Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture

The entertainment is even translated it was such a wonderful experience with my family the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and baby dance!

However that being said they have written English and the staff are pretty good at it too

With regard to the sea, they have their own beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, but the sea is in their area with stones, although this is not a problem, because 15 meters is absolutely the purest and the clearest sea I have ever seen

There's a huge range of food for breakfast and you can take lunches out to the private beach area on the front. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone stopping in Cefalu

I love this Hotel! The rooms look very good, the food tastes great, its at the ocean and it even has its own beach with a bar where you can order food and drinks!

It was a good hotel with beach access. It’s a bit old but clean. Provided with parking and unloading zone in front of the hotel.

The staff is friendly, speaks excellent English, always happy to help, not Intrusive. Gorgeous kitchen at a more than reasonable price: 30 euros you can get a full restaurant dinner + dessert and fruits

The hotel it top quality. The service is excellent, the rooms are nice,spacious and clean,and the food is good. It's makes a perfect holiday

My family really enjoyed our quick stay here. I have to start off and say the hotel staff were WONDERFUL. When my group arrived we had a lot of luggage and they helped me get it to the two separate rooms easily

My favorite part was the walk to the beach where we booked chairs and enjoyed a lovely beach day! The main city center is about a 10 - 15min walk which some might not prefer - but I enjoyed our quiet relaxing stay here

As guests we also had access to the roof where there’s a jacuzzi and lounge chairs, tables. We had just done a lot of tours and driving so it was lovely to relax on the roof as the sun set

Breakfast was lovely and more varied than I’m used to in Italy (they had eggs & bacon alongside the more common fruit, meats, cornetti, and pastry) and the cappuccino was fantastic

If you drive here they have gated parking but you can drop your stuff off right in front. The room was spacious and had a lovely private terrace off the side

We liked this hotel and its location. It’s very close to the train station but we don’t hear anything in the hotel. The beach and the old town is not far at all from the hotel

- midday and evening meals: in another place, all-you-can-eat buffet with choice. Again very professional staff. - very pleasant place, 2 swimming pools, one quiet and another with entertainment

Stayed for a week in this hotel which has just passed club marmara. We recommend this hotel: - bed made every day, bath sheets changed every day, room cleaned every day

Lovely intimate place to stay. Definitely on the list of places to go back to. Staff were very friendly and the bungalows are great. The private pebble beach is a little harsh on bare feet, so do take some sandals.

The location is amazing and the beach is stunning. The only downside is the food as it’s touristy. Everything else was simply amazing

Nice little resort, beautiful setting with such friendly staff. Great area for swimming and decking for sunbathing. Alternatively, Cefalu beach is about 15min walk away.

Very quiet. Solid 3 star amenities. Pool and beach are more than adequate. Resort website says there is tennis but be advised that resort has a single tennis court that charges 15 euro an hour to utilize.

The bungalows are comfortable, breakfast is generous, and the staff is gracious and attentive. I would highly recommend staying here, as it's a great place to relax and very convenient to the charming town of Cefalu

The location is more than beautiful and the staff is absolutely lovely and helpful. Everything is super clean and the food and drinks are very tasty. To sum it up, it was one of the best weeks of my life

Beautiful, clean hotel right across from the beach. They offer you towels and a chair with an umbrella at the beach. Only a few minutes walk into the center of Cefalu

I was very happy with this hotel! We wanted to be close to the beach and close to the old town- this location was both! It was also very easy to park our car in their underground parking lot

The view from our room was phenomenal, we could see the beach and old city. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in making recommendations

The location of the property is perfect. The hotel is located very well: nearby the town centre, near the train station, next to the beach and near a supermarket. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Hotel is a short walk to a great supermarket where we grabbed some bread and cheese for snacking! Would definitely recommend!

A home away from home at the beautiful Hotel 'Baia del Capitano' Cefalu, Sicily. An amazing, relaxing place in the countryside, with a pool area, tennis court, a beautiful walk to sandy and rocky beaches

Beach is a longer walk away than I thought but the beach is very nice and it is included in the price to use the chairs there etc, as is the parking. The restaurant of the hotel serves excellent food in the evening.

Modern hotel with excellent service. Decent breakfast buffet. Room lacks a bit of charm, but was compensated by the sea view balcony. Large roof terrace with gorgeous view of Cefalu. Private beach not so private.

