Doric Boutique Hotel

This is a very quiet and unique hotel. All 25 rooms have private swimming pools. The warm and thoughtful service plus the unique natural scenery of Sicily are worth staying for a few days. The restaurant charges a lot but the atmosphere is great!
If I go to Sicily, I will stay there for a few more days!

The great view of the Valley of the Temples from the hotel and our room was awesome. The hotel’s modern and elegant architecture seamlessly blends contemporary luxury with the natural beauty of the surroundings.

What makes this place truly special is their commitment to authenticity and sustainability. They grow their own olives to produce high-quality oil, and some of their homegrown fruits are used to craft a delicious house liquor, which we highly recommend trying (and taking a bottle home!). We were also fascinated to learn about their pilot wine production —another testament to their passion for offering a unique, locally rooted experience.

Every detail, from the beautifully designed rooms to the exquisite dining options, was carefully curated to ensure an rememberable stay.

Everything about this place was amazing. The view was amazing. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and good-sized. Everything was very modern. We had a room with the two-person jacuzzi tub, which was awesome. The bathroom has an amazing shower. Robes, ginormous towels, lots of accouterments. There is a fantastic restaurant on the property that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you really don't need to leave if you just want to lounge around. The pool area is really nice and overlooks the valley. You can see the Temple of Juno in the distance from any of the rooms. The Valley of the Temples is only about five minutes away. All of the staff were amazing and helpful.

Special kudos again to the exceptional staff in the restaurant. From a delicious breakfast to attentively taking care of most every need - from water, to fresh pomegranate juice, to shade, they are true hospitality professionals.

Pricey but helluva place. If you can afford it while visiting Sicily plan for a night (check in already at 2 p.m. recommended => more time to relax). The location, the food, the bar, the pool, the big rooms, the service ... Wow!

A very good hotel with very nice scenery. You can see the ancient Greek temple on the top of the mountain in the distance. The service is also very good. The hotel is located far away from the city center, so I can only stay in the hotel at night and have dinner at the hotel. The dinner experience is very good. The breakfast is very rich and of good quality. It is recommended not to miss breakfast. The basic room I booked was very small and I could barely fit my travel suitcase in, which was a bit disappointing. Since a hotel is built in such an empty place, even the basic room types are too small, and the proportion of basic rooms is very high, which will compromise the accommodation experience and affect the overall image of the hotel. In short, the room is 7 points, the environment is 9 points, the dinner is 9 points, and the breakfast is 10 points!

Staff very extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean, well furnished with a modern swimming pool and the breakfast is good. Perfect for a romantic escapade !
