Lovely location, just 10 minutes to the busy Polignano a Mare. Attentive, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

I thought the hotel was great. Located 10 minutes on foot from a very nice town and has good parking facilities. The rooms are very large with great finishes and the beds super comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately we could not use the spa as there was a reservation system due to covid and it was very popular.

Friendly personnel , nice place ,great rooms and fine beds ,but the food at the restaurant is a nightmare plus they pay no attention to do not disturb sign you leave on the door knob. Have nt tried the spa but the pool could be fun i guess, if the weather allows you to use it,could go back i really have to...

Lift wasn’t working, breakfast was basic. A bit disorganised.

Perfect hotel, proper breakfast, very clean. Staff is very friendly. Free parking. The only minus - they lost my sons passport....said that we have never given it to them, though we gave ... The passport was found by them in about 20 min. But it was a huge stress for us. It was time of our check out. We got no appologies. Dont leave your documents at the reception during your stay.

My dad stayed here during my sister's wedding and we recently stayed here again while visiting her. It honestly felt like a 5-star hotel. The rooms were incredible, the amenities were great, and the hotel breakfast/bar/cafe were out of this world (and we'd been in Italy for a week at this point). Would stay her again in a heartbeat.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. They spoke English well, which made up for our lack of Italian. Our receptionist on the last day went out of his way to help us to get the airport and we really appreciated the extra effort.

The kindness of the owner is remarkable, the rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast average. The structure is good, it seems to me recently built, the balconies are very large and in the evening you can enjoy the cool sitting in the armchairs. Unfortunately the location doesn't offer a good view, but if you're not picky, it's just details. Well done, this will be my regular stop when I'm in the area

i adore this property, located in the heart of the old town but still close enough for parking, it is seeped in history. I’ve stayed here twice now and both rooms I stayed in were lovely. but it is the owner is who makes it so special.

Small but clean and cozy room, well furnished. Central position. Breakfast with little choice. The historic building is characteristic, but having to leave the room key on the reception desk every time you leave the structure has created a bit of discomfort. Helpful but somewhat rude staff. Good price for the central location.

Amazing stay! We booked it very last minute and the hosts were VERY kind checking us in quickly (even though they left already). They were also helpful with answering our questions about beaches, & surprised us with some sweets when we had a bit of an issue with the wifi (which was fixed quickly). Great place in the center of Conversano the room was perfect and clean good the bathroom kind and helpful owners yes you can park your motorbike inside the structure. The idea of ​​the breakfast ticket to be done in a bar next to the structure is excellent in the room there is a fridge.

Lovely place, but not valued by whoever runs it

Very short stay but remarkable experience. The structure does not offer rooms but real environments for exclusive use. Bathroom with jacuzzi, large bedroom and relaxation area with TV and armchairs. Semi peripheral area but well served. Absolutely recommended for stays in the city of Conversano.

The attribution of stars, as a yardstick for a structure, in this case, the above, may not make us understand "the best" of the potential offered. Finished in detail, careful in the search for "small details", which make an "excellent" service complete. Cozy in large spaces, superb in comfort. It is simplistic to define Spartano as only a bed & breakfast. Beautiful, comfortable and clean bedrooms, abundant breakfast, huge common areas, all framed in an ethno-chic atmosphere. It was a pleasure to chat with the hosts. For the breakfast we also had freshly baked home made pastry and cherries just picked in the orchard (real 'chilometro zero').

We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful property surrounded by the beautiful Apulian countryside. The room was large and clean. The owners proved to be very welcoming, friendly and willing to give us advice on places to visit. Clean and well furnished facility. The outdoor spaces are very large and particularly well-kept.
