It's ok. Location is quite remote, you only take a taxi which is expensive. I didn't really have warm water. AC is nice, beds are good and breakfast is ok.

Given the reality of Frascati life and the price Hotel Flora was excellent. Being away from the buz of Rome this village is a gem. Gorgeous garden setting and polite service.

Attention! The plugs are of Italian type which is not compatible usual European plugs, and there is only one adpater available for rent for the whole hotel from the front desk. Breakfast has little choice. Room facilities are old. Front desk is frienly though.

Stayed here for a few days while attending a wedding nearby. My wife and I had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Plenty of good food provided at breakfast. Train station is only a short walk away.

beautiful, elegant, charming, sunny hotel, in a strategic position a stone's throw from the center where there are bars, restaurants, markets, cinemas, shops for shopping and more.... my breakfasts, aperitifs and dinners have always started from here, from this town and my place to stay is hotel flora

The best part of the hotel for us was the staff....always smiling and trying to find a solution for every question you have. We had a suite...basic but size was fine-A/C slow-comfortable beds-good shower. Restaurant and breakfast have very low quality items/ingredients. Overall a nice stay.

The hotel is nice and convenient, with an excellent restaurant. The rooms are good and spacious. The only slightly disappointing aspect is that there are few buses connecting it to Frascati. Furthermore, the bus stop is almost invisible, situated on the side of the main road without a sidewalk or a proper bench to sit on.

Excellent room and bathroom. My room had a shared balcony with nice view. Location from city center is not close and the bad thing is that there is no pavements on the last 300m to the hotel (just grass).

Everything perfect, not quite sure about public transportation but taxi available 24/7 on request from front desk with friendly professional staff help. Chef of the restaurant runs incredible cuisine, fluent English. Very nice out door yard. Breakfast… hmm, not so much, more frashies could make difference

Hotel Cacciani is a very nice hotel with a super customer service. Most of the rooms have a view. And most important is that everything is VERY clean !! Breakfast was good as well. We were also lucky to have a wine tasting session in their very own cellar and special thanks goes to Adriano Cacciani who gave us a very professional explanation about the wines. Booked multiple rooms with friends as we were attending a wedding nearby. We just needed a place to sleep and for that it was great, to us it was perfect that check in starts at 12.00. I do think that the price quality ratio is a little on the high side as its not even in central rome. The breakfast did not have a very large selection, mainly pastries and other sweet choices.

I have just stayed for a week and can only highly recommend this hotel. The owner is a delight and really helped with a taxi hire for a tour, made a great cappucino. The room was nice and very clean. The lady that cleaned was very friendly. The hotel is in a perfect position and 5 minutes walk to the station. I shall be back again

Perfect location. Great bathrooms. Excellent spacious rooms. Superb bedding and pillows. Super clean. And very helpful staff. This is my 9th hotel in 2 months. And I am impressed. No elevator. So get ready for stair climbing. I stayed on 2nd floor and woke up to the smell of delicious bread baking in nearby bakery.

The rooms are okay. The hotel is obviously quite old and fixtures such as the mirror in the bathroom are rusted up and gross. The shower heads were clogged and the tub was not draining properly. The mattresses were also way past their prime. The hotel does not have a lift. The location is excellent, near the bus stops and train station, and close to restaurants and a Carrefour.

Hotel Colonna, Frascati can not be faulted. The owner, JeanFranco, and Gido, the lovely breakfast organiser, enable customers to feel “welcome and at home”. We highly recommend this establishment. A wonderful place to stay. We can not thank them enough.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple nights, attending a wedding nearby. The valet parking was extremely useful and the staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are older, but charming. In fact this is not anymore an Hotel. This is an hotel appartement totally refurbished with all commodities. Only issue is the position with 2 school nearby and traffic jam every morning. This is also quite far from Frascati downtown. However, there is nice appartement with at least some of them with terrace and nice view to Roma

Old style hotel in a quiet residential are close to Frascati. One of the recommended for visitors to ENEA research center. The hotel was ok and the staff helpful, but the place needs some kind of renovation, because it really feels old inside.

Typical Italian hotel experience. Rooms are decent size AC doesn't really work and showers are tiny. No soap or shampoo provided in room so be aware and bring your own. Staff was helpful and food was adequate.

As always exceptional, we have been going there for 3 years now and I must say that I have never found a room so beautiful, functional and very very very clean go there! A place rather far from Frascati but convenient with a car, providing parking too. The room itself looked nice, with a comfortable bed. The cleaning staff was nice too. However, the walls are really thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms, or even outdoors. It was hard to sleep due to the non-stop barking of dogs around for the whole night, even with windows fully closed. If someone smokes...

Hotel very clean, with linen changed every day. I stayed for 3 nights and I found myself very well, in two steps ( with the vehicle) from the metro to reach every place to visit in Rome. Good choice.

Unfortunately our booking was somehow made for 1 person even though we always book for 2 adults. When we got there they charged us 25 euros per night for my wife. Otherwise the staff were nice. Breakfast is disappointing.

The location of the Hotel Vitti is a ten minute walk from the Metro that takes you directly into the city The hotel's baked goods are excellent. The staff was very helpful and tolerated my attempts to speak Italian.

My experience in Vitti hotel It is not a bad place to stay, if you want to spend more time in Rome, you will need to take into consideration that is far, around ~45 minutes. If your flight back is too early you will need to arrange a taxi which will cost you around 60€, otherwise, you will need to take a couple on buses during a night before to be closer to the airport. Outside room is very noisy...

Staff comes only at 2PM, so you cannot come earlier to leave your luggage and potentially walk/tour around. It seems the checking in system is slow. Lastly, when it says sleeps 4, it is regardless of the age. Thankfully, the staff can speak and understand English even not fluent but good to communicate. She is really lovely and will go above and beyond.

The owner is just lovely. Worm and personal treatment. A great bonus is this little restaurant in the same building. Food is very good and abundant. Though, if one desires something fancier and busier for change there is 700m away a fancy restoran. The bus top for Rome is 1km away. For the price and quality ratio it is a fine place to choose!

Expect small rooms. Mine is so small I can’t even open my luggage, only in the entrance (see picture). The air in the room is not fresh, expect an open window throughout the night. The bed has no mattress protector (see picture) it looks and feel dirty and itchy. The breakfast is sooo cheap, nothing to get .. still in covid-mode. The hotel looks like a beautiful present, but when you open the box...

We've spotted this restaurant in Frascati. It has been a real pleasure to have a dinner on this place without any reservation. The staff was very kind and polite. We had two "Pinsa" ( similar to a pizza but the flour used is different then the taste too!) and were amazing. Well done. Would highly recommended.
