Ok the hotel and staff were great, but the beds need improvement. Good pool, ok breakfast, friendly staff!

We were just looking for a hotel close to the Elba ferry. Huge pool that was very warm. Seems to be part of a pool club as well. Hotel guests had a separate chair section. Overall it was fine, safe and clean. We also found a great restaurant really close by, Elena pizzeria.

Absolutely loved it set a beautiful place and the thermal baths were amazing. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Lovely resort with an attentive staff. Rooms are very comfortable. Pool and spa are very relaxing. Beautiful setting too. Here as part of a VBT bike tour out of the US.

Lovely spa - massages and face masks were great. Staff very professional and helpful. We got the full spa package with entry to the Thermarium, massage, mask and lunch. Restaurant was really good. Swimming in warm waters in this time of the year was a bonus. Highly recommended.

I used to go there every year in summer and I recently spent there a day in the Terme with some friends. They have a new front desk which is really nice now. The Terme were good as always and the atmosphere nice and quiet They have also convenient meal deals Good at the restaurant very good

I visit calidario once a year at least. I love it. Water is pleasantly warm and clean. Location is beatiful. Very relaxing. You can bring your own food and have it in a dedicated place or have something at the restaurant in the structure.

Quite nice and very clean place with the possibility to relax in the pool and in the hot tub. Too bad the breakfast is a little poor and with little choice. The rooms could do with some updating.

This is the place that more than any other manages to combine vacation, relaxation, sea and beautiful walks in nature; it is central as regards everything that has to do with good wine and good food due to the numerous wineries and quality refreshment points, it has a large swimming pool and a thermal pool with 37 degrees water available for guests in an enchantment of greenery and well-kept flowers

What a magical place, we arrived to Villa Terme by chance and we were amazed by the atmosphere! The place is very charming, they offer a delicious breakfast, comfortable bedroom and an incredible thermal pool besides a beautiful regular pool. Pets are welcome! If you are looking for an amazing place to relax and enjoy a calm time, you found the place! Can’t wait to go back!

I spent three wonderful days in Val di Cornia. The Diciocco farmhouse is ideal for visiting all the tourist attractions of the area: archaeological, seaside, landscape, ... Sabrina and Mario add to the kindness, availability, knowledge and ..... the avant-garde farm and perfectly sustainable. Well done.

A lovely place. The clean and functional houses with air conditioning. Really good fruit and vegetables from the garden and always available, among other things included in the price. The owners are two delightful and helpful people. The thermal baths at your doorstep. We had been there before and will definitely be back. It is also absolutely perfect for those traveling with children and "furry"....

Superb holiday ... beautiful place surrounded by nature, comfortable and close to several places both on the sea and inland. Sabrina and Mario are special people who made us feel at home ... welcoming ... sunny ... definitely available a place to return to ...

Very nice place, in the middle of the countryside surrounded by nature. Very clean apartment, perfect in every aspect. Equipped with excellent air conditioners, very useful on the hottest days or on slightly chilly evenings. Very nice owners, they recommended us very good places to eat. In addition, some beautiful cats have come to say good morning. I will be back for sure.

A really pleasant stay in an excellent position to enjoy all the attractions of the area just a few minutes by car. The family management of the farm made us feel at home thanks to the sympathy and availability of Mario and Sabrina. Vegetables and fruit from the garden always available and fabulous grills! All perfect!

Excellent value for money! All very basic, and recently renovated. It is not a hotel or a hotel of course. We used it as a support for one night and nothing was missing. The mattress and the exterior of the residence buildings can be improved.

So, the main room was clean I have no reservations about it, but the bathroom was dirty, there were hairs and as the cherry on top we had a rat or a mouse in that bathroom. It would have been nice if they had at least changed our room or given us some kind of compensation, but none of that happened even when we confronted them with this information

The building needs updating but the ensuite rooms are good and well equipped, often with a small balcony, in a very quiet residential area. Bar and oven within walking distance for breakfasts. Available a kettle with some chamomile tea, tea, coffee. The Calidarium thermal baths about 3 km. Center just over 1. Private parking. Polite and precise reception. Excellent quality / price ratio for the location

Very nice location and friendly owners! Large villa with beautifull garden and nice swimming pool. We stayed 2 days here, this stay was part of a 8 day trip trough toscane.

Splendid villa very well preserved and furnished! Staff always ready to meet customer needs. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast, local fruit and coffee available all day, presence of a fridge for guests to use and well-kept outdoor places to relax or eat. An oasis to relax and to feel good. Furnished with great attention to detail. The pool and the view are breathtaking and the operators have many tips to spend an unforgettable holiday.

Initially, I actually only wanted to stay 2 to 3 nights to drive through to Elba, which then turned into 10 nights, because the owner (Swiss, who has been able to call the dream property her property since 1997) with her mother Monica, Silvio and Patricia for every guest makes your stay a relaxing one. The day starts with an exceptionally delicious breakfast with a top selection of local cheese, ham...

Very kind welcome and truly suggestive structure. Clean quiet spacious room with complimentary bath creams. Reading room with snacks and various drinks available at any time. Good and varied breakfast served outside in the cool of the park .... What about the exquisite owners? We will definitely be back!

We stayed 4 days in this beautiful B&B, we immediately had a great time with the welcome, as soon as we arrived we were made to find water in the fridge, some savory and sweet snacks and sachets for the bathroom such as shampoo, shower gel, cream for the body and intimate soap. Our room called "Tramontana" was spacious and equipped with all comforts (small fridge, air conditioning, television, spacious...

Farmhouse located in a quiet area just a few minutes drive from the sea (among other things it is very close to the Dog Beach of San Vincenzo). In a quiet location, all apartments have a green area in front of them. The strategic position allows you to reach various tourist destinations in a short time and in the surroundings it is very easy to find restaurants where you can taste typical Tuscan dishes...

We had dinner a few days ago, and to say we had a great time is an understatement! Polite, professional and friendly welcome. Short menu, which portends excellent ingredients. In the kitchen, Francesca, who makes cod a dish of excellence! Fun fried, with lots of vegetables and cod, it doesn't bore you and is ultra light. Ideal location for both families and couples. We will return as soon as possible...

Very nice restaurant, clean and very nice staff. We ate really well from first course to dessert in the relaxing outdoor garden. My first was garnished with a very delicate Chianina sauce, the second, the peposo with a beef that melted in the mouth and finally a delicious sorbet with peaches from their trees. Recommended!

Very kind staff, Louise explained every single step in detail to be able to enter the facility, thus leaving me the possibility of arriving at the most convenient time for me! It is an incredible place, surrounded by nature and one step away from the Calidario… clean and tidy apartment. The terrace is my favorite part, to try at sunset but also in the morning! It was all very relaxing, thank you!

Top location and structure! Excellent garden cleaning and care. Friendly and nice staff. Too bad there is no breakfast service and the prices are a bit above the norm. For this 4 stars instead of 5.
