Marina di Petrolo Hotel & SPA

This hotel is a true gem! The pool with a view of the surrounding hills was an absolute highlight. The staff was always smiling and ready to accommodate every request. The restaurant served amazing Sicilian cuisine, and the location was perfect – close to both the beach and charming nearby towns. We will definitely return!

Can’t recommend this place highly enough enough . Lovely front desk young lady named Serena . Outgoing, helpful and great front line person . We didn’t have a reservation as we just left and cancelled a VRBO that we were unhappy with .

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in August 2024, first of all the staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. They made dinner reservations, recommended sites to visit and helped you with driver’s excursions and anything you asked for. The location was good, they had deal with beach close by to pick you up and take you back with 25.00 charge includes umbrella at the beach.
The breakfast was extremely delicious with sweet and savoury and plenty to choose from. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. I loved the infinity swimming pool after a day at the beach coming back to pool and enjoying a drink was nice. We actually went back to this hotel after staying at another area of Sicily. Castellammare del Golfo was wonderful and highly recommend to visit. Plenty of great restaurants and a beautiful town in evening which was very lively. It definitely has a special place in my heart. This hotel was awesome highly recommended staying here you won’t regret it!

We had the most lovely one night stop here on the way out of Sicily. It was the perfect hotel for proximity to the Palermo airport while not having to deal with driving in Palermo. The hotel is perched perfectly on the cliff between the mountains and the ocean with a beautiful view both ways from the pool. Rooms are clean and modern. Hotel staff was kind and helpful.

We travelled as a family of five with three young adult children. We loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel, great pool with fantastic views and the staff were wonderful. They could not have been more helpful with all our questions and requests. They very kindly let us use the pool and facilities free of charge on our final day, while we waited for our evening transfer to the airport. Great location close to restaurants and beach. I am looking forward to returning.

Amazing view, great location, close to PMO airport, I loved the infinity pool and jacuzzi, perfectly clean, modern style.
On the top of everything, the stuff is adorable, so welcoming, always ready to help and very flexible, anticipating clients needs - which is a rare feature.
I had a great positive feeling while staying there and I am looking forward so much to be back there - I even consider the option of renting a flat from them and stay over for some weeks.
Miss Rosaria and Mr. Francesco are the most lovable people that I have ever met in hospitality - and I do travel a lot! I will recommend it to all my friends who want to visit Sicily. Thank you!

Very nice, modern and welcoming interiors. Beautiful infinity pool. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast just amazing - definitely much more than Italian standard.
But what I liked the most were people. Nice, friendly, helpfully. Because of them my vacation was just perfect.

Spotless hotel. Great breakfast with incredible view. All staff helpful, professional and friendly. Close to beach , marina with excellent restaurants near by. Absolutely would come back , highly recommended.

This is one the best (if not the best) hotel we have stayed at in Europe. Everything about this hotel, from the welcome at the airport(paid extra for transfer) to the large metal sunbeds, shout quality. The rooms are large, well decorated, well equipped, have efficient air con and large comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the views certainly give you the wow factor especially in the breakfast room and from the far end of the pool. The photos on the website do not do this hotel justice as the whole place is spotless and the linen in the room have that just fresh just washed clean smell. This hotel is exceptional value for money, we would highly recommend it and look forward to a return visit
