The property is beautiful but lacks overall cleanliness. The streets are dark and there's a lot of foliage scattered around. The entrances to the bungalows aren't spotless, unlike the rooms, which are very clean, but the bathroom has an unpleasant odor.

I tried to book restaurants for dinner on the first day I arrived and they were all booked. I was unable to experience any dining options I was told were available to me as all a la carte restaurants were booked for a week. Alcohol options were good and beach always had subbed available

Everything is great overall. Good food, service and entertainment. There are few areas to improve on: 1) Increase the availabilities to book a la carte restaurant. (E.g. steak restaurant was only available on Tuesday and Friday. There was no availability when we tried to book on the arrival day already) 2) Rental equipments was old and we can't use it to play tennis properly.

Picked this resort on Sicily as a place to end our vacation after traveling around on the island. Did not regret the choice. We stayed at this all inclusive resort in June 2021. The place is renovated and everything is running smoothly. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Some of the people reviewing this hotel are ridiculous. Obviously it isn’t a five star hotel and marking a hotel down on things like there’s not many English people or staff spoke to you in French is stupid. The hotel definitely isn't 4* although it is pleasant. The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff is nice. The pools are small and don't have any features other than warm water. Thing that saddened me the most was the Monday candle light dinner. If you're paying for all inclusive it's outright a scam.

Brilliant hotel, the room was big and had a lovely view from the balcony. Meals were all delicious and staff were great. Only problem was how it was on the side of a hill and quite secluded. Coach ran regularly to Cefalù (the nearby town) which solved this problem. Swimming pool was FREEZING!!

Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture. The beautiful sea, we swam with fish, an enchanting bay, with umbrellas and sunbeds in the shade of maritime pines and olive trees ... but to get there and back there is a very steep path that not everyone can do, imagine yourself in the hottest hours ! Wonderful place but the pictures don’t do justice. It’s much prettier than what you see on the pictures. The staff were great. Hard to find with Google Maps as it takes you down the wrong path. A lovely relaxing place , staff can't do enough for you, house staff clean bungalows everyday. Perfect spot over a quiet bay, recommend shoes for the rocky sea entry. Many positives that outweigh the negative. Clean, tidy, friendly and lovely views. Little snack bar next to a clean pool with plenty of beds. Room was clean and spacious although trees next door blocked view somewhat but first floor seating area had fantastic views. Service was fine, would have improved with a coffee machine to help yourself at breakfast. Perfect hotel, from the room to the service to the food, everything is very satisfactory and makes you feel at home.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, with a swimming pool and a tennis court. It is located on the mountain, so it is relatively tiring to go back and forth. It is a 15-minute walk from the private beach. There is a bus to and from the beach, but there are fixed times and you cannot make a separate reservation. The room is not soundproof and the facilities are relatively old.

The service in the hotel's restaurants and lobby is also very good. Food quality is also good. There is a private beach, but it is on the other side of Cefalu old street. There is a shuttle bus to and from the beach, and you can contact them via WhatsApp. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the old street.

We fully enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, it was only for one night. Easy access as you dont have ro drive fully in the city. But everything was very walkable. The beach is only a few blocks away. And we were greated with a lovely breakfast in the morning. We had a family of 4 & stayed in 2 rooms.

The hotel exceeded expectations, it was clean and hygienic, in fact the transportation was very convenient, it was a five-minute walk from the train station, the room had a large balcony where you could sit and drink coffee, it was much quieter than in a small town.

The location is good, not far from the station, the room is clean and tidy, there is a front desk, the service is warm, the breakfast is of high quality, especially the cold cuts and cheese are very good.

The location is good, just next to the main street, 200 meters from the beach, 15 minutes walk from the main church, there is a great pasta nearby, the room is spacious, the bathroom is also large and very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is not bad, free parking, the service staff is warm and lovely, a hotel I like very much.

Dated rooms, very old school property. Their main attraction is that fact that it’s right across the beach. Limited amenities in the room (no steamer or iron) and only 2 pillows and they were really flat and low quality. Bed is not comfortable at all. Pool looked nice but we never used it.

Located ideally, just across the street from the best part of Cefalu beach. Everything else is also super clise. However, this kind of location also assumes noisy nights and early mornings. A very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. A short walk into the pretty town of Cefalu. The tap water for the hotel (and the town) is not the best so make sure you bring/buy bottled water.

The location of the Astra suites is perfect, walking distance to everything, the staff were fantastic and the facilities were excellent.

I choose this since it is a two minutes walk from the station. The place probably had some nice rooms, but I had a very small room that was a bit claustrophobic. The shower stall was ridiculously tiny that I had a difficult time taking a shower. Nonetheless, the staff were nice and cordial.

Hotel has an excellent location, steps to old town and to the beach. Receptionists are doing amazing job, are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very basic but clean. Only negative side was the bathroom, it needs total renovation, as it is vey outdated and smelly, despite daily cleaning.

We spent 2 nights in this location. the apartment is nice, the room big enough for two, clean and very quite during the night.The bed very comfortable, the view really nice from the balcony of our room. They should improve with the breakfast. After all it was ok just for 2 nights.

The entry experience was somewhat awkward with having to time your arrival, submit travel documents and pay in advance. That aside, the stay was pleasant, as were the staff. The room was modern and clean, the bed fairly comfortable. And the breakfast was great by European standards.

The host was very responsive, and was accommodating about a change in arrival time, as was the front desk staff. We chose this location based on parking just outside the old city. The walk to the duomo took about 10 minutes, downhill. Parking is free but is first come, first served. We waited a few minutes for a spot to open. The room has a balcony.

Building is under construction so there is no view. Also, it is up on a hill and not so easy to get to from the beach.

We made a last minute booking and they were happy to accommodate us. Excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, AND QUIET!!! As many places in centro storico in Cefalù, parking is central and you must walk to the hotel. They have an elevator and please remember to use it to visit their rooftop bar. Sunset views from here are not to be missed!

Great location! It's smaller and quiet. Some have said the rooms are very small but we have found them suitable for our trip here which included many scenic excursions around town. For as much time as we spent in the room I think this is a solid choice!

The best hotel in Cefalù hands down. Super convenient location 5min from the beach. All the rooms are lovely. We stayed 2 years in a row in different rooms but we LOVE the suite with a balcony and a view of the hill. The breakfast is delicious (try the mini croissants 🥐!) and the stuff is incredibly friendly and available for any requests. We will be back in a week and we cannot wait!!!

Good stay and breakfast at La Plumeria! It's situated in the heart of the Old Town, near the Arab-Norman Cathedral and Cefalù's beach. The hotel occupies a meticulously renovated medieval palace on the main street of the historic center.

Lovely one night stay! Beautiful balcony and nice rooms with AC. Rocky but beautiful beach - bring water shoes. Longer walk to Cefalu when very hot, but nice location on the east side of the town. Great breakfast!

Location is fantastic; however, the property - perhaps not the rooms which are standard and not stylish at all - needs a refurbishment. It would then be a true 4 star hotel and then much more expensive than the value you get for your money as it is. We stayed for the night on our way to the east side of the island.

Blue Bay is heaven on earth! Our second stay with them and absolutely gorgeous! It is a fabulous location and property! We love this family-owned property, they are wonderful! We will be back again!
