Everything was amazing just a little minus point for the construction work that was not mentioned anywhere when we booked the hotel and it was a bit of a shock when we arrived. Apart from that the hotel is amazing and service was good

This hotel and it's staff are absolutely outstanding. My husband and our two children enjoyed 5 nights here in two mountain suites in February. The breakfast is exceptional, we never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a transfer to/from the hotel and this service was also available in the evening to local restaurants. I have a knee injury so was unable to ski. I was not staying at Aethos, but the exceptional reception team, especially Ricardo and Alessia and Ambre were so helpful in providing a swimming package for me for 2 weeks. The 25m pool is immaculate and I was lucky enough to have it to myself each day. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a lovely experience. Thank you Aethos Monterosa.

3.5 stars is right for this resto. I feel sad for some of their staff. There're some great ones in the dining server like Ana and the 2 ladies that came to my room to bring cups and teaspoon + electric kettle and a coffee machine as nothing were in the room (which we've to asked). Not even a rubbish bin in the room. The hair conditioner pump also didn't work. Room is very dark and there is a table...

it is a cosy widespead hotel in the locality of Mascognaz. The place is beautiful and really characteristic, The staff is very nice and attentive and the food was really good (we had two dinners there). Mascognaz was brilliant, Chiara and Stephanie were an absolute credit to the hotel, really going above and beyond, with a smile. The staff here were excellent, helpful and friendly with great communication skills. The cocktails were skilfully served and the spa manager was exceptionally helpful. I loved the sauna and the view from the swimming pool. This place is surrounded by epic nature and while the weather was very changeable we were warm and comfortable inside.

We stayed as a family of 3 at this hotel between Christmas and New Year and were extremely impressed. The food was incredible. We were on a half board stay. Breakfast is called “a gastronomic offering” and simply could not be improved. It was vast and meant we really didn’t need lunch on the mountain. Amazing hotel with great staff who went out of their way to help us and make our stay seamless multiple times. Breakfast (which was included) was fantastic, and so were the outdoor and indoor hot tubs.

Visited March 2019. Lovely hotel, great accommodation, location and value for money. Would have been a five star review but... - read the website carefully; the spa isn't actually at the hotel its 20mins away. - the waiting staff at breakfast/dinner need to be more attentive (hotel staff otherwise were really great), - the chef garnished every plate of food with strawberry sauce. Didn't ruin the otherwise...

Fabulous hotel ! This hotel is perfect for a stay in Champoluc.A beautiful place in the centre of town very close to the lifts. The staff are really friendly and helpful providing lovely food at reasonable prices. The rooms are recently renovated and spotlessly clean with amazing showers.

Very nice hotel Very nice hotel. Positive: Great room, nice bar, service minded staff and very good breakfast. The restaurant is ok, we would give it 3 out of 5. 7-8 minutes walking to the ski lift but the hotel offers a shuttle service in the morning.

We stayed in this hotel for the Epiphany weekend and we found ourselves very well, the mountain-style hotel with very clean and characteristic rooms in wood, delicious food, very kind staff and very attentive to every need (special thanks to Ms. Rossana).....in my opinion it deserves an extra star.

Traditional alpine hotel with a welcoming feel and our room was of a high standard and very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful, especially when our hire car broke down. Food was excellent, wine recommendations even better and a comfortable bar area was a bonus. Ski lift is a reasonably short walk although the hotel has a free bus service if you want it.

Very good value for money for a family weekend. Breakfast is ok. Some rooms are nicely refurbished and some are a bit old. Very clean and very helpful staff, at the reception and restaurant. Also very helpful and flexible upon booking via email.

We drove our electric car from Gloucestershire in the UK to go snowboarding. Just had a week staying with Esprit at the hotel champoluc. The staff at the hotel and the esprit staff looking after the kids were all amazing. They were very caring. Staff brilliant. Rep friendly and so approachable. Food passable the location is fantastic...but what lets it down is the fact that the hotel needs a complete refurbish. The carpets are stained and worn and the decor needs updating. If these small things were addressed, it would be perfect. If you revamped the bar area you would also attract passing trade as the location is so good.

