Hotel bar and terrace was really good. The panorama and the view to the sea from our room was beautiful.

Stayed here many years ago and I still miss it. Such a beautiful hotel and absolutely wonderful staff with great service to match.

It was just okay. Repetative menu though tasty, just very boring after a week. Staff is meh! Only one guy was helpful because the wifi you must pay for is not consistent or dependable. Not a nice beach nearby. Next time I will stay on the other side of the island.

The hotel is pretty good, the staff is splendid and nothing is too much to ask. If you are booking, make sure to ask for a sea view room. It's a bit more expensive, but worth it. In the beginning of the season (April/may) it can be a bit cold in the rooms, dress for it or turn on the airco (on heating setting) If you go here and want to have a boat ride, snorkeling or a dive even, go to batroska...

Hotel very nice with beautiful view! Small beach at the bottom of the hotel. Not far from the centre of Castelsardo 5-10 min walk!

I'd give it five stars for cleanliness, the staff does a terrific job keeping things clean. The rooms are small and the bathroom is cramped and impracticable. The breakfast buffet is mediocre at best. The staff is friendly and helpful. Suitable for a short stay only.

We had only dinner.....it was ok....not great but I can not complain either....service nice, food hot, good portions,pizza ok....

Beautiful resort, extremely friendly and highly professional staff! Very small suggestions of improvements re chairs on balcony (could be more comfortable) and fridge in room (quite loud & not very cold). Very good Wifi connection in the entire resort! We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

Fantastic place. We visited this hotel for just one night at the end of our honeymoon and wish we had spent the whole week here! The views are incredible.... Every table in the restaurant has sea views. Pool was quiet and relaxing. Staff wonderfully friendly and greeted with a free drink and Sandwich upon arrival. The resort is located in a privileged position, dominating from the top-the city of castelsardo together with a view of the sea that stretches as far as corsica. the rooms are beautiful and functional in a difficult position .pool small but functional. Attached restaurant very good and nice. Price aligned to the service

Very kind staff Mrs. Emanuela always available and the room has all the required comforts. And a 3 minute walk down the stairs we are on the sea lu bagnu a wonderful sea to say the least. Experience to be redone absolutely

I highly recommend this hotel which is located just a stone's throw from the sea, as well as the nearby bar and restaurant. The rooms are nice, simple and equipped with everything you need, but above all, spotless. The staff has been extremely helpful and always smiling since our arrival. The reception girls even printed me the timetables of all the buses to reach Sassari and all the staff in the dining...

+the pool area looks lovely +great view over Castellsardo. Too far to walk into the town so you definitely need a car, but the view especially at night is great +spacious and clean rooms

Just a top place all around - excellent hotel and good restaurant. Great location (Castelsardo is probabely the most picturesque Sardinian city when driving in), very friendly and happy staff. The rooms are good, the breakfast is outstanding. I genuinly want to get there again. The restaurant seems a little uptight and for a dinner in Italy is on the price side. We had an amazing stay at Baga Baga. The view was breathtaking 😍 I liked the fact that there are only like 10 rooms. The vibe was relaxed, the pool small but nice and the breakfast ideal. Would def. book again!

Very tasty dishes, impressed especially by the desserts. Nice touch with Aperitivo before dinner, with the best view. Totally recommend it.

Hotel is in perfect location - you can see the sea through your window. Breakfast is mostly cold items but if you are visiting Sardinia in summer time, it will be fine breakfast

Clean hotel. No private parking at the front. Common areas with old seats and old »discolored by the sun» books left by previous guests. The room was clean but old-fashioned. One of us even said that it reminds her of a retirement residence. Breakfast on the last floor and you can even have it outside but beware of the seagulls. Self-service machine for coffee so no real good italian coffee. Otherwise...

Overall it’s a “good” hotel. I think when you take into consideration what you pay it’s good value. Bathroom facilities work well and bed is fine, the AC works really well. The only thing that was disappointing was the noise, it was quite common to wake up to a fellow guest leaving the room early or a guest coming home late.

Lovely hotel situated over looking the harbour of Castelsardo. Helpful staff with a nice open buffet for breakfast. I would also recommend Bar at Roma up the top of the town for the best pizza In town.

