We had a good 1-night stopover at La Gustea Hotel on our way from Sicily to Milan. A smaller family hotel, a pleasant owner, luxurious rooms and a gorgeous modern bathroom, the hotel is equipped with an elevator. The reason I only give 4 stars and not 5 is that I would have liked a functional wifi connection in the room in a 4 star hotel, the internet looked like it was and the speed was comparable to the 90s with a 50kb modem connection, 2 key cards should be given for the family...

The venue is very nice and cozy. The tower-like shape of the building in the middle of a silent countryside makes it pretty enchanting and peaceful place to spend a lovely weekend.

Good location for visiting Tuscany. There are many cozy villages with charm around, hot springs, forts, picturesque fields (where the film Gladiator was filmed). We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at La Torre ai Mari. The B&B is situated close to to Sarteano, up in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. We came to Le Buche for one of their wine tours, error on my end with miscommunication and the time we were late for our tour. I message Lucia and she was more than accommodating, she said she could give us a faster version of the tour that way we could still do the tasting. On the edge of a real Tuscan village with few tourists, you really can't beat location. Our 8th visit and it remains a favourite place of the family. Pools are fantastic with no chemicals in the water, park large and well equipped for laundry etc. There used to be a restaurant on site but it has closed but there are many within 5-10 minute walks. Stayed at this site three times before via camping companies. The mobile home was probably the best equipped in over 35 years experience. Well managed space with different pools and an amazing park where you can relax. Most of all is really clean and well maintained. Water make your skin softer, I don't know if it is thermal but I felt like this nice effect. I would surely recommend

Nice camp ground. We have been there for two nights with our tent. They have a lot camping spots there and also a nice grass area where one may camp. In September there weren’t many people so we had free choice for our spot. They have three pools but when we were there only one was open. The pool area looked a little outdated and might need some renovation. All other facilities are in really good shape...

Excellent camping place. Areas are spacious and there's lots of green decoration. Toilets and showers are very good, no coins needed. Three swimming pools offer sufficient options. Big playground areas, and a nice historic village within 5 minutes walking distance. Restaurant has big menu and decent prices. The surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling.

Conveniently located just autostrada exit, we arrived late in the evening with no problem. Staffs spoke a bit of English. Room was old, beds weren’t so comfortable, bathroom was clean but in dire need of a renovation. At least the air conditioning worked well. There were no elevator, so we had to carry our luggages to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was a bit better than typical mediocre Italian breakfast...

Young guys who work hard, kind and polite. Dated structure, but with every comfort. We all have dinner together at 8 pm, simple foods, BASIC menus, but they try to please in case of small variations requested.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and we were pampered in all respects, the rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully furnished, the swimming pool is large and has both internal and external access with bar service, the spa part is interesting, very rich breakfast, In short, good good good, I highly recommend

This is great hotel, very nice staff and O.K food, although too much of it. 3 courses would have been better than 5! The only real problem was that the doors were very noisy and there are no carpets. We were therefore woken up at various intervals by people coming and going.

This hotel in Chinciano Terme is a good hotel with great views of the Tuscan landscapes and the old town. Roof top pool area has great views.

The owners are two wonderful people. The room was panoramic even though we didn't have a specific reservation. I would definitely go back for the gorgeous view on the balcony. The cleaning of the room is good and there is also the restaurant service.

It looks like an unpretentious hotel, and it really is. For a conference I stayed in the structure. The room was clean but shabby; there were patches on the walls, the shower head not working perfectly, and little things like that. For the meals I must say that everything was excellent, too bad for the inadequate portions. The staff were courteous and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights booking with smart box. First of all they gave us availability almost immediately unlike other hotels in the area, the welcome and kindness of the owners is unique ... Was there for couple nights in February. It was not the original hotel I booked. The original hotel was closed for the season when I arrived and they left a sign written in italian that said all reservations were transferred to the Massarelli. Nice people at the desk. Only one person there spoke italian and we didn't see him after arrival. We managed to communicate alright with the other couple gentleman...
