We had a unique experience here because off-season in COVID times, we had the hotel nearly to ourselves. I think only a few dozen rooms were occupied, which meant we could enjoy the beautiful swim-in/out pool and spa areas nearly alone. Service was fantastic - especially with our little one. They provided a travel cot (w/a teddy bear!) and diaper pail, and free access to the Kids Club. We NEVER stay...

Nice hotel, helpful staff. They got us someone to do the PCR test in the hotel. Everything from A to Z was in order. Spa and the (pools) are next level that you won't find it anywhere. Highly recommended and deserves every penny.

Good Hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location, very charming, however our room had a broken shower, closet, drawer. Also there was no way to control the heater so it was very hot at night, difficult to sleep, as the heat was blasting. Perfect place for holiday at winter

Perfect hotel, great and really helpfull service. I recommend for families with babies too- my baby boy had a great first ever winter holidays. It is close to lifts and on the top there is a kindergarten!

We stayed one night with our daughter on the occasion of the Brenta Bike. Unexceptionable for kindness, service and cleanliness. They even made sure that cyclists could shower after the race after 3pm ... I highly recommend it.

Great value hotel. Uncle and nephew are very welcoming and took wonderful care of us. We stayed for a skiing week and they helped provide us cheaper ski passes and gave us a discount to a ski rental shop. Breakfast has a variety of choice - and freshly squeezed orange juice! The bar is really nice and quiet. We went for an afternoon "merenda" with hot chocolate and hot drinks and had a great experience. Everyone was very kind and attentive and welcomed us and 4 children warmly.
