It is a hotel with spacious and super clean rooms, the bathrooms are a little dated but comfortable. It is in a great location, close to the sea, restaurants, walks! It features a heated outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast is very good, excellent cakes and espresso coffee! The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel

Two years now here.. Everything exceptional. The location.. the parking.. everything really excellent! The only flaw, perhaps I would do self-service breakfast... but the quality is undisputed

I stayed in this property the week of August, it was a nice surprise. Strategic location for both the beach and the promenade, everything within walking distance.
Very kind and helpful staff, room always spotlessly clean like the rest of the hotel, the balcony is convenient for hanging out towels, the mattresses are not very comfortable but they added the topper and they solved it immediately.
Then 10 out of 10 for breakfast, with delicious cakes made by them, yogurt, cereals, fruit, the savory part all delicious.
Swimming pool with hydromassage open all day
The only flaw is that the rooms are poorly soundproofed.

Good hotel. We had a wonderful, quite spacious room for a three-star hotel. From the balcony you could see the sea. Clean, room cleaning every day. Nice pool, especially when it rains outside. Friendly staff. The beach is very close. Entertainment, cafes, shops, supermarket, everything is nearby.

I stayed at Hotel Gabbiano with my girlfriend for the second consecutive year. What made us come back were the large and bright room, the excellent location, the breakfast full of homemade desserts, but above all the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff, from the reception to Alessandro to the restaurant and all the staff.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband and son. The location of the hotel is convenient for both the beach and the city center. The parking lot is not far away and is guarded, which is something not to be underestimated. The triple room that was assigned to us was not large, but it was equipped with the necessary, the balcony was very comfortable for hanging towels and costumes. I would like to thank the cleaning staff and also the staff who serves breakfast for their kindness and professionalism. A special mention to the chef who prepares delicious desserts. The swimming pool is very convenient especially when the weather is bad. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing of the room, because, in my opinion, the walls are too thin and you can also hear the conversations of the neighbors in the room.

The staff was rude, speaks no German, only a little English and for a tourist hotel the staff is very bad without more than one language! Especially the lady who speaks Arabic stuck her nose where it doesn't belong, she harassed us all 10 days of vacation! The staff doesn't even speak German! Breakfast too many sweet products, very little salty products! There is only pork for breakfast , the hotel manager doesn't think about guests who don't eat pork.Too loud no peace!The only thing that was good is:The lady who works in the kitchen and speaks a little German is very nice and the nicest person in the hotel. She made it possible for us to get something to eat that wasn't pork because my husband doesn't eat pork and I thank her so much for that😃 I'm never coming back!

For the band in which it is positioned…. We found the rooms spacious and clean (the beds were not very comfortable), the cleaning ladies but above all the breakfast service very good, kind and friendly.
There is also a swimming pool inside which was very useful on rainy days.
