The hotel was truly a surprise, VIP welcome, wonderful room with a splendid view of the mountains, excellent breakfast. We made use of the services such as yoga and golf lessons, which were very satisfying. Staff very kind. The very clean spa and the large swimming pool. A very pleasant weekend. To return absolutely.

This is the best spot in Val d’Ayas to ski, sleep in a clean, nice, modern room and be cool. They should improve their restaurant, which is nothing more than ok.

Stayed here over my birthday, such a beautiful & warm hotel with incredibly accommodating staff. Chefs even surprised me with my own cake 😁

Brilliant , would certainly recommend this hotel. Excellent staff, they went the extra mile to be friendly kind and very professional all at the same time. The food was superb. Sad to leave.

The village is located in a simply stunning location. My kids (and we adults) enjoyed the snow cat rides. The chalets/rooms are designed/renovated at the highest standard. We loved the spa after a day of skiing on the slopes around Champoluc. It takes sometime to get to the ski area but that's not a news if you had a look at the map in advance. beautiful place!! good, sometimes excellent food, but prices are way too high! 10 EUR for a Pasta bianca (only boiled!) it's outrageous!!

Beautiful location, every detail of the renovation has been carefully thought out. Lots of walking paths from Mascognaz, with the added bonus of being able to easily reach great views as you're already part way up the mountain! The staff are all very friendly and considerate, couldn't recommend it enough for a lunch or afternoon tea stop off.

Visited March 2019. Lovely hotel, great accommodation, location and value for money. Would have been a five star review but... - read the website carefully; the spa isn't actually at the hotel its 20mins away. - the waiting staff at breakfast/dinner need to be more attentive (hotel staff otherwise were really great), - the chef garnished every plate of food with strawberry sauce. Didn't ruin the otherwise...

Excellent dinner. The host prepared for us a vegetarian version of the menu on request. The building is very well restored and has its unique character. The location is beautiful, quiet and conveniently situated for hiking trips.

Stop of the Alta Via n. 1 in August 2022. Excellent structure to relax, they have a small library with interesting books, including some on the Walser, a population we did not know. Very nice structure, a restored rascard, welcoming and warm, of all wood. Welcoming staff too.

We stopped after the mascognaz path, from there you can choose the crest direction to go down. It is located just below the crest and is lovely! Fast service, very nice staff. We took some really good desserts of their production.

One of the best places I have ever had the pleasure to stay. Beautiful views out over the alps and some incredible history in the building itself. The service is fantastic, Francesca makes the stay extremely easy and helped us out with a few transport issues that we had. This is such a gem of a place that I am reluctant to tell anyone how amazing Francesca and her team are. If I tell everyone how friendly and welcoming it is here, you will all want to visit.

Traditional alpine hotel with a welcoming feel and our room was of a high standard and very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful, especially when our hire car broke down. Food was excellent, wine recommendations even better and a comfortable bar area was a bonus. Ski lift is a reasonably short walk although the hotel has a free bus service if you want it.

Family run great value 3*+ hotel. Half board breakfast and dinner is fabulous. A very warm welcome is guaranteed.

Group of 28 adults and kids. Wonderful value for money. Big clean rooms. Food amazing. Hosts were wonderful and incredibly accommodating. Staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the hotel for families with kids.

Good location. Reasonable size rooms. Set menu for dinner is good with buffet starter and choice of 3 dishes for each of next 3 courses. A great and extensive local wine list at good value prices. Friendly service.

What a great place! Perfectly located just off the main square in Champoluc with easy access to the whole village and only a short walk to the ski lifts. Brilliant service - friendly yet professional; lovely peaceful atmosphere. Herman the owner runs it all with a great eye for detail and guest comfort; one day, when the lifts higher up the hill were closed, he offered to take us to Estoul - 10 miles...

This hotel is very curated. Rooms are very small, but you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. This hotel is near at the ski slopes and at the ski rent. I like all of this hotel.

A modern boutique hotel with spacious duplex rooms (including two separate bathrooms) and an incredible view on the mountain. Very attentive staff and surprisingly very kid-friendly.

One of the best (family) hotels we have ever stayed at. Incredibly child friendly without turning into a playground. Great service, nice restaurant, wonderful lounge area and comfortable room. The indoor climbing wall was a huge plus, as were the jacuzzi and sauna. We'd love to come back soon!

