We came here every day for breakfast on a work trip so we didn't stay in the rooms but we did sample the breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is delightful, loads of different types of honey & a fresh fruit juicer 😍 perfect way to start the day. The area is gorgeous & close to via Ferrata, hikes, chair lifts etc.... Cleanliness was faultless. Welcome was warm. Food was varied and very good one of the best venison meals that I’ve ever had. Sauna/spa area modern and relaxing. Well placed for ski bus as well as the hotel shuttle to the nearest lift. Staff were hugely accommodating and cheerful.

My family has spent many wonderful holidays at Hotel Valverde since the late 80s! My parents took me and my wife there in the 90s, and we've returned there twice more with our 2 children. Hotel Valverde, the family that owns and runs it, and the staff, have given us memorable experiences, that have become a part of my family's shared memories. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can.

Building and room are a bit old but the breakfast and dinner buffets are fantastic.

Fun place to stay while skiing in Italy. I'm Canadian and it's not really like anything I would expect to see in Canada but it's comfortable, clean and has good staff. The food is good but not great.

Well run little hotel near slopes. Ski in but not out. Hotel has parking facilities, which is great during peak periods when parking is very scarce. Only has breakfast restaurant so other meals must be found in the area. Place is neat and clean only complaint is that sound travels easily from room to room.

Hi, I was in Gressoney-Saint-Jan from July 15th to July 18th. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Mattia is a great host. The breakfast was plentiful and the homemade cakes were very good. I would gladly return. The view looked out towards Monte Rosa.

I have already been to this hospitable facility in the past where I had a great time due to its courtesy, comfort and hospitality. To this I would like to add particular praise for the availability. Due to reasons of force majeure, I had to cancel the booking and the owners were extremely helpful and understanding to the max.... I hope with all my heart to be able to return soon. Anna Bettini

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful structure, clean and with attention to detail. The owner and the staff were very kind and very available to give advice. A plus is the small spa reserved by reservation. I highly recommend it !!

We spent 3 days just after Christmas. The place is really very nice...the rooms are brand new and very clean...and maybe for the first time they are EXACTLY like you can see in the photos on the official website. In the room there is a hairdryer, hand soap and soap for the shower (the latter really TOP), the induction plate, the dishes and the Nespresso machine with relative pods. Good breakfast ....

Lovely appartement with terrific views and easy access to slopes once you get up there. Very helpful staff. Just note that Maison Fosson is not connected to the ground floor restaurant Edelweiss in any way. The sister hotel in Champoluc Hotel Petit Tourmalin is the other side of the main car park.

We spent 4 nights in the residence. very clean and crockery, fridge and coffee machine available. strategic for skiing you are on the slopes but also practical to go to Champoluc. Enjoy your breakfast. Highly recommended. They also accept dogs.

We often come here .. warm welcoming place and very kind staff. Also suitable for children with the classic giant (and soft) Milanese dish and fries and equipped with high chairs. The focaccia served at the table is delicious. The polenta concia from the Aosta Valley is valid (even if that of Oropa remains unattainable).

We had a great family week here. All was good breakfast, dinner, service spa, room and social areas. Highly recommended!

Spacious room, very comfortable beds and faultless daily cleaning. The service is half board, all very good, the portions are very generous and the choice is wide. We are a family with small children and we had a great time. The only flaw is a little bit the location, I didn't understand the real distance from the center (with children it takes no less than 20/30 minutes on foot).

Very comfortable mattresses (nrmory fosm), which are absolutely not obvious. Varied cuisine with an extensive menu. An appreciable breakfast with a touch of authenticity every morning. I advise!

I have a knee injury so was unable to ski. I was not staying at Aethos, but the exceptional reception team, especially Ricardo and Alessia and Ambre were so helpful in providing a swimming package for me for 2 weeks. The 25m pool is immaculate and I was lucky enough to have it to myself each day. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a lovely experience. Thank you Aethos Monterosa.

Staff brilliant. Rep friendly and so approachable. Food passable the location is fantastic...but what lets it down is the fact that the hotel needs a complete refurbish. The carpets are stained and worn and the decor needs updating. If these small things were addressed, it would be perfect. If you revamped the bar area you would also attract passing trade as the location is so good.

A hotel with piste side position So you would expect to have the best hotel in town. Staff do an excellent job but you can't make a silk purse from a pig's ear! Room Decor is 1970's and a shower hose attached to bath taps is something I would expect in a cheap B &B and not in a hotel in 2018! Meals are buffet and 1 evening a week you eat out. The staff here were excellent, helpful and friendly with great communication skills. The cocktails were skilfully served and the spa manager was exceptionally helpful. We spent a week in early September. The management is familiar, everyone was kind and helpful. The structure is made of wood so the floor creaks a lot but it can be a pleasant thing because you feel right in the classic mountain cabin. The garden is very nice and there is a grove immediately attached to the garden. To improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality and variety of the kitchen.

Extremely clean and well-kept hotel, very rich breakfast, very kind and helpful staff, we were helpful in booking at the nearby Monterosa thermal spas and providing us with a decent discount. Spacious room all in wood, well heated. Very close to the ski slopes and well positioned with respect to the catering facilities in the village of Champoluc. Back!

Excellent food great staff, however the hotel will be changing management within the next year, with the current proprietor building a new, larger hotel in central Champoluc.

It was a fantastic vacation peaceful happy and enjoyable to ride in cable cars and fell the ambiance of the snow the village shows dramatic view.thumbs up.

Very pleasant old style hotel with all modern comforts and and excellent staff. Rooms are small but very cozy, with complimentary tea/coffee and very comfortable bed and pillows. We stayed here for a ski vacation. In addition to the convenience and comfort, the hotel has beautiful interior design and many artistic elements. The food and cocktails were delicious. Highly recommended!!

What an excellent hotel. The staff and owners are just fantastic. You couldn’t have a more welcoming, friendly bunch! The food is excellent and many restaurants to choose from. They have bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. We will definitely come back!

Amazing hotel with great staff who went out of their way to help us and make our stay seamless multiple times. Breakfast (which was included) was fantastic, and so were the outdoor and indoor hot tubs.
