One of the best (family) hotels we have ever stayed at. Incredibly child friendly without turning into a playground. Great service, nice restaurant, wonderful lounge area and comfortable room. The indoor climbing wall was a huge plus, as were the jacuzzi and sauna. We'd love to come back soon!

First of all... The service here is absolutely absolutely impeccable.... Thank you (we're still guests, don't stop!) Rooms are lovely but probably a little on the small side... Which is a little unexpected as they are about 2/3 minutes further up than champoluc.... But.. Frankly.. I love it.. Staff all, ALL, exceptional

Perfect stay and good atmosphere. I loved the climbing gym and the pools outside. I would suggest some improvements to the inside spa experience (i.e. door to the spa was open and we could hear noises from the lobby; waiting area was a bit chilly). I would suggest creating a small area for children to play, as lobby doesn't seem the right spot in my view. I also didn't particularly enjoy the dogs presence...

An incredible place in the forest and surrounded by high-mountains. Sport-chic atmosphere with very good service. Rooms are original and calm, SPA is awesome and food just great! A place to spend active vacations.

It was a fantastic vacation peaceful happy and enjoyable to ride in cable cars and fell the ambiance of the snow the village shows dramatic view.thumbs up.

Very good 3 star hotel with 5 star food.

Really nice and cozy hotel with its own restaurant for dinner. They have a fully vegan menu with 2/3 options each for starters, pastas, mains, and desserts. So nice and yummy! I got cauliflower nuggets, tofu lasagne and hazelnut brownie! The offering at breakfast was so good and I got a slice of a homemade apple cake and a warm croissant with jam! Awesome!

Had a great stay to enjoy the mountains. Excellent if you are travelling with kids. Some minor room adjustments would benefit a lot this place, otherwise friendly personnel, tasty dinners and always with a smile :)

We had a great time at this friendly, warm welcoming hotel about 5 km from Champoluc and Monterosa ski. The staff were great. The room clean. Great value for the money. They serve traditional breakfast and dinner. Nothing extraordinary but tasty enough. Extra star for great service, free ski storage at Champoluc, garage, pool, sauna and free bus to Champoluc just outside the hotel.

We spent week here just after Christmas. We had a family room. Room was big enough for us parents and to our 11 and 13 years boys. The boys enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna every evening. We spent 3 days just after Christmas. The place is really very nice...the rooms are brand new and very clean...and maybe for the first time they are EXACTLY like you can see in the photos on the official website. In the room there is a hairdryer, hand soap and soap for the shower (the latter really TOP), the induction plate, the dishes and the Nespresso machine with relative pods. Good breakfast ....

Lovely appartement with terrific views and easy access to slopes once you get up there. Very helpful staff. Just note that Maison Fosson is not connected to the ground floor restaurant Edelweiss in any way. The sister hotel in Champoluc Hotel Petit Tourmalin is the other side of the main car park.

Good and courteous. Carmelo, the guy who supported us throughout the stay, was really helpful and friendly. AS WELL as spontaneously accommodating. A 4-star refuge in a 5-star location for services, facilities and views.

We spent 4 nights in the residence. very clean and crockery, fridge and coffee machine available. strategic for skiing you are on the slopes but also practical to go to Champoluc. Enjoy your breakfast. Highly recommended. They also accept dogs.

A truly cosy and quality place to stay. On foot to the main lift: 5 mins, and return directly to the door from ski slopes.

Beautiful apartment, integrated cable car, in front of me, overlooking the mountain and the cable car, the price is suitable, and the cleanliness is good.

Perfect, new and fresh close to the restaurant and lifts. Stafal is the valley to stay in when visiting monterosa becouse you are in the middle of the two systems so you don't have to travel thru the ski systems. The beds are a little bit uncomfortable in the two person appointments. Recommended to purchase breakfast from the nordend hotel.

Hotel is a lovely mix of the modern and traditional - staff incredibly efficient and friendly. Breakfast selection always hearty and dinner a looked forward to feast after a day on the slopes. Clean apartments. The owner is nice and available. The breakfast is great. We have never had any problems with the dog. The apartments are small and spartan but functional and have everything you need. The cost is adequate.

We came here every day for breakfast on a work trip so we didn't stay in the rooms but we did sample the breakfast and dinner. We were a bit disappointed by the mediocre services in this hotel. The location is good and the rooms are nice, but there is no equipment (water kettle for instance is usually a standard in other hotels). The most dissatisfied we were with the restaurant. The food is tasteless and totally boring. They have a good bar for drinks and coffee thought.

A charming family hotel. The hotel is clean and has perfect spa/ relaxing zone. Fabrizio, his family and the staff in the restaurant are very nice and hospital. We visited the hotel together with friends and kids over Christmas.

With friends, I spending ski holiday in big group (14 people). This is a family run hotel, manage by the son (Fabrizio), his wife and his mother. I find it's excellent in almost every way; the food, the service, the spa & jacuzzi..! Fabrizio is a real tremendous help; his English is excellent, his knowledge and service is 5*, and he even will drive you all the way to other town to get the best English...

Unforgettable stay in Valle d'Aosta, Pietro and Milena and their staff are very caring! Advice for outings (on foot and motorbike) depending on the weather, delicious breakfast! The location, staff and the breakfasts were all excellent. The large private car park was much appreciated. We were able to take a pleasant walk along the river to the cable car and enjoy the walks on the mountain.

I stayed there 4 nights, all good starting from the parking which is private and therefore there is no problem where to put the car then with the breakfast which was abundant and with a lot of choice then the bedrooms are welcoming and comfortable. Everything okay.

The grounds are beautiful and the building looks great as you drive up. The staff are very helpful as you check in but it is a slow process. My wife and I had a terriffic stay in Valtournenche that fulfilled all our expectations of a laid back yet stylish Italian skiing vacation. Hotel Grand Murailles was the perfect setting with immense charm, a great restaurant and an incredibly helpful staff. Great shoutout to Valentina and her colleagues.

I stayed at the property for two nights, three people in a quadruple room with two rooms. The problem is that the environment seemed particularly cramped. Furthermore, there were some annoying noises that depended on some pipes passing into the room (they were covered by a wooden structure).
