Ciampino, Via Vico Viganò 24 🧭 Map
This is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table. The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat. The...
Nice hotel and they renovated inside have also a great restaurant where to eat. Have a lot parking car. The zona not very safe but hotel it’s is
Nice hotel and clean rooms, have a nice lobby with friendly staff
Our stay here was not that comfortable. Rooms were OK in the sense, it was neat but not a luxury. Far off from the airport location and it takes nearly one and half-hour to 🚗 during peak hours. Complimentary breakfast was 👎.
Rooms were okay not brilliant.. but clean ..staff okay..Bar prices were high I thought..better price for beer at local bistro.. Wasn't impressed with the food at hotel..Pasta place facing hotel was very good.
First of all I should mention that travelling to this location with public transport and luggage might be difficult. There is a bus stop nearby from one of the metro stations, but it's infrequent. The metro is about 15 minutes walk, but it might be really scary and lonely at night and early morning. Google often recommends getting off at Torre Angela but Tore Gaia is a better option. With that out...

I have been at La Mela.for 2 nights, nice room, clean and spacious. The temperature in the room was a bit high and.couldn't adjust it, but my overall experience was good and I will return also because it is very close to the office
We stayed here after we landed late evening at Rome Ciampino airport. Basic hotel , witgh breakfast and free wifi(some people said about that they charge for a wifi) - 20 min walk from the Metro station Anagina. Or few minutes bus ride from that metro - but bus doesnt go pretty often. Good value if you want a place to sleep and spend all day doing sighseeing in Rome.
It is clean and stuf is friendly. However: 1. It is far away. 2. WiFi on my room floor was only half of the time 3. Soap only one of each kind - a bit too tight for a couple 4. Request for a second chear we asked three days until gave up

Expensive, service not adequate to the money and not able to fulfill simple requests. Rooms need some fixing and painting, although beds are comfortable.
The location is not close to Rome, but it is surrounded by restaurants and stores. Breakfast is nothing special. Rooms are clean.

Hotel receptionist was very helpful. Was okay for a last minute one night stay close to the airport but not sure about any longer than that as we only stayed the one night. Was a bit noisy in the night from other guests and as the corridor was tiled the noise rather carried. As we left early they had prepared us a continental breakfast in a bag to take away with us which was unexpected and a nice touch
I have had the pleasure to stay at the hotel on many occasions with friends and family, there is nothing to complain but only praise. Very friendly, location close to the airport excellent shuttle service what more can I add? Thank you Palacavicchi
Good restaurant, good airport location, friendly helpful staff. But the towels and bathroom were not cleaned well, damp problem in shower. Really must at least have wifi connection in rooms not just in lobby.
Single level building with clean, spacious and functional rooms with patio area, fridge, TV and safe. Very helpful staff with on site bar, snacks and restaurant. The only drawback was being beyond walking distance to anywhere besides a petrol station, that said, our airport shuttle cost only €3 so absolutely perfect for our needs.

Stayed here in February and got a good rate for our room. The room and restroom were clean, but basic. NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS - and not even available for purchase in the rooms. There is only wifi in the lobby, which was very obnoxious, as it is advertised otherwise. Staff was helpful and printed off our boarding passes for us (just ask at desk!). We wanted something cheap and close to the airport for...

Basic but ok if you expect little for what your paying.
Pretty good hotel, just had problem with internet and had an issue with room security but I think it's bad luck, the staff was very helpful and solved the issue as far as possibile.
The people are a little on edge, but the service and such is okay, the WiFi, sucks. The teletubbies, they looked very good at 2 in the morning.
Huge Hotel, but almost deserted. Building is old and not very well kept. Room is bare but clean. Room very hot(in summer) air conditioning is not working...
First of all - the staff. You couldn't ask for a more helpful team of managers, and we met 3 of them. Very professional and caring. Then why only 3 stars? Although our room had recently been fitted with a new bathroom - shower etc. The thin walls between rooms made it almost impossible to sleep. Our neighbours weren't particularly noisy, but when you can also hear all of their " bathroom...
Horrible hotel, without conditional air, the breakfast sucks, terrible service! Don't come here!!!

Very handy for airport. Parking is easy and good low priced and good. Clean and comfortable. Lacked hot water this morning but sure this was an exception.
Very good for a one night stop, it is only 5 minutes far from Ciampino Airport.
This once would have been good hotel but currently its struggling to live up to its former glory. The access is not directly via main road which happens to be a highway. Absence of pickup service is a bit of inconvenience. However, Room was clean and breakfast was great. Staff was extremely attentive and caring.