A hotel with piste side position So you would expect to have the best hotel in town. Staff do an excellent job but you can't make a silk purse from a pig's ear! Room Decor is 1970's and a shower hose attached to bath taps is something I would expect in a cheap B &B and not in a hotel in 2018! Meals are buffet and 1 evening a week you eat out. From December 2018 that will be 2 nights a week...

This hotel is very curated. Rooms are very small, but you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. This hotel is near at the ski slopes and at the ski rent. I like all of this hotel.

Brilliant hotel and lovely staff. As a vegan most places would struggle to cope with my diet, but the team working here went out of their way to provide me with delicious meals every night of my stay. I could not have been more impressed.

Really nice and cozy hotel with its own restaurant for dinner. They have a fully vegan menu with 2/3 options each for starters, pastas, mains, and desserts. So nice and yummy! I got cauliflower nuggets, tofu lasagne and hazelnut brownie! The offering at breakfast was so good and I got a slice of a homemade apple cake and a warm croissant with jam! Awesome!

My husband and I stayed 5 days in this hotel to spend a few days in the snow. It is one of the very few hotels that offers half board in the Valley. If we think about how tourism works in other regions, it makes us a little sad. But they not only offer half board (and the food is good), but they also have an internal garage and an indoor swimming pool, which can also be used by children. Had a great stay to enjoy the mountains. Excellent if you are travelling with kids. Some minor room adjustments would benefit a lot this place, otherwise friendly personnel, tasty dinners and always with a smile :)

We had a great time at this friendly, warm welcoming hotel about 5 km from Champoluc and Monterosa ski. The staff were great. The room clean. Great value for the money. They serve traditional breakfast and dinner. Nothing extraordinary but tasty enough. Extra star for great service, free ski storage at Champoluc, garage, pool, sauna and free bus to Champoluc just outside the hotel.

We had a great time, great price considering the Easter period, quiet and silent place, splendid view of the mountains, very welcoming and helpful people considering that I have to use the wheelchair to move; we took advantage of a spacious studio apartment complete with every comfort.

We had the best time at our family apartment—it was spotless and so cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes! The location couldn’t have been better; the shuttle whisked us from the resort to the ski lift in less than 10 minutes—super convenient. The resort’s café was a total gem, serving up amazing coffee and the tastiest focaccia sandwiches. Plus, there were tons of great restaurants...

We are staying in the mini-suite. Very nice and well maintained, complete with kitchen, fridge and microwave. Fantastic staff, kind and very helpful on advising us where to go. Excellent breakfast and dinner. For now, everything is going really well. Located a few steps from the center, but remains quiet. My children are thrilled with it. To try without less.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in typical alp style design/interieor. Classic Italien breakfast such as cakes and white bread and good coffee. Service minded host. Great value for money stay. Only issue is that there are only 3 restaurants in the town and they are very crowded, so remember to book tables in advance.

Excellent residence upon arrival of the eggs, comfortable and spacious, clean apartments. It offers a large breakfast buffet. Beautiful view of the Ayas valley and Champoluc and as many slopes! Recommended!

We spent 3 days just after Christmas. The place is really very nice...the rooms are brand new and very clean...and maybe for the first time they are EXACTLY like you can see in the photos on the official website. In the room there is a hairdryer, hand soap and soap for the shower (the latter really TOP), the induction plate, the dishes and the Nespresso machine with relative pods. Good breakfast ....

Lovely appartement with terrific views and easy access to slopes once you get up there. Very helpful staff. Just note that Maison Fosson is not connected to the ground floor restaurant Edelweiss in any way. The sister hotel in Champoluc Hotel Petit Tourmalin is the other side of the main car park.

We spent a week in early September. The management is familiar, everyone was kind and helpful. The structure is made of wood so the floor creaks a lot but it can be a pleasant thing because you feel right in the classic mountain cabin. The garden is very nice and there is a grove immediately attached to the garden. To improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality and variety of the kitchen.

Extremely clean and well-kept hotel, very rich breakfast, very kind and helpful staff, we were helpful in booking at the nearby Monterosa thermal spas and providing us with a decent discount. Spacious room all in wood, well heated. Very close to the ski slopes and well positioned with respect to the catering facilities in the village of Champoluc. Back!
