Unbeatable price/quality ratio. Very unique manor style accomodation on the top of the hill. Nice surroundings, quite and beautiful place to stay and enjoy your well earned vacation. Close to the Ciampino airport.

This hotel looks impressive from the outside and in the common areas. The rooms are very simple and could do with some renovation (walls were dirty with big cracks, shower was moldy). Room service (cleaning) is thorough and very friendly. To me, the food was disappointing. The outdoor pool was out of service. All in all, my stay was okay but I will not be back.

Beautiful villa and grounds. Really a large Conference Centre. Are Various Conference Rooms, well laid out and catered for. History of Napolean Bonapart family ownership. Lovely grounds, spectacular panoramic views. Rooms vary in size and comfort. Wifi can be a problem on some floors. Biggest challenge was the availability of food and beverages and a snack. Great place to stay, especially if you are driving. Tranquil setting, quiet rooms. No pool. No restaurant, but Bar will fix you up a tidbit if you request it. If WiFi is important for you, then request a room with good WiFi, not all rooms have it.

An absolute stunning hotel! With views to die for! My room is perfect! Very clean and cleaned daily if you want. Breakfast is included and everyone's tastes are catered for. Awesome coffee too! Did I mention the views? Because it's located at the top of a mountain the surrounding views are breath taking! Highly recommended!

Fresh sheets, hot water, clean rooms and beds, topped with welcoming, friendly and very helpful service. Hot tea served upon arrival whilst we check in. Breakfast packs for 5 of us leaving at 5am in the morning. There is little else any traveller can ask for – even if just for an overnight stay. Our rooms were quite Spartan and in the garden level. Also the showers are so slippery that I fell the second night in even though I was being extremely careful and fell hurting my shoulder and head.

The restaurant was the best part of this stay- the food was AMAZING. The staff was very knowledgeable and happy to offer suggestions. The spa was a nice amenity, but was difficult to book a massage due to the language barrier. The room was clean and nice. Lots of parking. Not too far from Rome, but the commute has very heavy traffic, so be sure to factor that in when scheduling things in Rome.

I'm kind of a fan of this place now. It's kind of a truck stop, and the fact it has a "non-stop" bar / cafe attached is great for late arrivals. The breakfast bar is good. The rooms are utilitarian, nothing special and a bit dark, but comfortable. You can walk up to city center, but it's a little bit of a hike. Just fine if you have local business.

We booked this hotel as it was outside Rome at the same side as the Marco Simone golf course. The hotel room was small, but perfectly reasonable for the little time we were going to spend in it. I don't think it is a busy hotel given its location (50km from Rome) but the staff were all absolutely superb and the coffee and croissant every morning were lovely. The girl who checked us in, Laura, was very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, spotless, with air conditioning and a small balcony. Breakfast is included and is served at the bar downstairs, which is very large and well-stocked. Easy to find parking in front of the hotel, but if you want, there is also their private garage. It deserves at least one more star, I will definitely be back!

Stood here recently for a week and in all no complaints about the staff or cleanness of the room. Although I do have a couple of suggestions. A small refrigerator or ice machine to keep drinks cold, a cordless or battery operated light of some kind to put on the deck at night.

We had dinner there and it was really good. Felt sorry for the waitress as we have a fussy eater of a daughter and does not think mozzarella should be on a Margherita pizza (was a great pizza as i tried it). Another place i would highly recommend if coming here

Was here for dinner with my family. Appetizer was a great start. A super-sized pizza near cm 40 diam. Very good and delicious. Not a variety of beer choices. Just 3 or 4 type of.

Birthday dinner with family and best friends. Great experience thanks to Giuliana and all the staff, always available and courteous. Beautiful and evocative environment, very well cared for. Excellent and well organized dinner. Recommended both for the restaurant and for an aperitif with friends for an atmospheric evening in the park in the company of good but discreet music.

