I am staying in this hotel with a group of 36 people. We are all very pleased with this hotel. First of all the rooms are spotlessly clean. Second is we received the warmest welcome in Italy. Third is they have a very nice garden area and they offer fantastic wine.
The furniture is old style but we like it this way. It feels real Italy to all of us.
We recommend it and we will definately use it again for our company’s trip to Italy.

I would like to share my experience with the the hotel. The check in process was very smooth. The staff was excellent. Their hospitality was fantastic
They went out of the way to make your feel at home. Extremely attentive to your needs. I had a group of 50 people.
Looking forward to staying here again. What the people enjoyed most was the live music

First of all rooms are too old in terrible condition. This property don't have any kind of charm. All 5 and 4 stars reviews are fake. It's not a hotel any more. If you want to feels how haunted property is how it feels when we are there.. then stay in this property . Ghost house it is. Never stay in this type of goshty property.

COCKROACHES!
Poor choice of food - dry pastries, tasteless omelettes with eggshells in it etc.
Rooms are small, towels were on the floor when we moved in, everything seemed unwashed and old. There were a conditioner but no remote for it, no refrigerator or safe. The wifi works for 5 minutes a day in random places

I spent 2 nights in this hotel. The room was pretty clean. However, if u come for breakfest 30 min late, there won't be any coffee and milk left. Can't you really make sure all your guests have their morning coffee??? This is unacceptable and shameful.

Stayed there on a newmarket coach holiday. Everybody loved the hotel.
For me the food was great, but the combination of food was a little strange (carrots with your omelette etc). not everybody liked the food, but i found it all great.
Would stay there again.

I was here for New Year 's Day with my wife and my two daughters. It was really a pleasant day. The Owners excellent Landlord.

Disaster. Walls in the room are dirty. Blankets havent been washed for years. Breakfast you will not get more then twoo pieces of salami or one croisante (you will get it on the table and you will not get more!). Service is terrible...they would rather you are not there...if you ask them anything in english, they dont care and just reply in italian. This is an excellent example how not tu run hotel's businness. Instead of hospitality they have probably mixed the word with hostility! I have been all around the world and even in italy have not experienced anything like that!

I stayed in Alexander Palme on 11th May 2019. It is a great hotel at reasonable price. spacious rooms, lobby, they help you take your luggage, . it is located in idyllic place. located near Rome city.
