Stayed over for a week on the top floor 416 and the first floor unit 140 with large balcony and jacuzzi. It is hard to give 5 stars, because it was far from perfect, however it was also very nicely done.
Rooms were renovated, but because I am in construction industry. I kept noticing things that were done, cutting corners. Would this things bother others? Probably not..
Overall, we all enjoyed our time. One of the staff member was very rude and arrogant, couple of times we almost lost it - but we didn't want to ruin our time and other people's time over there.
Owners were always present and watching things over. Met with them and they were all the kindest and sweetest..

My wife and I stayed in Lungomare Hotel in Oct. this year. From our arrival we were made to feel very welcome.
The management and staff at: reception, in the restaurant, bar, spa, room service, at the pool and our cycle and tour guides were courteous and friendly.
The food and the services are excellent.
The hotel caters for both cycling and non- cycling guests with a full programme for both.
This not just a cycle friendly hotel it is a Cycling Hotel which also has a full programme for the non cyclist.
We highly recommend this hotel.

Run by familj owner, very friendly atmosphere, nice rooms, devoted to good at arranging anything related to cycling. Very good breakfasts and half pension.

Family run hotel devoted to good friendly service, and of course cycling. Breakfast, afternoon and dinner buffets were great with a large choice of foods.

recepcionist was rude and unpolite, female manager/owner white wird, there was some problems with toilet in the suite (they told me at the reception desk that it is my fault) but the place is very good. I recommend it for families and pairs or young travelers also. But look out for the toilet in Panorama suite. It was clogged from the beginning, every Day for about 4-5 days :/

Stayed for 2 nights, upgraded to the best room which was complete with sauna, jacuzzi and round bed! Very friendly staff, great food and brilliant location. Personal recommendation is you need to book at least a suite as the standard rooms are very dated and very standard. Will definitely be staying again

I felt not so good, they treated me and my friend as stupid ones because we asked some information. the service is so quick that makes you feel in a hurry, and that's not exactly what you're looking for in a vacation.

Standard room is very modest but clean.the mattress is comfortable.Shower very very humble ...Parking on site for 8 Euro per day..the staff is not very pleasant ...There is nearby free Parking which is concealed. ..But the pool is fun ,the animators will not let you get bored !
