The stay was great! The food was awesome and the staff at the restaurant was very welcoming. The pasta lady, the vitelo grill guy and even more the guy that have been in Rio were especially welcoming. The hotel is by the beach, there are beautiful fields with flowers nearby and the whole stay was peaceful.

Fantastic two week stay at this resort. Staff wonderful through all disciplines. All inclusive package was well worth the money. The food in the restaurant was first class and our meal at the Pugliese restaurant was even better if that were possible. Facilities good, accommodation good, pay extra for seaview & quiet & you may escape the excessive volume of the outdoor entertainment. Everything very clean & gardens tidy. Good for families with small children as plenty to do. Again the evening entertainment very very loud so may not be ideal for babies

Clean with great staff!! This is definitely the worst all inclusive we have been to for food..had better school dinners...flavourless! Prosecco, wine and beer where given in thimble size glasses unless you're a paying at the bar guest!! When you read at the hotel what you're all inclusive entitlements are....its really miserable!! Great place for a family holiday. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room was perfect for our family of five. Resort and room were clean and well maintained. We loved the food and kids loved the entertainment. Definitely recommend.

Room with pool view is nice, but upon arrival we found hairs in the shower. Breakfast is ok, but limited offering compared to the other 4-star places we visited in Puglia / Italy. Pool next to restaurant is ok, but most umbrella’s are broken down, and not enough beach towels available for the sun beds. No bar service at the pool, only once we had a (extremely friendly) waiter go around to take orders...

Lovely hotel, pool & staff very helpful. Menu system needs to change in order to improve hotel status - menu was more or less the same every day, also no green vegetables or salads available in the evenings. Our room was big but there was mold in the shower (quite a lot). There was no kettle, cups or plates in the room, we couldn't really eat or drink anything we bought in the city. Hotel breakfast was fine. The hotel is around 3km away from the city. Fine if you have a car, but walking was a bit tricky, as the sidewalk wasn't available everywhere. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall it was ok.

This is not a 5 star hotel at all it's a 10 star. Incredible experience. Rooms are amazing. Beds to die for. Very comfortable in all ways. The team working there are incredible especially marco in bar restaurant who is top qualitý And the pool is one of the best you will ever find anywhere on planet

WARNING. We went directly to this hotel without reservation they make us a price proposition for 2 nights for 500 € while on there own website the price was 300. We call this cheating !!! The place is nice. Pool very nice quality of the service medium.

Very pretty place with very good swimming pool size for all ages and swimming advancement - clean sourroundings and a lot of space and distance between other pool users. Lovely hotel. A little noisy as ubisi from the road, but everything brightens up the wonderful artificial sand beach and convenient location for trips by car in any direction

I lived here at this hotel for 5 months, in 1999, it was a lovely place, surrounded by beautiful towns & beaches

we have stayed here twice. once in a beautiful room with a terrace and once in our own apartment/suite. we love dany and vito so much! their breakfast service is very nice. they give awesome recommendations. the location is unbeatable!

I liked that the heat worked, the room was very clean, there was a supermarket near the location. On the last day we could leave our luggage at them. Downstairs they had a hall where I could leave the stroller.

Vito and Dany are very hospitable. The rooms are Quite nice and comfortable. 1 min from ocean and cliffs. 8min walk to the old Town and beach areas. Nicely placed between the quiet side of town and the tourist center.

Grotta Palazzese is simply a wonderful place. Food was delicious. The place itself so special and the people working there so nice! Awesome! So happy with my stay! Booked this resort for a excellent price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this hotel and I'm really happy I stayed at my favorite hotel for much less than what I usually pay. The restaurant has an amazing view and very good food. Be sure to take lots of pictures to share with your friends! The staff was happy to take pictures for us.

Nice resort a bit out of the way. Transit into Polignano is useful but the last return back needs to be later than 10.30. Not really 5 star accommodation but staff are helpful and breakfast is good. Should let guests in pool before 10am though.

We just ended a wonderful 3 night stay at Borgobianco. We stayed there with our 1 1/2 year old daughter and had the best time. The location, the staff, the service, the food, the pool, everything was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel! We had a great night at the borgo party with typical music and food.

We stayed at the Borgobianco as our second stop on our Puglia trip and it was a lovely hotel. The white stucco exterior is picturesque. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Amazing place to stay not too far from the town centre, the staff were excellent and always polite and very hospitable. There was a little confusion with breakfast in the morning but it was all sorted for the rest of the time I was there. I would 100% recommend staying here if your looking for a hotel in that area.

Apsolutely loved this hotel!! Very clean, very welcoming, staff even speaks English!! They truly know how to make you feel warm and welcome! The only thing I can say was a little tricky was parking, we went in to talk to them and they moved their van to accommodate us. I cannot say enough about the staff and this hotel. Upscale yet quaint. Incredibly beautiful location on the cliffs over the Adriatic. Staff will accommodate most requests. Rooms are simple but comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, nice front desk staff. Walkable to everything. They have 1-2 covered parking spots for 25 euro/night.

Look it's great for a short stay, my back kills from the bad and thin mattress, what hotels fail to realise is that you sleep on it from 5-8 hours, if that's not comfortable then what's the point, staff were amazing though. And you can use Miami beach club pool.

Fantastic place and location. Awesome host, Ada is always willing to help and assist. The place is gorgeous and super clean. Breakfast is awesome with Ada's homemade jam and fresh ricotta. Rooms are comfy and very well appointed as well as the baths, all designed to the detail. Some rooms have charming balconies overlooking the sea. This place is a must, you will feel at home.

A beautiful B&B in the heart of historic centre of Polignano a mare. Rooms are clean and stylish. Make sure you try and get the one with the balcony and the sea view. If not there is an amazing terrace at the top with even better views overlooking the famous cliffs. Ada is a wonderful host, probably the best customer service we have ever had!
