bear to place back into the machine. We're staying at the hotel part. Asked for electric kettle to make warm milk for my son, after waiting the whole day still nothing after they promised that it'll be sent to our room. Any basic hotel would at least have a kettle in the room, especially if this place is supposed to be kids friendly but apparently not this hotel. The pool is amazing and fun for kids. The pool area is great for especially younger children. We are never worried and they have a lot of fun. The camping place as everything you need and is too too full. The restaurants are not worth the money but the pizza take away for lunch is ok. Most of the people working here are very nice.
