This is a family run hotel and we could not expect more. Everyone is so professional, kind and friendly. I could taste so much Italien dishes and all were so tasty and delicious. The service was excellent. It is very rare to have such a home feeling there. The best experience in Italy. We will be back, we could not recommend more if you want to be part of something special. Probably one of the best places to stay to enjoy the Pinzolo / Madonna Di Campiglio area The location is great, close to the main ski lift with an optional shuttle to the lift that makes getting there faster and easier. The Breakfast was good with a decent amount of options. The Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bed and pillows for me were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Absolutely magical stay at Lefay this past August. Impossible to find any faults whatsoever throughout the hotel. Highly recommend Aufguss in the 90 degrees Finish Sauna with Norman. Good Hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location, very charming, however our room had a broken shower, closet, drawer. Also there was no way to control the heater so it was very hot at night, difficult to sleep, as the heat was blasting. Nice apartment where we spent a week in August. The management is excellent, with an availability and courtesy that represents a winning combination for the structure. The value for money is above average for a very large apartment. To go back and keep it as a reference for another future stay.

Big apartment, clean and with magnificent views, 2 balconies and a big living room, at 5 min walk from the supermarket. Don't forget though to bring your own condiments. Also a washing machine is available for the guests for free. I strongly recommend this place.

Our stay in Royal Olypmic Hotel was amazing! We stayed for ski vacation and the hotel helped us to organize everything.It is very close to the ski resort and bus to the ski station is organized as well. I had dinner at Hotel Tosa this winter while staying elsewhere, it was a great experience, I can't wait to go back! Great hotel to stay in. I strongly recommend it. The food is amazing. It has very nice gym, sauna complex and a small swimming pool. Rooms were rather small but ok. There is a great feature: shuttle bus taking you from hotel's parking to ski lift.

The service is excellent, the breakfast is large and good. They also have a laundry service which normally take two days. A shuttle service is available if you don't want to walk the ~500 meters to the Spinale lift. Don't miss the afternoon pastries or the evening snacks served in the bar!
