A warm welcome even at a late hour. Lovely room with a perfect view. All staff were helpful and friendly. The position of the hotel was elevated but still handy for village. Plenty of chair lifts and cable cars in the valley to get you up for great views of the Dolomites. Food was plentiful and varied.

Beautiful hotel with very updated amenities. Excellent restaurant and bar. The staff are very friendly and hospitable and most speak English very well. Went for a ski vacation and the hotel provides a 8 passenger shuttle bus to the gondola on a continuous loop all morning. The ride is less than 5 minutes long.

Perfect in every way! Rooms were enormous and very comfortable - lovely bedding, soft pillows, robes / slippers , brilliant shower and a cosy rustic feeling. We had a wonderful stay at the Cesa Tyrol for our honeymoon! Our room (Junior Suite) was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. Awesome place to stay. 5 mins to go on foot to the slope, friendly staff, nice sauna and swimming pool. So, we spent a great week there. One more thing I wish is to have more various breakfast. It’s totally fine, but the same 2 dishes every day.

I have been for three days with the family. The hotel is clean and quiet and in a location not far from the center. It has a large parking area and a beautiful view of the landscape. The breakfast is good and plentiful, but the same cannot be said of the dinner, where the portions are minimal, even if the dishes are quite particular. The service staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent and clean rooms, everybody at the hotel and restaurant is very polite and attentive. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in while on multiple trips to Europe. Very reasonable rates for room and for food. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place for staying for skiing holiday, there are ski room with boot dryers and safe closets with lockers. Living rooms not big, but not small as well. The staff and owners very warm and friendly. Food at restaurant delicious. There are bar in reception. After skiing you can relax in two type of sauna. All what you need during ski trip. I spent a week in this hotel from August 28th to September 6th. Overall, the structure offers entertainment possibilities with the bowling green, and the games room with table tennis and billiards. Super hotel. Margherita and crew are the nicest people. You get all the attention. Sleeping is fine, beds differ from room to room. Eating is great! Enjoyed the sauna and of course the surroundings either in Summer or in Wintertime.

Very good ratio between price, location, services and comfort of the apartment. The apartment was clean and well furnished with dishes and glasses, pots and pans, spoons and forks. However, wifi doesn’t work well; neither sponge nor dish soap was available in the kitchen.

This hotel is one of the best where I have ever been, Family goes here every year, and have been for ~10-12 years now. The Coffee is amazing, the bed is really comfortable, and the view is georgous! This year it was raining when we arrived, and snowing when we left, but it was sunny wherever we went, so I assume the good weather is included in the price. (Kidding :))

Service is superb, but their understanding of English is not good, and there German depends on who you speak to. Their rooms are top notch and are always cleaned when you arrive home from a day of excurison. There is also a very nice spa area in the basement.

Convenient and central structure near the bus stop and the cable car .. Equipped with private parking .. in the immediate vicinity there is also a lively watercourse where you can fish with prior authorization. The hotel is nice, maybe a little dated but it creates the classic mountain atmosphere ... The staff on the floors is discreet and professional .. and even that of the room is really very pleasant...

Our family with 2 kids have now spend 1 week holiday in this hotel. This is a fantastic family driven hotel with great rooms, food and personal services. We can highly recommend this hotel. We have already made a booking for next year.

Two adults and a 4 year old child. We stayed from Monday to Friday and we were really satisfied and very happy with the treatment and availability. From food, to cleanliness, to rooms, staff and property always very helpful! Central place and a stone's throw from everything. We highly recommend it and will be back again as we really enjoyed it!

The rooms are a little old-fashioned but clean. It would be awesome if the rooms can be updated in the next few years, then it will be five stars. The staff is very friendly and the food (breakfast and dinner) very tasty, often local dishes. The location of the hotel is perfect, two gondola's to two different area's of the Dolomiti Superski, and also a busstop in front of the hotel. I had a great holiday

Nice hotel with a generous five course Italian dinner each evening. Really good bar in the basement for the afterski. The only problem were the rock hard beds.

One notice: dinner (in our case we used option on booking). If you do not like eat a lot tonight, consider it. It is really fantastic, but the quantity of plates is 5 + very reach salad bar. The location is great, it is out of the country but just 100 metres from the ski lifts. With the new cable car you can climb to the sellaronda ski tour without taking the ski bus. Very good food and hearty breakfasts. Only thing negative is the room a bit dated that he would need a nice modernization. Even if the other does not, I have seen them.

Excellent location close to skiretour route from Sella Ronda. Also the close (10min) distance to/from the lift with minor height difference is a majour benefit. The everyday all-inclusive-dinners are incredible: 4 to 6 courses of food with super quality are served efficiently and friendly by thewould justify visiting hotel Italy even just for culinay purposes. The pizzeria Italia is one of the best places for a dinner in Canazei. The prices are reasonable and the pizza is excellent. There is always a line of people waiting for a free table. Ottimo!

We enjoyed our time here. The folks at the reception went above and beyond to accommodate our needs when we asked to extend our stay for a couple of additional days despite the high hotel occupancy typical of the season (first week of August).

We had a great dinner. The pizza is really tasty, and it’s good that they have gluten free options too. After the dinner we tasted their grappa.

Pro- Great view from room's window Great and helpful staff The hotel has a nice resturant with reasonable prices. Walking distance from the cable cars Cons- It was cold and we couldn't turn on the heating. No AC. The bathroom has a window without a curtain that other can look at you from outside, we covered it with a towel.

Fran, Julia & Laura made our 7 day stay memorable. Located on Passo Pordoi it offers instant access to incredible walking, and a short drive to other Dolomite gems. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Meals and service were excellent. Nothing was a problem and the friendly cheerful banter was very much appreciated. Savoia is a gem.

Great! It's a little far from town but the rooms were very fun and clean. The room was actually great! Very big. My only complaint was that it is far from town and it's pretty dead at night... But it's a trade off because you are right next to a bunch of hikes, trams, and it's very peaceful. The day however is the complete opposite. Still... I really enjoyed my 2 nights here.

A very good place to rest after a long day of skiing! If you go there for lunch, make sure you get there before 15, as the kitchen closes. Would recommend their lasagna!

My daughter and I stayed at Challet Pineta over Easter. Unfortunately, on the day I arrived, I got a virus and spent three days in bed. However, I couldn’t have been in a better place, Matteo and his sister could not do enough for me. They brought my meals up to my room and cared for my every request. The food was very well presented and delicious. The rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable...

Ok let's get something out there at the start...the food isn't the best but they try hard and if the waiting staff aren't serving you, you'll find them cleaning your room, serving in the bar or behind the bar in the night club. The hotel bar is fine and a top tip you can get a very well made cocktail for 50 cents more than a beer! The rooms are adequate, clean, warm and the shower worked a treat...
