Beatiful room Very nice place perfectly situated close to the old part of the town and the beaches. Our room was big and very beautifully decorated. Our host sent us the best recommendations for good restaurants.

Great location even if isolated. Beautiful building in medieval style with gorgeous gardens and large swimming pool. The room was small but comfortable. You need to be traveling by car to stay here.

We celebrated our wedding in this splendid structure surrounded by greenery. Impeccable service and top quality food. Francesco, the manager, was always kind and helpful with us and so were the waiters. Our guests were thrilled. We also made use of the rooms (furnished with great elegance) and the swimming pool. We had a great time. I would revisit this place a hundred more times. Highly recommended

An enchanting place, positioned at a strategic crossroads from where you can reach all the characteristic places of Puglia, from Polignano a Mare where you can admire a crystal clear sea in Ostuni the characteristic "white city". It is very close to Monopoli, a maritime city full of life. The managers, Olimpia and Sossio, are fantastic guests. Highly recommended.

Availability, cleanliness, atmosphere and the possibility of excursions reachable in a few tens of minutes among the most beautiful places in its surroundings such as; Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Castellana caves, Monopoli, Alberobello, Ostuni.

B&B with a particular decor. The owner, Olimpia, very kind and helpful, prepares hearty breakfasts with homemade cakes. Excellent value for money. I recommend staying in this structure also for its proximity to Polignano, but with the right tranquility to promote a good rest.

It is a lovely hotel, nestled in a beautiful estate. Great service and excellent staff. The rooms are well furnished, bright and have every comfort with a view. Very pretty hotel with good facilities

Breath of fresh air From the moment I walked in I was transformed to a peaceful, beautiful white haven. The staff takes care of your every need. I felt so pampered from my wonderful shower in my room to the spa with sauna and steam and the bartenders serving us wherever we were.

Amazing place to stay not too far from the town centre, the staff were excellent and always polite and very hospitable. There was a little confusion with breakfast in the morning but it was all sorted for the rest of the time I was there. I would 100% recommend staying here if your looking for a hotel in that area.

Lovely hotel. A little noisy as ubisi from the road, but everything brightens up the wonderful artificial sand beach and convenient location for trips by car in any direction

Room with pool view is nice, but upon arrival we found hairs in the shower. Breakfast is ok, but limited offering compared to the other 4-star places we visited in Puglia / Italy. Pool next to restaurant is ok, but most umbrella’s are broken down, and not enough beach towels available for the sun beds. No bar service at the pool, only once we had a (extremely friendly) waiter go around to take orders...

Our room was big but there was mold in the shower (quite a lot). There was no kettle, cups or plates in the room, we couldn't really eat or drink anything we bought in the city. Hotel breakfast was fine. The hotel is around 3km away from the city. Fine if you have a car, but walking was a bit tricky, as the sidewalk wasn't available everywhere. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall it was ok.

This is not a 5 star hotel at all it's a 10 star. Incredible experience. Rooms are amazing. Beds to die for. Very comfortable in all ways. WARNING. We went directly to this hotel without reservation they make us a price proposition for 2 nights for 500 € while on there own website the price was 300. We call this cheating !!! The place is nice. Pool very nice quality of the service medium.

Lovely resort on water clean and comfortable rooms

The hotel had a good location with pool and private beach. Buffet breakfast was also included. After Rome, it was a nice place to relax and take in the sites on the coast.

Solid budget stay Hotel seems to cater for large tour groups on buses so breakfast tended to be very busy. The other guests were largely 60+ age group so not a family focused hotel. Location was a short drive to the town for dinner. Hotel seems well Maintained even if the rooms are a little dated it appears to be well looked after.

Look it's great for a short stay, my back kills from the bad and thin mattress, what hotels fail to realise is that you sleep on it from 5-8 hours, if that's not comfortable then what's the point, staff were amazing though. And you can use Miami beach club pool.

Located in a quiet, enclosed olive grove, in the middle of the greenery just outside Castellana Grotte it is the ideal base for visiting the whole area, Polignano, Alberobello, Cisternino, etc. etc. Recommended
