Ate breakfast here every day that we stayed at the residence next door and it was always great. They have your table ready for whenever you arrive in the morning. Hotel Valpolicella International was a really nice hotel overall. They let us check in early and the receptionist was kind and friendly. There was some complications around check out timings. They told us 10am-12pm it doesn't matter. Well when it came it 10am, the phone wouldn't stop ringing and people came to the room door and kept knocking. So it's definately 10am as we find out when our late sleep...

Friendly personell, helpfully in finding a good restaurant at walking distance (Dal Nane), good beds, good breakfast, full functioning airco. Rooms are not very big but clean. The bathrooms can use some maintenance.

Great location to a trip you go around the lake and cities nearby, parking is easy to find. nice crew, the rooms are very compact but "do" the job. clean and quiet. The lobby is not occupied 24h something to consider if problems occur at night or you plan to check-in late.

From walking through the door we were greeted really well it felt so good to be back. Great bedroom and bar srea and so good to have a proper buffet for breakfast. With fresh fruit and a good selection of hot food coupled with an excellent range of Italian pastrys all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to return very soon.

This has to be the FRIENDLIEST hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are "simple" but very clean and function well, but the big hotel chains definitley need to send their staff here to learn how to do customer service properly :) The pool is brilliant with plenty of loungers for the guests. wonderful. the entry to the hotel is just astonishing. the gardens are very well maintained and super impressive. the rooms are abit outdated, and not alligned with the overall luxury experience of the property, but clean and comfortable. the best part of the hotel, is the outdoor pool, which is just magnificent. loved the drinks and cocktail selection.

A small but very well run hotel. We had our rooms with a balcony facing the garden and pool area in a very quiet location. The air conditioning works really well, so there was always a cool temperature in the room. With outside temperatures of 32 to 35 degrees it was very pleasant. Very pleasant small hotel and quiet location. You can walk to the castle in Lazise in 15 minutes. Rooms tip top clean and comfortable. The whole facility is very clean and the staff is super nice. Charming place, with nice and big living spaces. Add a big pool on top of that, and you got yourself a pretty nice place to live, for either a couple of days or maybe weeks. Plus, it only takes about 5-10 minutes of walking, to reach inner Lazise. All in all, i recommend this place.

We stayed in the summer of 2021 for 6 days at Holidays Residence. It was great! The people were really nice, the room was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom, airco included. A very nice apartment with its own restaurant next door, the restaurant is well worth trying good food and a fair price, the location is good to the centre of Lazsie , the hill coming up can be rather a sweaty walk back especially when it's hot, like it was for us, however not really a problem, love that they have free bicycle hire a great bonus point, would stay there again.

We stopped by for a dinner and was treated to a tour by the GM (Daniel) to view the gardens and vineyards. Had a perfect dinner with plenty of wine from the grounds that went a bit late in to the evening ... so getting a taxi home proved problematic. To our surprise the GM offered to drive us back to our hotel - Such a wonderful place and staff. 5 Stars!

This hotel is about a 25 minute walk to the main town where the bars and restaurants are and there are no supermarkets closely so if you don't have a car then be prepared to walk. A lovely hotel, very clean and well kept with a good size pool. It is in a peaceful location, but still within walking distance of the centre of Lazise. The free use of bicycles also made getting around really easy. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Bella Lazise. The staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We got a kettle for the room and reception arranged a small jug of milk.
