the reservation was made on the reception at 3 A.M. In the bathroom, break the door from the shower corner, the head is broken. The door doesn't close, so the light from the hallway shines through all night. For a price of €125, this does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. I would highlight breakfast, which was great.

I stayed for a few days during the week of Ferragosto. The structure is new, modern, beautiful, comfortable and clean. The staff is very kind and attentive to all needs. 5-star breakfast of the highest quality prepared at the moment with menus for all tastes. Attention to small details. I would say a wonderful place. I will return and I recommend it Elisabetta

Very positive experience, I took advantage of the private spa package with aperitif, it's a really nice experience, everything is well organized and also the staff are kind and friendly, the hotel is modern and very nice

Absolute rip-off - do not stay there: Paid for a voucher to stay at the hotel (valid for 3 years) and after one year, they did not accept the voucher anymore with the explanation that they do not work with the company, who sold the voucher, anymore. They're happy to keep the money and leave the customers with nothing. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour of a hotel towards guests. Never seen anything like it before. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Very nice hotel just a few steps from the beach. Friendly and smiling staff, delicious breakfast and drinks from the bar. Also completely accesible for wheelchair users. Definetily not our last visit. Thank you very much for everything. :))

Great location for the beach, it’s a lovely maintained hotel with fabulous staff. The bar is great and well stocked. They have a spa on the fourth floor which was well worth the visit especially after visiting to San Marino - those stairs! Free bikes to ride up and down the coast are a great bonus. The breakfast is plentiful and amazing!

Superb location, very friendly staff, clean rooms. The breakfast is freshly prepared and tasty. Possibility (with some luck) to park next to the building free of charge.

We was here 3 nights.
It was almost stressed for us. When we arrived the hotel, there wasn’t free parking place in the garage, and near the hotel. We was in trouble, but the receptionist doesn’t care it. It was our problem. Absolutely not guest-centric. Next day the other receptionist gave us a key to a parking place, 15minutes walk from the hotel.
I don’t know why have this hotel 4stars. The room was’t very clean, the breadspread was dirty, the sheet is too. The bathroom was smells all days. In other hotels, when you used the soap, next morning you give a new one. Its more hygienic. But here, it’s not automatically to change it. The breakfast was really good. Because the codiv, you can order everything from the staff, from the large menu. Only the wrapped products, the cereals, water was in the public tables. All of staffs always wear mask, and the guests too.
And then we leave the hotel, it was a card/payment problem. When we booked the room, the hotel check the money in my account. Stornoed it, but the hotel gives 30days to give it back. We called the bank, because we needed our money. The bank ask the hotel, to send a statemant, that they don’t need the blocked money, because we must paid again everything when we left the hotel.
The hotel said, not they blocked the money. The bank needed the statemant, to we could give our money back earlier than 30days, but the hotel didn’t send anything. They didn’t care it. Thanks. It was awful and very angry moments. We must wait 30days, so we are angry. We booked the room is “agoda”. If we will come back to Cesenatico, we never choose this hotel again. Absolutely NOT offer it.

I stayed in this hotel only one night for business reasons. The entrance looks great as are the very welcoming rooms. The only negative flaw was the minibar present, but empty. I'm not used to using it, but I think it should always be stocked for guests. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very slow and I had to use my smartphone to connect to the computer. Very friendly staff and truly exceptional breakfast. I asked for a croissant and it came from the kitchen hot and served very well. I also let myself be tempted by scrambled eggs with bacon. Again, the waiter took the order and came directly from the kitchen prepared for it. I would say that I have hardly ever found this service in a 4-star, unusual there are always trays to serve. Maybe because I was out of season, but in any case I left the hotel very satisfied. There is also the SPA on the top floor, but I didn't have time to use it.

This place has a fantastic location and great rooms. But the most outstanding feature is the breakfast buffet. It features everything including all sorts of pastries, cheeses, breads, juices, yoghurts, cornflakes, cereals, coffees, spreads, honey including a bee honeycomb.
