The service is excellent, the breakfast is large and good. They also have a laundry service which normally take two days. A shuttle service is available if you don't want to walk the ~500 meters to the Spinale lift. Don't miss the afternoon pastries or the evening snacks served in the bar!

This is a gem, fantastic facilities great swimming pool and good food. The bar Manager Claudio was fantastic and made us feel so welcome. A great personality and character to the Hotel providing a great friendly service delivery and would definitely recommend staying here. Very good value for money.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. It literally feels like home! The entire reception staff, front of house at the restaurant and Claudio - the barman are all so lovely and kind! The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. Great hotel to stay in. I strongly recommend it. The food is amazing. It has very nice gym, sauna complex and a small swimming pool. Rooms were rather small but ok. There is a great feature: shuttle bus taking you from hotel's parking to ski lift.

I stayed here for a week whilst on a skiing holiday, and would go back again without question. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortably appointed. Some of the rooms have been recently renovated and look lovely. The communal areas are clean, comfortable and also well sized so you don't feel like you're sitting on top of your neighbours. There is a small relaxation and spa area downstairs...

Rarely am I surprised, but my expectations were exceeded by this hotel. The lobby seemed a little dated, but the service was exemplary. The entire staff made every effort to make our stay enjoyable - especially the maitre d' who genuinely made us feel welcome. You feel great at the La Baita hotel. My room is in the attic and is very spacious and comfortable, as well as beautiful to look at. The service received is excellent. The owners are extremely courteous, welcoming and available for any request as well as to give tips and suggestions. The breakfast is rich and in the restaurant you eat very well and at a fair price. I advise.

You eat divinely and the veal stew with polenta taragna was really excellent, as well as the carrot cake and the ice creams made by them. we come back every year and always eat very well. very friendly and prices in the norm.

I had dinner at Hotel Tosa this winter while staying elsewhere, it was a great experience, I can't wait to go back! The owners and staff are really kind and extremely professional, the food was delicious and the prices really low, we had a really pleasant evening, even though there were a lot of people the room was not chaotic or noisy and there was just the right amount of space between the tables

We had a great time at Hotel Zeni. The location is fantastic, just steps away from a lift and a gondola, and walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We ate at the restaurant today, there was an Argentinian lady who served us and seated us, very kind and helpful, we had good food at lunch, the price was a little higher than we expected, on the other hand they are very close to Madonna di Campiglio, they are probably in in line with their prices....anyway, overall I would say good reception and food.

The hotel is in perfect location. The rooms are pretty small and outdated, but all well kept and clean. The heating and hot water in the shower is a bit problematic because cannot be regulated. Nice breakfast, kind staff.

This hotel is located right in the center of M.Campiglio. If you come to M.Campiglio to ski then this is a great place to stay at. 5 Langhi lift is located 50m from this hotel. Getting to Spinale lift would take about 8-10 minutes of walking. Rooms are small and the hotel is old, but this gives it more character and homeliness. It is run by a lovely family, very friendly staff and also a lovely dog...

We arrived at the reception without a reservation as the Sporthotel Romantik Plaza cancelled our reservation (totally unprofessional). Immediately the friendly owner offered us a room without any problems and even coffee and a sofa to relax after the trouble with the other hotel. The room was perfectly clean and beautiful.
