The air conditioning did not work and the light in the hall (sensor) remained on, which made it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, we missed water glasses in the room. I borrowed two from the restaurant.

From walking through the door we were greeted really well it felt so good to be back. Great bedroom and bar srea and so good to have a proper buffet for breakfast. With fresh fruit and a good selection of hot food coupled with an excellent range of Italian pastrys all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to return very soon.

This has to be the FRIENDLIEST hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are "simple" but very clean and function well, but the big hotel chains definitley need to send their staff here to learn how to do customer service properly :) The pool is brilliant with plenty of loungers for the guests. We felt very comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful garden and is right on the lake. It has its own jetty that extends into the lake. After a few hundred meters on foot along the lake you will reach the center of Bardolino. Without exception, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. There are enough loungers in the garden. Our room had a very large and new shower.

I was there with my school and was really nice. Rooms are solid, maybe a bit noisy due to traffic, but in overall really good to stay for a few days if you are visiting Verona, Padova Gardeland or so. The best thing was really tasty kitchen, especially pasta with some white sauce and meat in it. I would really really like to know what was it? Does anybody know? Do they serve it till now?

Good stay, friendly host. Pool was ok, not the most recent but clean. (Bath)room was very clean. Main disadvantages are the airconditioning which didn’t work very well and the location. You’re in between lazise and Bardolino, both 2km which is quite a walk but manageable if you like to walk. Bike rent is 5€/bike per day. Breakfast was ok.

We've stayed at the Aqualux several times. It's just a few steps to the pedestrian zone in Bardolino. The hotel itself is in a very quiet location, and the outdoor area with the pools in the middle of the hotel complex is very nice. You could easily spend the whole day there. Booked this hotel for a birthday surprise for my partner. Hotel is very nice and the heated pool is a nice addition when the weather is cold and drizzly. The breakfast was ok. Only downside is when we checked out we were hit with a €16 city tax charge which was not advised on my booking confirmation or at check in. Did the job but some staff could of been more helpful even after translation... Apparently Bardalino does not receive any coaches... I was told to go to police station and ask about parking.... On doing it myself I found parking 1/2 mile away cheaper than the hotel... Plus no warning of 10 euro charge for key deposit... Breakfast OK

Just had a great week's holiday at the Villa Letizia, great breakfast, 10 mins stroll from centre of Bardolino, rooms great, staff friendly, will definitely go again. Rooftop terrace perfect for sunbathing with jacuzzi pool, waiter service to rooftop too.

The cleanest Hotel I've ever stayed in. Some of the rooms are a little small but didn't spoil the holiday in any way. Worth paying a bit extra to get room at the front with lake view. Lovely breakfast and a superb pool. As there is also a roof terrace and private beach area there are no shortage of sunbeds.

The location was ideal, right by the lake and really close to the center, best bars and restaurants. The staff was amazing, really tried their best to make our stay memorable (and they succeeded).

My mum and I have just returned from 12 nights in Hotel Villa Letizia. Our second visit as we stayed in 2018. Its a beautiful, quiet, peaceful and clean hotel. Only 5 minutes walk along the promenade to Bardolino which has many restaurants. Our classic front lake view room with a balcony was amazing. The hotel has a private garden with loungers and parasols on the Lakeside, a swimming pool and loungers...

This was our fourth stay at the hotel after a 7 year gap and we were not disappointed. The family that run the hotel are lovely and I was astonished they remembered us after all this time. The rooms have been updated as has the lobby and everything is clean and well maintained. The location is excellent for the town and the lake and the use of a beach bag is really useful for using their private area...

Lovely holiday in beautiful bardolino . Lovely family run hotel situated in the very centre of bars, restaurants and nightlife . Very near bus centre and ferry terminal so convenient for trips to other villages and towns on the lake . Highly recommend.

Fantastic little family run hotel, the breakfast was fresh with plenty choice, the owners and staff couldn’t do enough for you. Laura ordered taxis for us and Anna even chilled a special bottle of wine we’d purchased at a vineyard despite selling wine themselves! We did buy plenty of that too! Even made sure we got some breakfast early before we left. Great location but wouldn’t be suitable for anyone...

Great little hotel, run by Giovanni and Laura - very friendly and helpful. All staff excellent. Very clean, good facilities, and rooms are basic, but very comfortable and practical. Breakfast is typically Continental, with plenty of choice, fresh, and regularly replenished. Location is ideal - 2/3 minutes from the old town, and the same from the bus station. Plenty of restaurants within 5 min walk...

Spent 10 nights at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough, it was excellent, Very close to the centre with loads of shops and restaurants and very close to Lake Garda itself. Wonderful family run hotel. Very friendly and clean, will be going back this year. Breakfast and location fabulous. Location very close to town which we found great. Laura and Giovanni are wonderful hosts. Would not hesitate to keep returning to this lovely hotel.

We stayed for 7 nights at the hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The owners Laura and Giovanni were the perfect hosts. The breakfast was great and the room was excellent and cleaned every day which we thought was spot on. We would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and would definitely visit again if in the area.

Great family run hotel. Food was spot on and the location in my opinion is just about perfect. Off the main area just a little so not noisy but close enough to walk into the older part of town. Great roof top patio and the room was fantastic. Short walk to the front and and local shops. I'm sorry I can't remember the ladies name buy she was a wonderful host, speaking German and English effortlessly...

A very nice hotel with a super friendly staff. Very helpful in every way. We came here because our car broke down and our insurance company bookes this hotel for us. When we arrived everything was taken care of, making it possible for us to just settle in and relax, after a very long day at the car repair shop.
