We stayed one night in this family and welcoming hotel, the weather was not on our side despite this the room was clean and comfortable, we did not have breakfast but they suggested a very good pastry shop with home-made products, the hotel also hosts animals, if I pass through Chianciano again I will return!!

I arrived and there was no doorman inside, I called and they immediately told me which key to take. Manager Mr Gino very practical, welcoming and warm room, low price. In the future if I need to I will gladly return

A delusion !!!! Without functioning heating without soundproofing of the rooms we could hear everything from the other rooms Without reception the welcome was a note with my name and room number written Without information I don't know if there was a car park if I could use it or not In short instead of calling it Perugia call it a hotel WITHOUT

Budget hotel. Low quality. Uphill location, drive there first. The entrance doesn't smell good. The walls ruined, left in a state of abandonment. I think it is one of the cheapest in the area, with few and minimal bathroom accessories

We only stayed for one night as we were passing through on a tour. The hotel did not have its name on the outside and was therefore not easily identifiable. At check in, at eight o'clock, no one was present but there were 4 tickets showing the names of the customers with the relevant room keys. Overall the room was tidy and clean, excellent bed and pillows, adequate towels. Very poor, ruined and old sanitary ware, shower and sink. Our choice of this hotel was dictated by the urgency of finding a room in a short time.
