It’s hard to know where to start!
We had such a wonderful ski holiday during half term and cannot thank Belinda, Avi, Cosimo, the kichen team and all of the staff enough. Nothing was too much for anyone!
1. Reception & booking: professional, helpful and before our arrival Cosimo answered every question I had from room provisions, availability of gluten free food and where to book ski hire etc.
2. Ski shuttle : it’s a short 2-3 mins drive to the main hub (although it’s actually only a ten mins walk) to Peak Sport (adjacent to a main gondola) where we hired our skis and also stored our boots and skis though you can choose to store them in the hotel. However the free hotel shuttle ran frequently and very smoothly.
3. Rooms: spotless and cleaned daily by a lovely couple who have worked there for 17 years or so! The room was too hot for us but we are unusual as far as Brits go. Cosimo adjusted our duplex room heating and we were then comfortable.
4. Food: plentiful and delicious! A special mention has to be made here about our daughter’s coeliac requirements. Usually it’s a struggle to get her ‘well catered’ for. Those on a gluten free diet usually have to simply ‘make do’. We were bowled over by the effort put into making sure our daughter was well fed, including daily gluten free waffles and pancakes. They even offered to make GF shnitzeis at night but there was so much alternative food she never needed them. They also had GF pasta on site! We happened to have taken our own pitta/bread for her.
5. And finally: Belinda was always available to help and answer any questions. She and her husband who own the hotel go out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure you enjoy your stay . We thank them and look forward to another stay, skiing the Sella Ronda and its resorts again.

This is our second time here and this time around we had not such a great experience.
The rooms were not what we expected- dirty when we first entered and we had to clean the closet before putting our clothes inside. When we entered the room it smelled like sweat. We have a room with a balcony to the road and it's so noisy you can't leave it open even in the middle of the night and Overall there is a lot of noise that I'm not sure where it's coming from but it's horrible and sleeping here is hard if you are not used to so much noise. The rooms temperature are always so hot and there is no way to fix it. Inside the room there are a lot of broken things - the phone, some of the lights that stay on even if you turned them off we had to cover them with towles. The walls are very thin so you can hear the people around you in their rooms. The refrigerator is not working maybe if you pay extra it will but we didn't see a sign fir that. Elevators take so much time to work for some reason and there are no Shabat elevators. The receptionist are not very nice and in a crisis didn't help at all. There is only 1 shuttle to get to the ski area and back. you have to wait a long time. We had an emergency where I was feeling extremely sick and needed to get back to the hotel and although the day before someone called the shuttle outside of the operation hours and paid extra when I called I was told by the receptionist that they can't help me and that I can wait for an hour for the ski bus to get back to the hotel in a very rude tune. My father who was also very sick that day had to wait with me and when he finally got back to the hotel he couldn't get up from the bed for 2 days. During breakfast when they make omelets you can smell it all the way to the third floor and inside the dining area it is so cloudy and hard to breathe because of that. If you come to dinner at 1930 and not 19 you get told in an angery way that there is no food left and that you need to come earlier although the amount of people is the same and really some of the food can run out like vegetables. Overall I'm very disappointed with my experience here. The place itself is okay what happened with the shuttle on the day we really needed help was a breaking point for us.
After criticizing the hotel we were treated differently with much more care - for breakfast I received some more gluten free food and at dinner I was told they can make me the pasta dishes with gluten free pasta. During snacks at 4 I received a plate with gluten free options and during the whole of Friday night food service I received all the dishes gluten free and was told what is safe to eat. The kitchen and service staff took the matter very seriously and the service points are only for them. They kept checking that everything was okay. They even bagged and packed food for my cousin who was in the hospital and my brother that was sick upstairs in our room and couldn't come down. I wish it would have happened sooner after requesting gluten free bread the first morning here but I appreciated all the amazing efforts and the delicious food they made sure was good for me.

Our recent stay at the hotel in Canazei was nothing short of exceptional. The breathtaking mountain views from our room were a daily highlight, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop to our vacation. The hotel itself was warm and inviting, with attentive and friendly service that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
One of the standout features of our stay was the food. The meals were not only delicious but also prepared to the highest kosher standards (Mehadrin), which was a significant factor in our choice of accommodation. It was a true pleasure to enjoy such high-quality kosher cuisine in such a beautiful setting.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always with a smile and a willingness to assist with any request. The combination of the stunning location, excellent service, and top-notch kosher dining made our stay truly memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fulfilling stay in Canazei, especially if you're seeking a place that caters to kosher dietary needs without compromising on quality or comfort.

The experience was great. We didn’t need anything from the outside as the team and hotel services have all what we need.
We call this “ all included “ experience.
The service across the board was amazing, Luciano, Balinda the owner were welcoming and gave all of us a feeling of a family!

Beautiful scenery, the owner hotel treats you like you're in kindergarten, pray service at 7: 15, breakfast is finished at 9:30 promptly serving lunch the pizza stores close at 4:30 promptly is that there is no buts or ifs if you are late, no exceptions signs all over the place if you bring an extra bottle of of wine or soda to the lunchroom an extra fee, the walls of paper thin you hear the next door neighbor's noise I will let you imagination run wild be prepared that's a very small and very soft mattresses no iron in the room just an ironing board if you need something you can ask the counselor, that's what it feels like they clean the room towels are not returned so if you go to the swimming pool with no towel you will need to go back up to the room to search for a towel, wherever you go there's a sign if it's in the laundry room or the trampoline, tea room closes before 11:00 with just water and some tea and if you're lucky you can get some coffee, square toilets you get looked at steer at just like you in preschool

The hotel is nestled in the mountains of Italy, the Dolomites, with gorgeous views. The hiking is spectacular with cable cars to go up and down. The hosts, Belinda and Avi Netzer, are warm and receptive, incredibly helpful and patient. The staff at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. Let's not forget the marvelous Luciano, the maitre d', who is worth going to meet all on his own. The general atmosphere is relaxing, the guests were truly nice people. You come away feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly, highly recommended.

Where to begin? The location is beyond description. My photos are the walkway to the hotel and the view from our room: worth the trip even if you never leave the hotel. The hotel staff members are all beyond welcoming and competent. The owners, Avi and Belinda, made us (and all the guests) feel as though they’d been waiting just to meet us. The front desk managers accommodated our every need, from bringing fresh coffee to our room when we arrived, to detailed guidance on daily activities, rain or shine. The dining room staff, under the delightful guidance of that big teddy bear, Luciano, were always efficient and unfailingly friendly. And the food… outstanding! From the Israeli-style breakfasts (with materials provided to pack your own lunch), to gourmet dinners, to a huge Shabbos morning kiddush, including varieties of fish, veggies, and amazing cakes that made the subsequent meal unnecessary (but that did not stop us!). The drive from Venice airport is about 2 1/2 hours long and the hair-pin turns in the mountain region add more excitement than I would prefer, but it was more than worth it and we would love to go again.
