Location is perfect if you want to get away from the overcrowded city centre. You can hear the birds all day long which is lovely. It’s classified as a 4* but was not convinced of that. Great views of the lake, nice and helpful staff. It can be really noisy at night due to the music and people on the surrounding restaurants.

We took the room with the balcony, and the view to the lake was amazing. Francesco the owner was very kind and offer his help on everything, took us to a quick tour in the old city, helped us in translation and more... Despite the fact that we had to take our languages up stairs by foot, we had a wonderful time, and highly recommend.

Very nice hotel overlooking Lake Albano. Clean, comfortable. The furniture and fixtures look a bit dated but everything is in working order and most importantly a comfortable mattress and pillows. We were satisfied.

My and my partner really enjoyed the room view, the breakfast and the hospitality of all people working at the Villa. The place is mainly a weeding event venue, we stayed 1-night when there was not any event at the villa, so we were the only guests and we had a very intimate experience!!!!

We were there last weekend. Super view from room , extremely nice staff. Paolo was very nice in changing our rooms so that we enjoy the room with terrace and enjoy the stunning view on the lake. Thank you Paolo , you are the best :) we will come back for sure.

Incredible scenery once you get to the top, the breakfast is enjoyable as is the dinner. The waiters are prompt and friendly. The rooms are modern and comfortable. However there is a quirk with the bathroom that has you hitting your knee on the sink when you squat down to do your business.

Good memories! Was there 20 years ago with my parents but this place is still magical. Beautiful views, quiet, nice garden with sunbeds and easy entrance to the lake for a plunge to cool down. The restaurant is fine dining for a fair price and really good. A lot of locals find there way to this place too. Rooms are simple but clean and nice.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in this lovely place. Everyone was so friendly and the breakfast was delicious and so relaxing overlooking the beautiful lake. We would definitely go back and visit this tranquil place.

This hotel is beyond tranquil. The views are stunning. The gardens are beautiful, peaceful and secluded. The staff are preposterously nice. Whether on the veranda having a beer at 2am or breakfast at 10am it's superb. The rooms are very basic and aged, however extremely clean and air-conditioned. It's a very quiet hotel, so don't expect a bustling bar. Lunch or dinner must be ordered the previous day...

Charming little B&B, I MUST go back some day. The owners are such a nice couple, their place is very cosy, stylish, rooms super comfortable and they are very accommodating. The view and surrounding are stunning and really feels like relaxing in the countryside on the beautiful lake, but easy access and close to fiumicino airport.

The hotel sits in a great spot, overlooking the lake. It's a short drive away from Rome Ciampino so it was very easy to reach by car. It's also relatively close to good restaurants and it's a great getaways if you are looking to escape the bustle of the city and just want to unwind and relax.
