Stunning hotel - the communal areas and spa are incredible. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was huge, super comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast is delicious too - though restaurant at other times of day is quite pricey but the quality is faultless. Roast chicken to share was probably the best I’ve had! This hotel was amazing. From the scenic views to the fantastic spa! Bar was great - bartenders were amazing! A great spot for adventure and relaxation. The rooms are nice and spacious.

Breakfast was almost perfect. There was no bacon, but excellent speck, hams, cheese, salame and other salumi, bread and eggs. A tipical Italian breakfast was also available, with different types of expresso, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, lots of cakes, brioches, etc. The rooms were large enough and properly equipped. Very friendly staff. One of the few hotels open during fall in Pinzolo.

We stayed one night with our daughter on the occasion of the Brenta Bike. Unexceptionable for kindness, service and cleanliness. They even made sure that cyclists could shower after the race after 3pm ... I highly recommend it.

This is a family run hotel and we could not expect more. Everyone is so professional, kind and friendly. I could taste so much Italien dishes and all were so tasty and delicious. The service was excellent. It is very rare to have such a home feeling there. The best experience in Italy. We will be back, we could not recommend more if you want to be part of something special. Probably one of the best places to stay to enjoy the Pinzolo / Madonna Di Campiglio area The location is great, close to the main ski lift with an optional shuttle to the lift that makes getting there faster and easier. The Breakfast was good with a decent amount of options. The Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bed and pillows for me were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Very cosy, family-run hotel. Clean, fairly big rooms, serviced every day. I really enjoyed the food - local, grandma-style cuisine, seafood, fish, poultry and a veggie option every night, all very tasty and nicely served. Room wasn't the that nice too noisy from the neighbour rooms. Lifts were across the hotel, but there are other options to get to the slops or lifts. I say shop around for better hotel and deal. Also breakfast wasn't the best compared to the other places I have been.

I stopped at this hotel for two nights for my motorbike ride. I would go back tomorrow ... nice and clean room, great food and more than enough buffet for breakfast, very friendly owner and staff. Stayed for 5 nights with my parents. Great location for the lifts and the pedestrian area in town; bright and spacious rooms with great showers and balcony; small but perfectly formed wellness area. The food and the family running the hotel were a high point: we felt very much looked after and spoilt! Looking forward to a follow up visit soon

ok for two nights; the breakfast is very basic, mainly the typical pre-packaged items; dead-slow internet connection; the house is non-smoking only, but it’ allowed to smoke on the balcony, and the ashtrays are not regularly cleaned. speciality of the local hospitality: while checking out, the lady at the reception didn’t interrupt her private phone call for a single beat.

Simple and small hotel in the small town of Carisolo. Great location, opposite there is a conad and a bar. There is a children's park and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Basic and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff in a familiar environment. Super breakfast with delicious homemade cakes and more, both sweet and savory.

Pleasant stay, we have I stayed for 7 nights, a very rich sweet and savory breakfast, two nice and friendly sisters, every afternoon we spent a few minutes chatting with them about our day. Excellent location a few steps from the center, the cable car and a supermarket right in front of the structure. Private parking. I would say everything perfect, we will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in a strategic and quiet position. Excellent relationship with the owners and helpful. They also provided me with the bike and advised me to eat in the nearby restaurants. Rich breakfast. What to say. All perfect. Well done I will be back for other summer excursions.
