The air conditioning did not work and the light in the hall (sensor) remained on, which made it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, we missed water glasses in the room. I borrowed two from the restaurant.

This villa was perfecto! It was so beautiful, the rooms were spacious, clean and just gorgeous. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and could not do enough to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this villa.

Great location to a trip you go around the lake and cities nearby, parking is easy to find. nice crew, the rooms are very compact but "do" the job. clean and quiet. The lobby is not occupied 24h something to consider if problems occur at night or you plan to check-in late.

The Location is excellent the rooms are nice the breakfast is good and the staff are very nice and helpful and all ways are ready to help they have also a very nice pool and a restaurant in the hotel and other few very good restaurants very close to the hotel

From walking through the door we were greeted really well it felt so good to be back. Great bedroom and bar srea and so good to have a proper buffet for breakfast. With fresh fruit and a good selection of hot food coupled with an excellent range of Italian pastrys all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to return very soon.

This has to be the FRIENDLIEST hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are "simple" but very clean and function well, but the big hotel chains definitley need to send their staff here to learn how to do customer service properly :) The pool is brilliant with plenty of loungers for the guests. Will definitley be coming back!

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was impeccably and the housekeeping staff did a brilliant job each day of keeping it that way. The breakfast selection and quality is also excellent.

Recommended! Lovely B&B run by very friendly people who speak English. Very clean and complete. Nice breakfast, they even offer to make scrambled eggs! Short ride down to Bardolino, which is cute and has many excellent restaurants and an incredible view. Roberto from the B&B knows where to find the public beach. Free parking at the B&B.

Ate breakfast here every day that we stayed at the residence next door and it was always great. They have your table ready for whenever you arrive in the morning. Can't recommend Caorsa enough- we've been staying here for a few days or even just overnight for a few years. Great food rooted in local tradition, good breakfast. The rooms are nice and definitely good value.

We had a great stay with Lorenzo and would recommend his Italian Guesthouse to anyone traveling in the area. His hospitality and cooking were a part of our trip to Italy that we will never forget. The rooms were well equipped, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to return very soon!

We accidently came here first and were so satisfied that we came two more times during our vacation. Fast service, good quality and quantity of food and drinks and very reasonable priced.