First of all... The service here is absolutely absolutely impeccable.... Thank you (we're still guests, don't stop!) Rooms are lovely but probably a little on the small side... Which is a little unexpected as they are about 2/3 minutes further up than champoluc.... But.. Frankly.. I love it.. Staff all, ALL, exceptional

Perfect stay and good atmosphere. I loved the climbing gym and the pools outside. I would suggest some improvements to the inside spa experience (i.e. door to the spa was open and we could hear noises from the lobby; waiting area was a bit chilly). I would suggest creating a small area for children to play, as lobby doesn't seem the right spot in my view. I also didn't particularly enjoy the dogs presence...

An incredible place in the forest and surrounded by high-mountains. Sport-chic atmosphere with very good service. Rooms are original and calm, SPA is awesome and food just great! A place to spend active vacations.

We stayed here as a family and loved it! It is located very close to the ski lift and the baby snow park, just couple of minutes. The room we stayed (a double room) was small but very well equipped for 3 of us. The room decorated very nice for a mountain hotel and it is spotless clean. Indeed, our room was cleaned, refreshed with necessary stuff everyday. The people were very helpful, kind and nice...

Really nice and cozy hotel with its own restaurant for dinner. They have a fully vegan menu with 2/3 options each for starters, pastas, mains, and desserts. So nice and yummy! I got cauliflower nuggets, tofu lasagne and hazelnut brownie! The offering at breakfast was so good and I got a slice of a homemade apple cake and a warm croissant with jam! Awesome!

Had a great stay to enjoy the mountains. Excellent if you are travelling with kids. Some minor room adjustments would benefit a lot this place, otherwise friendly personnel, tasty dinners and always with a smile :)

We had a great time at this friendly, warm welcoming hotel about 5 km from Champoluc and Monterosa ski. The staff were great. The room clean. Great value for the money. They serve traditional breakfast and dinner. Nothing extraordinary but tasty enough. Extra star for great service, free ski storage at Champoluc, garage, pool, sauna and free bus to Champoluc just outside the hotel.

We spent week here just after Christmas. We had a family room. Room was big enough for us parents and to our 11 and 13 years boys. The boys enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna every evening. Sauna was rather small but my standards come from the country with million saunas. Breakfast was buffet type with plenty of options. Also eggs and bacon was served when asked. We are staying in the mini-suite. Very nice and well maintained, complete with kitchen, fridge and microwave. Fantastic staff, kind and very helpful on advising us where to go. Excellent breakfast and dinner. For now, everything is going really well. Located a few steps from the center, but remains quiet. My children are thrilled with it. To try without less.

We spent a week in early September. The management is familiar, everyone was kind and helpful. The structure is made of wood so the floor creaks a lot but it can be a pleasant thing because you feel right in the classic mountain cabin. The garden is very nice and there is a grove immediately attached to the garden. To improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality and variety of the kitchen.

Extremely clean and well-kept hotel, very rich breakfast, very kind and helpful staff, we were helpful in booking at the nearby Monterosa thermal spas and providing us with a decent discount. Spacious room all in wood, well heated. Very close to the ski slopes and well positioned with respect to the catering facilities in the village of Champoluc. Back!

Delightful place, very welcoming. How to feel at home, friendly and professional management. In the center of the village, quiet and peaceful. Spacious rooms with ineffable cleanliness. The breakfast is excellent, with quality local products and wonderful homemade cakes. The owners are always available also for valuable information on paths and routes. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in typical alp style design/interieor. Classic Italien breakfast such as cakes and white bread and good coffee. Service minded host. Great value for money stay. Only issue is that there are only 3 restaurants in the town and they are very crowded, so remember to book tables in advance.

Owner is a great host. Helped with everything to but ski pass suggested when and how to travel, when to eat and make other things. Highly recommend to visit. Very caring and pleasant staff. Views of the mountains are breathtaking.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. It was very clean, the breakfast was great and the owner is very professionell. We felt also very safe regarding Covid-19 regulations. The location is good as well, I would recommend it. The prices are also moderate.

If you are using google map then you are lost. It took us 30 minutes to find the place. Lucky my wife managed to call the hotel & got the directions. Amazing place to live & reception guy very helpful & friendly. Served us delicious breakfast. Only downside was the resident/guest who was living next to our room was indulged in smoking all night and we did not miss single bit of it.

It still has the charm or a traditional Albergo with the downstairs area still having the charm of its origins in 1930. However our room on the new 4th floor had comfortable bed and a fantastic walk in rain shower which provided the necessary simple modern comforts.
