We were a family in the hotel for the whole week, with kids. Not even a single negative thing, staff was always respectful and polite in every communication event. Rooms were clean and in good cosmetic condition. Breakfast was also good and tasty. Parking place for car, available pools. Thanks everyone who served for us in the hotel.

After a terrible "hotel" experience in Palermo, we found this gem! Best choice in Marsala!
Spacious rooms, clean and good breakfast.
We had a room with Seaview (view on the islands and sea).
The reception is kind and informative.
The breakfast has enough choice, and if it is something finished, you can ask for more. The service is good. We asked for sunny sides up (eggs), and the kitchen makes it especially for us!
The waiters work very hard, and although their English is not the best, they do well to communicate and to understand.
The pools are clean and nice. A must with the hot summers in Italy!
The spa (paid) is a must!! You will feel relaxt and zen! Take a dip the salt pool or a massage or both :D
The price is acceptable.
Massage (50 min) and a special treatment (sallina - 20 minutos): €80.
We stayed for 5 day's! We will coming back next year!

Very very helpful staff members, the service was excellent, cleanliness was 10/10. It was my wife’s birthday and had not been able to arrange anything so requested hotel and they managed to bake a cake within a couple hours and served at midnight. I cannot thank them enough. I am so happy I am also going to review from my partners email

The spa and swimming pools are perfect. But doors are always closed so that you can´t enter and have to pass along the street to enter the hotel. Staff is not very welcoming.
In the bathroom WC and shower cabin are so close that you have to open thé door to the cabin in ordre to sit on thé WC.

Hotel: Modern, refurbished, clean and comfortable hotel within 5 min drive from the centre of Marsala. Parking is available. You can have a quiet room (on the other side) – this is the most important to me.
Staff: Attentive, professional staff. Particularly I would like to thank to Maria Laura, who has provided as with the room suited to our needs. Everyone in reception (also Antonino, Erica) are helpful and knowledgeable.
Food: Breakfast is reasonably basic. The food at dinner is fantastic.
Spa: We had a few treatments. I was surprised to have had a good strong massage (I am spoiled), so I do recommend it. However, do not take reflexology (feet - does not seem that the ladies know what it is.

My friend and I got a massage at this hotel and it was a disaster. I don’t think either of the masseuse had any real qualifications to be doing a massage. I have had many massages in different countries and by far this was the worst.
Also I had booked for a manicure and the hotel had confirmed that they can do this. First they used a massage bed to do a manicure. Very uncomfortable. Second the girl who did the manicure took a long time to file and polish each one of my nails. She was not confident and the finish was really bad. I could have done a better job if I did it myself. I truly believe they just asked her to do something she had never done before.
Finally they charged us a lot of money for a very poor service. So don’t waste your time and money to go there!

Very professional, friendly staff, clean and fresh room. Bathroom a little small but the room seemed recently done up.
Nice clean pool area included in price with plenty of sunbeds (plus a salt water pool for €5 extra). The breakfast is good (for Italy), with boiled eggs, yogurt and cereal, juice and salami and cheese (plus the usual sweet things of course).
Location is about 5 mins outside centre of Marsala but not a problem with car or bike. Very good secure parking for free.