Nice beach within walking distance and tbe little rocky beach was also lovely. Easy trip distance into Cefalu. Little busses running but only 5 minutes in car

It's restaurant service is friendly, yet so professional. The food is divine, done with great care and passion. It is just the perfect place to get away for a few days

What a amazing beautiful place! For my birthday we got a great room upgrade and a lovely cake. The hotel is very very beautiful. Nice pool and two private beaches around. Gym is professional and spa from high quality

Room was very clean, and staff always cleaned right as we stepped out for the day so we came back to a clean space. Staff was quick to clean up after a rain storm. Concierge was quick to help when we had issues

Right on the water, beautiful view, 20 minute uphill walk into downtown Cefalu, 1 hour drive from the Palermo airport The food we ate at the fine dining restaurant was amazing

Wonderful position overlooking the harbour. Spacious outside areas with the opportunity of doing yoga with a professional Swedish teacher. Very friendly staff and ample choice of dining inside and outside

They had a number of other fun free activities as well and it was an easy enough walk into town. The front desk staff were very friendly and the beachside bar staff was professional

Breakfasts are varied, excellent pastries. Rooms with good furniture and plumbing. The hotel itself is located quite high above the sea, as if on a rocky plateau, with a beautiful view

While the pricing is a tad on the higher side, the views over the rocky coastline and spectacular Mediterranean is oh so worth it!

In for drinks and snacks on the terrace and at the bar. The views and seating outside can't be beat

Great spot at the end of the beach. Parking was available which was a big plus. The room was very nice and clean and breakfast which is usually included was extensive and delicious

Very helpful staff! After a good night sleep we returned to our rental car with flat tire. Lady at the reception arranged a mechanic from a local garage. A super fast repair for a fair price.

I really liked the hotel, a picturesque place, the rooms are normal, a hearty breakfast, a lot of fruits, a very beautiful area and beautiful views is located on a hill high up from the sea on the territory has its own beach courts, spa area

Good size rooms, however, the bathroom is a bit on the short side. A shuttle bus can take you to both city and beach

A good place! An oasis a few steps from Cefalu's seafront. I love to run and it was convenient for me to walk to the sea. Being on a hill among the trees, it really gives a feeling of peace

Nestled in the mountains right by the Mediterranean ocean in northern Sicily close to the beach town Cefelu ( which is gorgeous by the way) this resort is s welcome get away for anyone

I saw a review that staff were cold and not friendly and nice. We've experienced the opposite. Very friendly and even accommodating for our kids. Beautiful view, good food and comfortable rooms

Walked from our villa to the hotel and dropped in for a relaxing glass of prosecco. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice pool and beautiful views. The meals otherwise were OK and overpriced. I did NOT like the decorations. Recommend renovate with Christian decorations! Need new pillows and sheets

Blue Bay is a wonderful local hotel. You cannot find anything better for the price (probably the best stay in all of Sicily in my experience). The rooms are clean and spacious

The beach is calm and beautiful (with many fun amenities like kayaks, paddle boats and etc. The breakfast is delicious and accommodating. And the staff are attentive and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible

It's gorgeous and so nice to sit and listen to the waves and birds. A private beach for hotel guests with chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, a paddle boat. I literally don't have any complaints

The beach has more than enough beds for everyone and the water is fantastic, often very still (no strong currents to worry about) and great for swimming (especially if you have kids)

The location is on a private beach and is an easy walk into town and is a perfect place to stay to explore the town but also to relax on the beach and enjoy the coastline

There are free pedalos and kayaks to take out which we used a few times, you can then hook up to one of the buoys further out and relax and take in the shoreline or pedal around the shore which is also great fun! They also provide free beach toys for the kids, snorkels, flippers to use so no need to bring this stuff yourself

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are good - private beach, parking, pool. The evening meal we had was good but not great value compared to what you can get in the town

A very nice, clean and affordable hotel away enough from town and the big crowds, but close enough to have a nice walk by the ocean every time. Great spacious rooms some with balconies facing the sea

Had to take a star off because the rooms don't have great sound insulation - could hear the guy in the next room snoring through the wall and people above stomping around in heals

Great hotel. Good service. People are very helpfull. Clean room and nice swimming pool. Pillows may slighty be somewhat thicker ;)

But the positives definitely outweigh the negatives
