I stayed with my wife for a vacation. It's close to the sea, so it's conveniently located. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff (Ms. Mirella) were really friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying, and the wait staff, both the waitresses and Alessandro, were kind and attentive.
The night porter was also friendly, always available and helpful.
We had a great time.

This elegant B&B, with its refined interiors and pool, betrays its past as a full-board hotel.
The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, except, alas, the lack of soundproofing, which is becoming a significant shortcoming in hotels these days (partly due to those who lack good manners).
In any case, you're always welcome, thanks also to the always friendly and helpful staff (a special thanks goes to Sabrina and Luigi at the front desk, as well as to Maria, who cleans the rooms: with a smile and promptness, they always accommodated my small requests, even when they were very busy. I hope to see you again!)

We spent 3 days at this hotel for a summer vacation and had a truly pleasant experience. The property is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located for both the beach and amenities. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The only flaw was that it was poorly soundproofed, allowing us to hear noises and conversations from adjacent rooms. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Half-board or full-board options are not available.
The staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our requests. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with fresh products.
The daily housekeeping service was also excellent.
The covered parking, a 5-minute walk from the hotel, costing only €5 per day, was also excellent.
The reception staff were welcoming and professional.
The experience was positive, but I'm giving it 4 stars only because of the slightly uncomfortable bed and the noise from the rooms.

Room service and reception are fine, but breakfast isn't. They call it a buffet, but it's not at all. Everything is made to order, and even pushy, so you end up backing out. The quality of the breakfast products is very poor. Not to mention that even water isn't available at breakfast, so you have to ask. Plus, the staff takes breaks while they work, sitting down to eat breakfast like customers. The rooms are poorly soundproofed; the ones next door woke us up every morning at 7:50 with a terrible racket.

We just stayed at this hotel for the weekend..very convenient hotel both for the proximity to the sea and for the shopping street, there is also a supermarket nearby.
Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful reception staff..even the
night receptionist nice and helpful (he even looked for bikes for us)
Classic breakfast, good and plentiful, attentive and nice staff.
Also the Malu lido affiliated with the hotel very well kept and available for every request..What can I say, everything perfect even in case of bad weather there is the heated swimming pool of the hotel to use.
Highly recommended.

It is a hotel with spacious and super clean rooms, the bathrooms are a little dated but comfortable. It is in a great location, close to the sea, restaurants, walks! It features a heated outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast is very good, excellent cakes and espresso coffee! The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel

Two years now here.. Everything exceptional. The location.. the parking.. everything really excellent! The only flaw, perhaps I would do self-service breakfast... but the quality is undisputed

I stayed in this property the week of August, it was a nice surprise. Strategic location for both the beach and the promenade, everything within walking distance.
Very kind and helpful staff, room always spotlessly clean like the rest of the hotel, the balcony is convenient for hanging out towels, the mattresses are not very comfortable but they added the topper and they solved it immediately.
Then 10 out of 10 for breakfast, with delicious cakes made by them, yogurt, cereals, fruit, the savory part all delicious.

Good hotel. We had a wonderful, quite spacious room for a three-star hotel. From the balcony you could see the sea. Clean, room cleaning every day. Nice pool, especially when it rains outside. Friendly staff. The beach is very close. Entertainment, cafes, shops, supermarket, everything is nearby.

I stayed at Hotel Gabbiano with my girlfriend for the second consecutive year. What made us come back were the large and bright room, the excellent location, the breakfast full of homemade desserts, but above all the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff, from the reception to Alessandro to the restaurant and all the staff.