Very clean and organized, with slots for each of your belongings in the rooms. The room itself was quite small, but all you need if you’re just looking for a place to crash. Good assortment of towels and shampoo/soap is provided. However, the bed was not very comfortable and our room faced the surrounding neighbors. They had two dogs that kept barking for quite some time which was a little aggravating...
Great service staff, very helpful and good hotel near ciampino airport
Only service is acceptable. Stay there only because it is close to the airport.
The people at the front desk were very nice and made an effort to communicate with me in English. Affordable price. My only problem was that they didn't have hair conditioner and I couldn't really change the AC setting (it was freezing!) but that may just be because I had never used a foreign thermostat before haha.
You get what you pay for. Not far from the train station. Small, but good place to sleep, especially if you are flying out of Ciampino Airport on an early morning flight with Ryan Air. Ask the desk clerk to book a taxi for you. Hint for finding it: google maps will lead you there and you will see a huge Hotel Laura sign with no standout entrance. Stay calm, walk up the outdoor steps right under the...
Staff very firendly and helpful. Hotel does what it says on the tine, very basic room, very small, but was fine for a sleep before a flight

Is an old hotel.... pretty basic even the TV is very old. But the people were polite, and professional. The rooms are spacious decorated basic isn’t like the advertising pictures..... the hotel isn’t around the corner of the airport but close enough by taxi or car.
You get what you pay for. The staff is friendly, the pool is cooling after a hot journey and it’s close to the airport. 2 things though, Ciampino airport is crazy busy and it’s low budget hell so if you have a very early flight, don’t wait for the hotel shuttle that starts at 5 - just grab a cab. Also, make sure that the room has air con, without it you’ll suffocate as the room has NO air circulation...
Great budget hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and used it as a base for seeing Rome. We loved having the pool to relax beside and cool down although being directly beside the airport it can be noisy so bring headphones for music! The hotel is slightly dated but very clean and functional and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was limited but good. Lots of cake for breakfast! We went in and...
Stayed there 1 night while catching an early flight the next morning. Took the metro from Termini station to Campino stop and walked to the hotel. Not too far even with luggage. The staff was friendly, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. They provided a shuttle to the airport. Yes, the runway is just outside your room, but we couldn't hear the planes while asleep.
Stayed at this hotel for a night before our flight from Ciampino airport. The hotel was easy to find, clean and staff helpful. The room had everything you need. The airport is literally across the road, so expect hearing planes leaving during your stay. Hotel offers a 5 euro shuttle to the airport. Great value for the money.
Going to catch a morning flight at Ciampino this is a perfect choice. Airport shuttle €5. The evening before one can enjoy the swimming pool & in-house restaurant with friendly staff. Well recommended

Clean , near the airport , Silent and comfortable room
Is good, nice food, good staff, comfy beds
The Arcadia is not the Ritz!! Having said that, Vivien & I found this the ideal ‘launch pad’ for exploring everything that Rome has to offer – and that’s a lot! The hotel rooms are basic but clean & functional. You will not find a kettle because of strict Italian Health & Safety rules. – This applies to most hotels. On the upside, there is a fridge, great for beers and a spot of home catering!! The...

We came here in an emergency and last minute after we found ourselves a little stranded and after hearing the airport closes at midnight, we checked into this hotel just after 11pm. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast a little limited to a few cornettos, ham & cheese and a few desserts. The hotel is a 9 minute drive to the airport but if you get the hotel to book you a taxi they will book you...
Missed our flight so needed to stay overnight in Ciampino. Late reservation for 3 single beds in a room was not a problem. Reception staff nice and helpful. Room was well laid out and spacious. Breakfast available for a small fee
We did not stay much at the hotel, however, when we stranded the staff was available 24/7 and provided great help with locating taxis for us during the night. Special thanks to Adolfo. :) Aside from that the room was clean, had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the staff spoke English well so communication was easy.
Great staff. Place little dated though, but emergency visit so can't really fully comment. Very close to airport not da vinci one though
This beautiful hotel was surprisingly very nice with spacious and very clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and they even ordered for us to have food delivered, but it is not the nicest areas of Rome.
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel in a great location! The inviting rooms with good space, delightful food, and convenient position made our stay truly memorable.

The room is really good and clean. The reception was very helpful and patient. I had to use the shuttle service to the airport and it worked perfectly well, the hotel booked the shuttle that arrive on time and the place is close to the airport, so I could arrive on time for the flight even early in the morning. Breakfast is good My only negative point is the Internet doesn't work well on the room I...
tidy and cozy place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff at reception
Good location, pleasant service. Only problem with a window, that didn't close completely. Very good, in general!
All I needed was a safe place to sleep for 2 nights in Rome and be close to Ciampino Airport when I had to fly out to Spain – Hotel Villa Giulia was perfect. Pretty, convenient, and kind staff for a budget hotel. I took a small twin bed room but it was very clean, the bathroom was updated, the AC worked well, and the balcony had a charming view of the neighborhood (see balcony photo). Alex and Federico...

Very clean, good value for money, very polite and friendly service, staff very helpful and curtious.
The hotel is a family owned property . It's very safe and peaceful. The rooms were clean and tidy . I stayed for around 20 days and the rooms were cleaned everyday by the staff . Initially I had communication issues and was quite worried with my stay , however the hotel owners were convivial and really made me very comfortable . The breakfast was healthy and served on time . The owners used to serve...
Stayed in May while in holiday in Europe. Not central, but to where some of my friends were living (Ciampino suburb). Even tho is close to public transports and shopping centers, it's better to have a car to move around. City about half hour away. Otherwise, the motel was clean, staff very friendly, always keen for a chat and willing to serve you another coffee. If around, will definitely consider...
Very comfortable and friendly, no kettle in room, but location for travelling to rome by car or train superb, price surprisingly low will go again short stay.
