4 ****S directly on the main (very noisy) valley street. Renewed but without soul. Once upon a time it was an historical place. Today white long corridors with no decoration, staff from all over the world make it appear a weird ordinary place in between dozens of other more traditional hotels. A pity.

The Hotel is superb and I would recommend it to anyone planning a trip. I have only given 4 stars as unfortunately the food was always cold when served so I feel the kitchen stsff need instructions on food service. I was a party of 39 and everyone complained about the same problem.

A good central location. Room clean but dated and rather odd, dull decor. No room service menu. Food - buffet breakfast and a la carte dinner adequate but not remarkable. The pool, sauna and steam room are small, the pool particularly so. This is the third hotel in which I have stayed in the Dolomites of a comparable star grading and this is a long way short of the other two.

We stayed in this hotel for New Year's Eve and the dinner in the theater was a really nice surprise! Dated hotel but in the context of Madonna di Campiglio it fits! Nice hotel, clean rooms and common parts with good ski room and access to one of the ski lifts. For skiing, be aware that you can end up away from the hotel if you ski the “wrong” way back, and the only ski-in is a black run. If I had any criticism, it was the friendliness of the staff which I found relatively cold and uninterested in ensuring we had a good stay.

Best pick for a ski vacation in Madonna De Campiglio. We had wonderful time at this boutique hotel. The Spa is very nice exactly what you need after a ski day. Breakfast very good, fresh with wide verity. The team welcoming and service oriented. Ski shuttles to the gondola and back whenever you need. We will come back, hopefully soon .

It was our 10+ stay in Gianna. We come every year (besides COVID-19 times) because we enjoy this family owned and managed pension so much.
