Hotel Gabbiano

It is a hotel with spacious and super clean rooms, the bathrooms are a little dated but comfortable. It is in a great location, close to the sea, restaurants, walks! It features a heated outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast is very good, excellent cakes and espresso coffee! The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel

Two years now here.. Everything exceptional. The location.. the parking.. everything really excellent! The only flaw, perhaps I would do self-service breakfast... but the quality is undisputed

I stayed in this property the week of August, it was a nice surprise. Strategic location for both the beach and the promenade, everything within walking distance.
Very kind and helpful staff, room always spotlessly clean like the rest of the hotel, the balcony is convenient for hanging out towels, the mattresses are not very comfortable but they added the topper and they solved it immediately.
Then 10 out of 10 for breakfast, with delicious cakes made by them, yogurt, cereals, fruit, the savory part all delicious.

The only flaw is that the rooms are poorly soundproofed.

Good hotel. We had a wonderful, quite spacious room for a three-star hotel. From the balcony you could see the sea. Clean, room cleaning every day. Nice pool, especially when it rains outside. Friendly staff. The beach is very close. Entertainment, cafes, shops, supermarket, everything is nearby.

For the band in which it is positioned…. We found the rooms spacious and clean (the beds were not very comfortable), the cleaning ladies but above all the breakfast service very good, kind and friendly.
There is also a swimming pool inside which was very useful on rainy days.
If in the area we will definitely return

Hotel with the possibility of only having breakfast (the only flaw is that it does not have the possibility of having lunch or dinner). However, the breakfast is plentiful and can be had until 12. The guy at the buffet is very kind and nice.
The covered and heated swimming pool with hydromassage is super relaxing and the children have fun. The girls at the reception are very kind, especially the blonde girl with glasses is very nice and helpful. The cleaning ladies are also very kind

I had already been in this hotel for one night and I found it good, I returned with pleasure with my partner for a week, they gave me a spacious c.ra 209, the structure is a little dated but clean, the staff starting from Silvia at the reception, to the lady who kept our c.ra in order, Alex (n.1) a true character of sympathy and joy at breakfast and her super kind staff .... and not to mention the concierge at distinguished night polite and very kind professionally speaking!!! excellent breakfast service with lots of homemade desserts...... indoor swimming pool heated to 30 degrees spectacular!!
thanks also to Valerio, my acquaintance, the owner who was very kind towards me......I will definitely return and highly recommend it.
excellent location 50 meters from the sea on via Carducci.