Sleeping in the heart of Frascati! Excellent location, in the square of Frascati, delightful rooms, vintage furnished and clean. But be careful, because there is no 24-hour reception, you must arrive before 8pm! After that there is no one left... breakfast is taken outside in a room a few meters away, that too is excellent

Very nice location, we stayed for 7 days, easy to take the train to Rome, 30min. Very very friendly owners and SO helpful in any way we asked. Stayed in Marakesh-room, fantastic soundproof during night, delightful to open shutters in the morning to hear the daily life in full. We were so pleased with the stay and would like to come back

The best hostel in Frascati. Excellent quality/price ratio, and the owners are polite, friendly and very kind. Whenever going to Frascati for work (fairly often) I stay there. In addition to the terrace in summer is an added value where you can dine excellently at a great price.

I went there this weekend for lunch, and I have to say that I was very good. The terrace is very nice, and is very good. The kitchen is good, and the staff very friendly. The prices are average. And I will return.

Location perfect for us, a short drive from the airport, parking on site and staff ready to welcome us. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Quick walk into Frascatti centre where there were bars and restaurants.

Hotel flora is beautiful!!! we really enjoyed it it’s in a perfect spot. Frascati is one of the most beautiful little town outside of Rome!!! I love this hotel. Its a traditional Italian hotel with tastful interiors with lots of marble. Needs a little updating but it's still very comfortable, clean with good service. Location is great. In the hills outside Rome. 5 minutes walk to town centre and the station where you can catch a train into Rome for 2 euro.

As always exceptional, we have been going there for 3 years now and I must say that I have never found a room so beautiful, functional and very very very clean go there! Check in made easy, we arrived late in the evening but no problems, room ready, lights on, everything ok. The room is as described, snacks and drinks both available at the moment and at breakfast are more than plentiful. The lady is very kind, if we are in the area again we will definitely return.

In fact this is not anymore an Hotel. This is an hotel appartement totally refurbished with all commodities. Only issue is the position with 2 school nearby and traffic jam every morning. This is also quite far from Frascati downtown. However, there is nice appartement with at least some of them with terrace and nice view to Roma

Old style hotel in a quiet residential are close to Frascati. One of the recommended for visitors to ENEA research center. The hotel was ok and the staff helpful, but the place needs some kind of renovation, because it really feels old inside.

Typical Italian hotel experience. Rooms are decent size AC doesn't really work and showers are tiny. No soap or shampoo provided in room so be aware and bring your own. Staff was helpful and food was adequate.

It's ok. Location is quite remote, you only take a taxi which is expensive. I didn't really have warm water. AC is nice, beds are good and breakfast is ok.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple nights, attending a wedding nearby. The valet parking was extremely useful and the staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are older, but charming. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the street below which provided a great spot to sit in the mornings. Breakfast was simple, but included in our stay - which is always great. Frascati is a delightful town...

This is the best hotel in Siena. It is a mini hotel with a parking and a pool. It has nice breakfast and nice rooms. Everything is clean and nice. It is a little bit away from centre, but when you left the hotel, there is a bus station. Recepcion is good, kind and know to english very good. All in one of the best hotels i ve ever been. Bye!

Well, there was no real white bread for brekafast. I found some kind of toast, but that was poor... Italy has a sophisticated white bread culture which was not to see. This was my main problem with the hotel. Otherwise it is fine.

Didn’t stay the night, but the staff helped my husband and I out when we were in Frascati for a day, when no other hotel did. Really friendly and perfect English. Excellent location right by the station and in the heart of Frascati.

The owner is just lovely. Worm and personal treatment. A great bonus is this little restaurant in the same building. Food is very good and abundant. Though, if one desires something fancier and busier for change there is 700m away a fancy restoran. The bus top for Rome is 1km away. For the price and quality ratio it is a fine place to choose!

Perfect location with a beautiful view over Rome and very friendly staff. We were here in November and the room was well heated and clean, but some of the lights didn't work. The bathroom was a bit warnout. The hotel in generel is a bit warnout, but for short stay it fine.
