We just finished a one week stay at this
Hotel as a family of 3 and had a fantastic time. We had a triple room with plenty of room for us all and a spacious balcony too. We were pleasantly surprised with how close we were to the beach (only a 10 minute walk and umbrellas included in the hotel price which for August I thought was very good!) We did unfortunately have a small issue with ants in our room but the hotel staff were attentive and our cleaning lady was superb. We especially appreciated her towel art! Our little one William also fell in love with Rocky, the hotel’s loveable dog! The hotels best asset by far is the restaurant and waiting staff and restaurant manager who were all adaptable, friendly and definitely the favourite part of our holiday for our one year old food lover! They always went above and beyond from excellent service to personal touches such as bringing out our little William’s favourite fruit! Not to mention the food was DELICIOUS and there was plenty of choice for a fish lover, a non fish lover, and a small child! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and I’m sure we will be returning in the future!

It was one of the cheapest options, fairly close to the beach (10minutes walk), in a quiet surrounding, we found free parking around the hotel, checkin was smooth: they sent a link for self-checkin, however personal checkin has an extra price!!!!!
There was a small fridge in the room, air conditioning was working ok, wifi was good, the room was cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and waiters always attentive.
I am not sure why the booking is now cancelled we stayed there for 9 nights, we booked a room with balcony but got a room with no balcony, the breakfast was the same every morning, mainly sweets, salami, ham and prosciutto with one cheese, no variation at all, no vegetables. We were staying there with a friend having gluten and lactose intolerance and the special menu costs extra 10 euros, but practically got an omelette, it does not justify the price. I know people are hard to satisfy but still, not eating carbs or keeping a low carb breakfast was impossible.

We stayed for 4 nights at hotel jole and is one of the best places I stayed in Italy. The variety of cakes, pastries, juices, fruits, drinks they have for breakfast is outstanding, they also prepare scramble eggs if you request them. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The majority is young but very competent and helpful. They have a place where you can hire bikes for free. All hotel is super clean and with great sunlight. We will definitely go back to hotel jole. And it's very but very close to the beach.

EMBARRASSING to say the least.
They canceled my reservation made a long time ago, 1 day before my arrival.
Reservation made on booking with payment in the facility.
They refused my card which they would have used only to block the booking, and instead of contacting me to resolve the problem, THEY WERE THE RIGHT THINK OF CANCELING MY RESERVATION WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME.
I discovered it thanks to a booking notification.
Needless to say, I tried to contact them in every way, Obviously no response.
Disrespectful.
Furthermore, before they canceled my reservation I tried to write again and again for clarifications on the room, check-in info and never even a response, except for a message from them where they said to check in online through a link of theirs that they would have sent me because otherwise there would have been an additional cost.. Never heard of such a thing!

Great price/performance ratio.
Exactly what you can expect from a 3 star hotel, nothing more and nothing less.
Clean rooms, very friendly staff, delicious and varied food and good location near the beach.
We had no complaints at all and had a great time here.
I would definitely recommend the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel during the week of August. I had a good time. The room was single with a very large terrace. I found the cleaning of the rooms good and the towels changed every day. My positive vote goes to the boys and girls who served in the restaurant. Quick and friendly and always careful that everything went smoothly. If I can give advice I would focus on a buffet for starters and some aspects of the cuisine need improvement. In particular the fish main courses.

The hotel is basic, with ok amenities and good position. Breakfast is very basic too.
A price of €50 per night would be a fair fee.
We booked during an event weekend and the price was >120€ which is definitely not ok for this type of structure.

The situation at the Jole hotel is a bit surreal and reminds me of past experiences in catering.
Let's start from the structure, close to the beach, clean, certainly not modern, both as regards the structure itself and for the rooms that would require more maintenance.
Very abundant sweet breakfast, I would have preferred some more salty, maybe some local yoghurt and some fresh juice or juice than ready-made things, but overall good, with a good assortment of homemade desserts.
For the rest we see that the cook has a good hand and tries to bring out the best from what he has available in all the services (although the choice of dishes is very limited).
And here it would take very little to improve what already exists, perhaps renovating the main room and bringing it out of the 80s, or more simply embellishing the breakfast table with a better layout and with tags (which would also be mandatory). simple things that wouldn't take a lot of work but would immediately change the presentation altogether (and log on to those lights for heaven's sake).
What else is missing? Surely the experience and friendliness of the manager, certainly not at the level of the Romagna counterparts.
In the end, those who go to Romagna want hospitality, cordiality and good food, they certainly do not go there for the sea, and it is of little use to have a punctual, prepared and friendly handyman waiter who enlivens the meals a little and tries to make up for the missing experience of the other figures.
The Jole is therefore perfect for a short stay, but nothing more. With a few investments, however, the overall experience in the structure could be greatly improved, due to the lack of friendliness and sympathy, however, I see it more difficult.

I stayed in this hotel for a week, very nice and friendly staff. He does not miss anything, always very helpful.
The food was something truly surprising, with the choice of two first and two second courses and dessert / fruit and with the addition of the appetizer due to the lack of the buffet due to the covid emergency.
Very rich breakfast with homemade cakes.
Rooms always very tidy and clean, especially in this moment of emergency
The hotel is located 300 meters from the beach, therefore an excellent location and also has an agreement with Bagno Zara 23 (with excellent services for young and old, which is also very nice and with welcoming staff).
They also offer extra services such as excursions and massages, plus there is the possibility of free bike rental for 2 hours.
The hotel offers a room for children in the dining room.
You also have the option of bringing your four-legged friends.
Highly recommended for both young people, both for families and for couples and for the elderly.
Also equipped with an extensive bus network that allows you to reach neighboring countries.
