The hotel room is not bad, the staffs are nice but the problem seems to exist for long time. Base on the reviews from a few years ago, there has been guests complaining about the A/C over time. The hotel does nothing about it. It sets on 25C by the hotel while it’s boiling hot in summer, the guests have no control for the temperature setting. we complained and also heard some other guests complained...

The hotel is nice. Frascati is In a walkable distance but there are not many things you can do on foot. You better have a car from here if you want to explore the surroundings.

Unbeatable price/quality ratio. Very unique manor style accomodation on the top of the hill. Nice surroundings, quite and beautiful place to stay and enjoy your well earned vacation. Close to the Ciampino airport.

This hotel looks impressive from the outside and in the common areas. The rooms are very simple and could do with some renovation (walls were dirty with big cracks, shower was moldy). Room service (cleaning) is thorough and very friendly. To me, the food was disappointing. The outdoor pool was out of service. All in all, my stay was okay but I will not be back.

Great place to stay, especially if you are driving. Tranquil setting, quiet rooms. No pool. No restaurant, but Bar will fix you up a tidbit if you request it. If WiFi is important for you, then request a room with good WiFi, not all rooms have it.

An absolute stunning hotel! With views to die for! My room is perfect! Very clean and cleaned daily if you want. Breakfast is included and everyone's tastes are catered for. Awesome coffee too! Did I mention the views? Because it's located at the top of a mountain the surrounding views are breath taking! Highly recommended!

The woman at the front desk was not good at English during my stay, but she tried her best to explain things to me and was very nice. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, with some ups and downs. There's a supermarket nearby. It takes about 30 minutes by subway to get to the city center. Unfortunately our booking was somehow made for 1 person even though we always book for 2 adults. When we got there they charged us 25 euros per night for my wife. Otherwise the staff were nice. Breakfast is disappointing.

The location of the Hotel Vitti is a ten minute walk from the Metro that takes you directly into the city The hotel's baked goods are excellent. The staff was very helpful and tolerated my attempts to speak Italian.

My experience in Vitti hotel It is not a bad place to stay, if you want to spend more time in Rome, you will need to take into consideration that is far, around ~45 minutes. If your flight back is too early you will need to arrange a taxi which will cost you around 60€, otherwise, you will need to take a couple on buses during a night before to be closer to the airport. Outside room is very noisy...

Staff comes only at 2PM, so you cannot come earlier to leave your luggage and potentially walk/tour around. It seems the checking in system is slow. Lastly, when it says sleeps 4, it is regardless of the age. Thankfully, the staff can speak and understand English even not fluent but good to communicate. She is really lovely and will go above and beyond.

We booked this hotel as it was outside Rome at the same side as the Marco Simone golf course. The hotel room was small, but perfectly reasonable for the little time we were going to spend in it. Attention! The plugs are of Italian type which is not compatible usual European plugs, and there is only one adpater available for rent for the whole hotel from the front desk. Breakfast has little choice. Room facilities are old. Front desk is frienly though.

Stayed here for a few days while attending a wedding nearby. My wife and I had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Plenty of good food provided at breakfast. Train station is only a short walk away.

In fact this is not anymore an Hotel. This is an hotel appartement totally refurbished with all commodities. Only issue is the position with 2 school nearby and traffic jam every morning. This is also quite far from Frascati downtown. However, there is nice appartement with at least some of them with terrace and nice view to Roma

Old style hotel in a quiet residential are close to Frascati. One of the recommended for visitors to ENEA research center. The hotel was ok and the staff helpful, but the place needs some kind of renovation, because it really feels old inside.

Typical Italian hotel experience. Rooms are decent size AC doesn't really work and showers are tiny. No soap or shampoo provided in room so be aware and bring your own. Staff was helpful and food was adequate.

I got married in June 2012 in Monte Porzio Catone and having family and friends scattered around Italy, I chose the Poggio Regillo hotel as a base for them to stay in there during the week-end double. The organization was complicated of course, because of the high number of relatives and invited friends, in spite of this the hotel staff proved to be perfect: always available, very organized, friendly...

The rooms are okay. The hotel is obviously quite old and fixtures such as the mirror in the bathroom are rusted up and gross. The shower heads were clogged and the tub was not draining properly. The mattresses were also way past their prime. The hotel does not have a lift. The location is excellent, near the bus stops and train station, and close to restaurants and a Carrefour.

Hotel Colonna, Frascati can not be faulted. The owner, JeanFranco, and Gido, the lovely breakfast organiser, enable customers to feel “welcome and at home”. We highly recommend this establishment. A wonderful place to stay. We can not thank them enough.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple nights, attending a wedding nearby. The valet parking was extremely useful and the staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are older, but charming. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the street below which provided a great spot to sit in the mornings. Breakfast was simple, but included in our stay - which is always great. This is the best hotel in Siena. It is a mini hotel with a parking and a pool. It has nice breakfast and nice rooms. Everything is clean and nice. It is a little bit away from centre, but when you left the hotel, there is a bus station. Recepcion is good, kind and know to english very good. All in one of the best hotels i ve ever been. Bye!

Sleeping in the heart of Frascati! Excellent location, in the square of Frascati, delightful rooms, vintage furnished and clean. But be careful, because there is no 24-hour reception, you must arrive before 8pm! After that there is no one left... breakfast is taken outside in a room a few meters away, that too is excellent

Very nice location, we stayed for 7 days, easy to take the train to Rome, 30min. Very very friendly owners and SO helpful in any way we asked. Stayed in Marakesh-room, fantastic soundproof during night, delightful to open shutters in the morning to hear the daily life in full. We were so pleased with the stay and would like to come back

The best hostel in Frascati. Excellent quality/price ratio, and the owners are polite, friendly and very kind. Whenever going to Frascati for work (fairly often) I stay there. In addition to the terrace in summer is an added value where you can dine excellently at a great price.

I went there this weekend for lunch, and I have to say that I was very good. The terrace is very nice, and is very good. The kitchen is good, and the staff very friendly. The prices are average. And I will return.

As always exceptional, we have been going there for 3 years now and I must say that I have never found a room so beautiful, functional and very very very clean go there! Unforgettable mattresses and pillows. I sleep better there than at home. If you want a quiet place, with parking included and top room, stop here, try it! Welcoming, friendly, nice and easygoing guy! The owner is just lovely. Worm and personal treatment. A great bonus is this little restaurant in the same building. Food is very good and abundant. Though, if one desires something fancier and busier for change there is 700m away a fancy restoran. The bus top for Rome is 1km away. For the price and quality ratio it is a fine place to choose!

Perfect location with a beautiful view over Rome and very friendly staff. We were here in November and the room was well heated and clean, but some of the lights didn't work. The bathroom was a bit warnout. The hotel in generel is a bit warnout, but for short stay it fine.