A nice hotel in wonderful Castelsardo. The rooms are clean and cozy, the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very helpfull and polite. The breakfast is buffet, very tasty and it is served in a very nice terrace, with a great view over the port and over the castle. They clean the room everyday and toiletries are supplied daily. The hotel was nice and clean. Personal was so kind, not only ladies at the reception but also cleaning ladies. The breakfast were tasty and all the time full of choice. The location of the hotel is amazing with view on sea.

Great location, lovely view from the big balcony, good aircon, well located. Given the fact that sardinia is over all very very expensive we were also happy with the pricing. The partner hotel, hotel Riviera, is also very nice and guests of janus may use all the facilities there free of charge. Altogether very good stay, thank you!

Excellent hotel for a summer holiday. Perfectly located in the center of Lu Bagnu and in front of the best beach in the area, the hotel offered us all needed for a perfect vacation. Great value for money. Only pitfalls are maybe the need for some renovation and the restaurant’s level which could be improved, but there are plenty of convenient restaurants nearby.

I enjoyed my stay. You get what you pay for. Basic rooms but very clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Didnt try food so cant say. Beach was a let down. Pictures show beautiful beach with 3 rows of sunbeds. Sunbeds were wrecked and could only fit random beds around due to how rough sea was. Wasnt much to do in local area with only a few good restaurants. So needed a car. I wouldnt...

I don't drink milk, but the coffee machine just keeps dropping milk in your cup anyway! Coffee could be better, I am not a fan of Nescafe machines, we're in Italy! Other than that its a nice place run by nice people. Close to a crowded public beach.

Stayed here for a week, the room is basic, but nice with air con. Definitely worth the money we paid. We had breakfast too, nice variety of coffees, juice, cakes, croissants etc. The private beach is amazing, not too crowded. Sunbeds and parasols can be rented at reasonable prices. Lifeguard is always there to help with anything. Every member of staff is extremely helpful and friendly at this hotel...

Staff very kind and helpful, reception open 24/7, the room is good, but the bathroom is tiny, and not really comfy. Old good hotel, a refurbishment would do great!

Nice and clean, but this has NEVER been a 4 star hotel. The SPA is a non existing - it’s a cold “hot tub” and a sauna……

It’s a little aged hotel , but the staff are so kind nice sweet ! Unlike other hotel arrogant bad service in Sardinia , the staff here makes you feel like you are living in your family relative’s home . Beautiful place with very nice people taking care of you. Near to the beach, great restaurant next door and just a 30 minutes walk to Castelsardo whit it's majestic castle and narrow medieval streets. I can't wait to return to this place !!!

Nice view and good location. Parking, even though there were only 4-5 parking places for the visitors. Decent breakfast. Staid 2 nights here, and the cleaning services were absent. I think cleaning ladies omitted to clean our room. Overall lovable terrace, nice room, but low quality of cleaning.

The nicest place we stayed in Sardinia. Very affordable, nice rooms, very pleasant and helpful staff. The breakfast was delish too. We spent lots of time on the terrace which was nice and spacious with great views.

If you are x2 families together, that is your PERFECT place to stay with sharing kitchen area. Location also is very nice, if you would like to enjoy nice sunset/sunrise, evening social activities and walk around. Many restaurants are presented around. Nice conditioning is presented. Big bathroom.

Without doubt one of the favourite hotel, I stayed during my time in Olbia. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and the hotel location was close to the city centre and port.

I need to write the review while the smell of the fresh Bruschetta and coffee is still on my mind. A fantastic stay, at a great location—but most importantly: run by an incredibly nice host who makes a fantastic mostly home-grown breakfast. Would definitely book again if we are coming back another time.

Superb privately run hotel. Everything is new and everything is clean. A very nice terrace in the rooms with a partial view of the sea. Hearty breakfast.

Practically new structure, air-conditioned and very clean rooms. The garage right under the structure is priceless to park the motorbike. Owner very kind, good and helpful. I stayed here one night. The rooms are brand new and very clean. Although small, the bathroom offers everything you need, including a window. The breakfast is only sweet and does not offer many options but all in all I got up satisfied. The room also has a small terrace in common with other rooms.
