Hotel Fiamma in Cesenatico

Left a 3stars hotel to go to this 4stars hotel and honestly, it’s sad I can’t got back time because if I could, I wouldn’t have left the 3stars hotel that was way better then this one. When we arrived, we were decently received, when we went to our room, it was a nice room but it was warm, and we couldn’t find the ac control, then my boyfriend found a way of turning it on thought a thing on the wall…the view from our room was bad lol we could only see their other hotel on the other side and it’s very loud at night…we stayed there 3 nights, we had to pay for the parking spot, we chose to park inside their hotel (that was the most expensive part to park from the options outside or inside) and in the second day we didn’t have our spot anymore, we complained to a guy that worked there and he gave us a spot outside, like hello??…we were planning on asking for the money difference before leaving for good from that hotel, but we changed our minds…choosing not to get more stressed because of them! In the last night we noticed that the ac was off and even when we tried to turn it on through the thing on the wall, it wasn’t working, we basically slept melting on the bad like gelatos because they made it somehow not work…4stars? Seriously? They should be ashamed of that…the breakfast wasn’t that good either, the coffee machine was constantly breaking and they always had someone to keep checking if we paid to have the breakfast, which I can understand but it’s still very annoying… and if you didn’t get up early as hell for them to clean/organize the room, they wouldn’t come back there anymore. Seriously guys, the 3star hotel was way damn better then this one, they even gave us tickets to have discount in restaurants nearby, really nice staff and they cleaned our room only when they saw us leaving at the time we wanted, the ac could be turned on and off as we wish and the view and food was spectacular! Oh by the way I think I’m gonna copy this I just wrote and paste on this hotel’s comments because they deserve it! For those that read till here and are wondering, the name of the hotel is hotel atlas! Never coming back to this hotel fiamma, you guys made me so stressed and angry! I’m glad they were our second choice close for us to leave Italy 😮‍💨 but still, I don’t wish this bad to anyone, you guys can find something better, you’re not missing anything there!

Absolute rip-off - do not stay there: Paid for a voucher to stay at the hotel (valid for 3 years) and after one year, they did not accept the voucher anymore with the explanation that they do not work with the company, who sold the voucher, anymore. They're happy to keep the money and leave the customers with nothing. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour of a hotel towards guests. Never seen anything like it before. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
