Nice family hotel with traditional Italian decor. Comfy beds. Nice pool and a children's club. Very friendly staff. However, the children's club information formation was on a board in Italian so we didn't really know what was happening or how it all worked. We had half board and the food was plentiful and the desserts were great. I would recommend earplugs for sleeping because of the traffic on the main road. Enjoyed our stay. Riccione is a lovely area.

Good location, excellent breakfast, clean and fun pool. Parking is ok, and reasonably priced. Staff is helpful, but sometimes distant, but they do a really good job running the place. The bar is overpriced, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants to have drinks. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to families with kids.

I spent a week at Hotel Milano Helvetia and it was an amazing time! The hotel is well located, food is excellent and abundant, and the cycling guides are great! Especially Luigi! The staff were warm and welcoming too!! The bicycles provided for our cycling were nice than any bike I’ve ever ridden. I hope to return soon

My wife and I were part of a 53 member biking trip in late May 2023. The food was excellent, the facilities in great shape, and the staff very cheerful and attentive to every need. The cycling guides were really good. This hotel has one of the largest pools in the area. Wifi is OK but not real fast but we found that true in the two other hotels we stayed at in Italy.

We spent a wonderful week at Hotel Milano. It is an incredible value for the price. Centrally located near beach and shops.
Food was generally of good quality and plentiful. Room was clean and spacious.
Ours was a biking vacation - Steve and the bike guides lead rides to all the beautiful roads and villages surrounding Riccione. Our bike guide Patrick was exceptional. Highly recommend we would love to go again!

We are a couple from Bologna.
We stayed last weekend in this Hotel for one night and although the period that has elapsed may seem short, we decided to leave a review to this Hotel that gave us kindness and completeness in the services used such as: simple room but with all the comforts (air including conditioning which in these times is essential and mini bar), ROOM 350, swimming pool available to all customers even those like us who spent only one night, breakfast complete with everything and with the possibility of using the outdoor tables by the pool and availability of the guys at the reception despite large weekends of arrivals and departures.
Convenient to the beach, to several restaurants and above all to the different central points of the splendid Riccione.
We have been coming to Riccione in an apartment for years and I can confirm that the quality / price ratio of this structure is excellent because Riccione has really high prices in the summer months.
Too bad we could not taste the restaurant, but we will not fail to do so in our next weekend which will certainly be at the Hotel Milano Helvetia!

magnificent hotel for all ages: families, youngsters and elderly gentlemen on holiday. the menu has a vegetarian option, but even in the case of vegan choice, the kitchen has shown itself to be available with delicious dishes and not the classic sad salad that instead has so often been served to me elsewhere.
note of merit to the waiter who followed me during my stay because he has always been respectful of my spaces, even though I make some jokes to brighten up the moments of lunch and dinner.

The shower was incredibly small and the room wasn't very nice overall. I personally didn't like the food in the hotel. The location of the hotel is pretty spectacular however.

The staff are really excellent, with special mentions for Emiliano, Steve and Romina who went the extra mile to make my stay so enjoyable.
The food was top notch and plentiful with each meal being a buffet. Its a challenge not to put on weight with such delightful foods to try. Lunch and Dinner had free water or wine included in the full board cost.
The hotel also offer guided cycle rides at no extra cost and can arrange quality bike hire.
